Lamb on my chicken kebab, a hair in the salad and a big bone in the chicken curry. Not good.

Mediocre, I will not be ordering again.

Told half an hour for collection. Waited an hour and the food was terrible and the wrong orders. Ordered 2 Chicken Tikka masalas but we got 2 tikka starters and 2 strange onion sauces served separately that does not go with them. The chicken Korma and Butter chicken were tasteless. The naan breads had no cheese as asked. £45 later and we tried our best to make less than half a meal each for 4. Shame really as it’s normally a nice Indian but extremely disappointing this time round….never again

I was in the local area for 1 week and ordered food from here almost everyday, absolutely loved it. One of the Best indian take aways ive been to. Delicious food, friendly team and the owner is a wonderful charming man.. Highly recommended

The food was having no taste at all , no salt and feels like the potato chips were old, worst experience ever , it’s a wanna be Indian restaurant.

I have paid for the food and the delivery driver came 30mins earlier than expected. When asked about a redelivery he said he won’t deliver it again. Tried ringing the Spicy balti and none of the staffs were helpful and said they won’t deliver it again. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!

Ordered a Masala Mikhani, they sent a korma, called to raise and request the right dish. And we were told “can you just manage with what’s been sent?” And even worse tried telling us that they HAVE sent the right dish. Shocking. I’d leave 0 stars, 1 star because the delivery driver was sound.

Sent the wrong food, then when we called to request the right one be sent. We were asked if we “could manage” with what we had And also told that they HAD sent the right food, when they without a doubt had not. Shocking.

Very tasty food, my meal was cooked to perfection, just the right heat, as requested. Everything I ordered was perfect 👌

The boss has a bad attitude and the food I ordered and ate mate me very ill. I've been eating Indian for years and never tasted anything so disgusting in all my life. Tasted like packet mix. Poppadoms always burnt when I have ordered. And chicken its full of fat and tasteless. Stay away from here unless u want food poisoning it's awful

Been using this place for quite a while. Food is usually good. I ordered through their website. I ordered before they opened and added a note that I would pick up at 8.30pm. They obviously didnt read that bit. I would definitely say that the food had been sat for at least an hour somewhere warm. Everything was luke warm and dried out. If I was in a restaurant I would of sent it all back. Dont suppose that the owners will care but I wont be going back.

Wouldnt feed this to my dog, It was lukewarm at best and the lamb was as tough as my trainers. Didnt even bother with the rice as it went in the bin.

Ordered via justEat. Fast delivery although food was plain and tasteless. Had to throw away most part. Won’t be ordering here again.

Few weeks back had a really good meal here so returned they informed it would be 25 minutes or so, I live nearby so walked over after 15 minutes or so my order was on the side on arriving home few minutes later to eat it was stone cold ate the starter but threw away meal and naan bread so I'm afraid it's hero to zero for me sorry.

Food always nice and hot when getting delivered. Great selection of food options, reasonably priced, option to order and pay online is convenient and the staff friendly and polite.

Been using this takeaway for years and despite having moved we still occasionally venture back to use it despite being many miles away! The staff are really nice and always happy to accommodate special requests or dietary requirements. The prices are reasonable and most importantly the food is delicious.

Sorry but this is so far from the standard I expect when I order food. 2 1/2hrs before my food arrived is unacceptable. What makes it worse is the poor excuses e.g We tried to deliver are just wrong. And when that failed the most honest excuse that there was not enough driver's. What you dont do is continually tell the client the food will be delivered in 15 mins because that is just commercially wrong. I will not use your service again solely because of the lack of honest communication, and then trying to use slopey shoulders and place blame on the customer.

Regular customers! Ordered & paid for 2 peshwari naan only one came! First complaint I have ever had! Food was exquisite as always but unfortunately I’ve paid for 2 I wanted 2! Sorry guys! Maybe you can make it up to us next time we order which will possibly be Wednesday?

Not had a bad meal from here. Very tasty and plentiful. Only criticism would be the rice is occasionally not as hot as I like it. Overall highly recommend it.

We love the take aways from here and its so clean ,you can watch them making your meal, the staff are always so friendly and pleasent and they deliver too

This is our favourite local Indian. Food is spot on and most importantly it's consistently good. Most Indian takeaways I've used have been good some days and poor others but not these guys. Menu is reasonably priced and plenty of choice.

Our food was unfortunately quite tasteless considering the curries that we ordered which was a shame because they looked nice. For this reason I would not order again.

Decent quality curry. Not quite a 5 star but definitely up there and good enough to be a regular place to go.

Been ordering Spicy Balti for years. now wouldn’t go any there else , only had a small order tonight but the chicken tikka Nepalese and chappatis didn’t disappoint, really can’t say a bad word I can see why they’re so busy 👍🏻👍🏻 defo coming back thanks

We have been using Spicy Balti for sometime, in fact since 2010, however today will be the very last time. Whilst the order wasn't the largest, at just over £28, its the principle that you would like to receive quality food. Bhuna : Keema - This dish was completely ladled with Oil, in fact so much so the Card Board lid was soaked on the outside, I poured the excess into a cup which was a quarter full. After raising a complaint about this despite asking for no excess oil, I was advised that's how it's cooked. if I state no excess oil, and it can't be cooked without a carton of oil, don't accept the order and let me know. The Chapatis that were also ordered were rock hard. Cheeseburger : Single + BBQ Sauce + Salad Cheeseburger : Double + Salad + Mayo Now the above is taken from the email of my order, clearly showing the requested Salad and Sauce. The burgers came without Salad or Sauce, because apparently we didn't order them, and secondly they don't do BBQ sauce - if you don't do something why is it on the menu option, and secondly why not contact your customer to say? Just Eat contacted the restaurant, who advised we weren't eligible for a refund, as they have provided what we ordered! Really I don't remember ordering a tub of oil, rock hard chapatis or plain burgers. Neither did I ask for the meal 35 minutes late. I don't know what has happened to your Customer Service, it certainly doesn't exist anymore, and as such you have lost my custom; I wouldn't pay for this kind of service or food in a restaurant, so I don't see why I should be expected to pay up front for this quality.

What a waste of time and valuable money horrible Nans we ordered 3 different flavours they all tasted same .Curries I've had better from ASDA. WILL never order again what a disgrace of human food consumption my question would staff making this food EAT IT ?

We have been systematically trying the takeaways in the area since we moved here about 6 months ago. After trying spicy balti last night though, we've definitely found our new regular. Food is really tasty and the staff are great! Well worth a try :)

1st and last time I'll use this place. Food 15 mins late and cold. Rice was not cooked properly. The only part of the meal that was hot was the chappaties.

First time ordering from here and was impressed with their delivery service. Food arrived early and was hot. Everything was lovely especially the Bombay potatoes and the mushroom madras was really tasty too. Only thing I weren't too keen on was the chips but will definitely be ordering from here again.

The food from this place is absolute cooking perfection, delivered on time by a friendly delivery driver who found me straight away, i cannot recommend Spicy Balti highly enough, i am most definitely ordering from here again, and again, and again, and again, absolutely Awesome, thankyou guys, massive thumbs up 👍👍

Food was cold and not a nice texture. Also couldn't find rice on the just eat menu so assumed the rice came with the meal but it didn't. The only option for rice was 'rice and curry' ???
