Rumblings Cafe in South Holland

Love rumblings for a traditional filling English breakfast but they have other great things on offer as well as really nice takeaway rolls and sandwiches. Very friendly staff and great value for money overall

Fantastic food for wedding . Was all fresh and every diet catered for . Will be ordering again and totally recommend for any occasion.

Just had a beef brisket sandwich from Rumblings to go. (Van sales). It was fantastic. 5 star. Can recommend to anyone. As a sandwich it would be hard to beat.

We were visiting from Canada and Rumblings Cafe was highly recommended by our family members. Very friendly staff, and great table service. One of the best full English breakfasts we had on our trip.

well we are back hear again a warm wellcome awaits you and it is a very nice cleen place nice and bright well set out chairs and tables the food is cook fresh and comes nice and hot only thing i find is that the chairs to me are bit low and so had a job to sit down and get up my support worker had to help me but that only thing i award this nice cafe a Excellent marks

So you in Spalding want a very clean quite place to have a very nice meal a nice bright place with well set out tables and chairs room to move great staff food coock fresh so well worth the wait they also have a takeaway accross from the cafe also they have a van that takes meals to custermers ect a very good menu to choose from including a pensioners choice as well on the menu

ok as in Spalding for awhile thought go to Rumblings Café for dinner a very nice clean place plenty room at the tables to move around nice bright place great staff and meals done to order so nice hot and fresh the tables are wen we was there soon after the customers left was given good clean we will be back

Enjoyed an All Day Breakfast at Rumblings Cafe Spalding with a friend -.All freshly cooked and Great Value for money. For those who don't want breakfast, there is a good choice on the menu. Will certainly visit again soon.

ok not bean hear for awhile so thought go back it is all on one floor so no stairs you can get wheelchair in and move one chair from table to make room great staff the owner is a very good friend of mine but I review what I find not who they are the food is nice and hot cook fresh and real chips it is set out very good in two rows of tables toilets at the end of the eating area near the kitchen the menu is quite good with different things to choose from they have hot or cold drinks the café is so very clean and bright nice staff and food we will be back very soon

If you have allergies or are vegetarian i would never eat here, I clearly stated i am vegetarian so should be handled as an allergy and can not have any meat on my melted cheese baguette, waited 15 mins collected my wrapped baguette and went back to the job i was doing that day only to find they had given me a baguette filled with sausage hidden under the melted cheese the place wasnt busy so how an this mistake happen i feel as though it was an insult to my vegetarianism which is for religious reasons, if this had been for allergy reason I could have had serious complications

ok back to this nice café its always very clean and the tables are soon cleared away and wipe over it is owned by a good friend of mine and his staff we find are very good and nothing to much trouble for them as I said its very clean food is good and hot and a little way up the road is a car park every thing is on ground floor so good for disabled people to get in and out

Went there first time it was great home cooked food my husband enjoyed his breakfast .great value for money .

ok first I always find a good service and atmosphere hear wen we go as for car parking there is a short walk away a pay and display car park and it as I think disabled parking for blue card holders like my self the food is always good and hot and set out on plate it is a very clean place and if needed as toilets as well all on ground leval and it is disabled friendly as can get a wheel chair in

well we wnt back to this cafe it always the very same as in i been going hear for many years now it was as it should be clean good food good and very helpfull staff it good if disabled as plenty leg room and if need be around the corner is a pay and dissplay car park the food is cook well and if dont like some of the food then please tell them and they will change it for you it is a very nice place and friendly

Love this place. You can't beat their breakfast, food sourced locally. The breakfast is just fantastic and value for money. My daughter always has the sausage toastie, it's huge but she manages it. Staff always friendly and polite.

Whilst my partner was at the nail parlour I went for a stroll and found Rumblings cafe.

Food is good but don't expect silver service. The place is very basic and a bit dis organised. The staff sometimes seem more bothered about sticking their sandwich van than serving the customers in the cafe!!

Met some friends for breakfast one morning - not somewhere I would usually think of going but we all thoroughly enjoyed our food.

First time visitor. Cooked breakfast and Roast turkey dinner. Didn't have to wait long. Food cooked well & served on warm plates. Good value for money

Told on arrival there will be a small wait for food....wife's sandwich arrived after 40 min wait then my breakfast arrived a further ten mins later had to go back out to put another ticket on car so I could enjoy my breakfast...no extra drinks offered or a apology..

Popped in for a bacon sandwich and a cuppa. Always good food in here and you don't wait too long. Never had any reason to complain, always great good. Fab fry ups!

Came here last week for the first time on a sat morning there was only a couple of tables free & was busy, got served quickly the selections and options on the menu is huge and seemed pretty good prices too, we both had a breakfast/brunch meal and was very hot and enough!

We visited with friends who are local or we wouldn't have found this cafe. Off the main market place through an alleyway. Well worth checking out.

A traditional café that is very clean, offering all the usual fare , but the big breakfast is highly recommended, good service.

In Spalding looking for some good home cooked food, personally prepared by Phil the owner. Whether you want a fried breakfast, roast dinner, sausage and onion baguette all highly recommended. Special lunch price for pensioners. Fast service and polite friendly staff... 5 star quality, price & service.

its good clean inside well coockt meals and hot or cold drnks they do over 60s meals price includes 1 cource 2nd cource and a cup of tea or coffee

Call in and sample ... I have not had a bad experience here. The food is freshly prepared, hot ( not the salad) and in good proportions. Enjoy !

Use this cafe twice a week for breakfast, usually 2 or 3 of us, great service, big portions, ideally situated for town centre and parking.Highly recommended.

Ive been here a couple of times now and i have to say they do a mean toastie. It is packed with fillings and really toastie. The staff are really friendly and serve you straight away. Its only a small cafe, we turned up in a group 10 and the staff couldn't do anymore to help us. Its a must try and I've heard that their breakfasts are one of the best around

Regularly use this place and it is always a good standard. Good choice on the menu, and reasonably priced.

We ordered 20 assorted baguettes for staff lunch on the last day of work. Various fillings with combinations of turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, butter/ no butter, gravy/ no gravy. They were ready exactly when we were told they'd be, individually foil wrapped to keep warm and labelled with staff names. Plenty of napkins included and utterly delicious. Thank you.

Came away thinking how can you get a breakfast as good as that for the money. Great service & food. On the Crescent in Spalding & well worth a visit.

I reviewed this cafe in 2013 after not having the best experience. Since then and after receiving a message from Phil the owner we decided to give it a go again and having now visited on 5 further occasions I would like to say that we haven't been disappointed.

Although we are only monthly market visitors, we have to say that the service and food is excellent.

Good choice, hot food and good cup of tea. Quick service and good portions at reasonable prices. Located within easy reach of the main street. Cheerful staff.

These places are becoming a thing of the past. No airs and graces food. Served on a clean table with prices to debate cooking the meal at home. They have special days, ie wiser elder person day, it is packed with lunch goers all enjoying a roast or liver and bacon. For value, service and no pomp, one of the best places in town to eat. They do a real nice cuppa too.

Food is still cheap and cheerful, but I think the attention to detail and service has suffered since the expansion. All efforts seem to be scattered and a little inconsistent!

The flavour of Rumblings Ham would be difficult to beat anywhere and I am assured that the owner (Phil) cooks it himself. With superb eggs and chips it's the perfect meal. Pleasant surroundings and friendly staff make this place difficult to beat. A must when in Spalding.

all food is good, fresh and cooked from scratch. Staff are very friendly and professional. I find the restaurant to be very consistent and with food always being good. I shall revisit time and time again. Would recommend to anyone.

A fantastic cafe serving a great choice of meals. My personal favourite is the mega breakfast which in my opinion is the best one around. All the staff are friendly and helpful and the owner is a really pleasant chap. Good value tasty food.

Not as attentive since they opened Rumblings takeaway opposite the cafe. It's ok but we prefer to pay a little more for better food.

Lovely staff, massive portions and quality ingredients at great prices. The ham and eggs is delicious and the mega breakfast was the perfect hangover cure. They even do pretty good fresh coffee. No trip to Spalding would be complete without a trip to Rumblings!

We only ever go to this cafe for a couple of reasons really, service is quick, staff are fab, food is always hot. The 'Mega Breakfast' is indeed mega, you come away absolutely stuffed and they serve you 'proper' Lincolnshire sausage......!!

My family and I regularly visit this friendly little cafe. I know the food's good because the plates are always left clean by the kids despite the generous portion sizes! The service is always prompt and usually comes with a smile and the prices are very reasonable. Good honest food. What else can I say apart from the mega breakfast is the perfect cure for the morning after!
