For the most perfect tea and cake, EVERYONE should visit Toni at Ruffz. Toni's homemade cakes are delicious; we had apple cake (made from apples grown in the garden) and chocolate tiffin!

We visited Ruffs after walking to the top of Midsummer Hill. What a beautiful, quirky place! The lady who owns it chatted away to us as she took our order. We had a cheese & onion toastie and flapjack. We sat in the sunshine (had the place to ourselves) and had one of those moments where you think 'this is just perfect'. One of the highlights of our trip to the Malvern Hills. Thank you Ruffz lady - what a truly special space you have.

Out with the dog today and found this cafe in a a beautiful location, nestled in the Malvern hills. Had a great French press coffee with oat milk and spectacular homemade vegan choc cake. Fresh bowl of water for a hot labrador was also on the menu. Plenty of space to relax and breathe in the tranquil surroundings, we will definately be paying this place a future visit.

We stumbled across this today on a walk. It was just what we needed, a choice of teas and homemade cakes! The situation is very rural with a sunny hillside situation...a one way system in place during Covid restrictions and sanitation available on every table. A great little quirky cafe. Well done for your novel location and ambiance!

I have recently discovered this place and its lovely. It's just a simple wooden kiosk but they have a lovely meadow-like sloping garden which houses several tables and chairs. The food and refreshments are very good and the service is always friendly.

Stumbled across this place after accidentally missing a turning on our walk but seriously, thank god we did!!!! We were about half way through a 3.5 mile walk with our 4 children and they were starting to flag as it was SO hot (the hottest May Day ever since records began) plus we'd run out of water. We saw the sign and headed down in the hope we could get some ice cream for the kids and water for our bottles. Unfortunately for us Toni didn't accept cards! We were gutted but Toni was so kind and tried to figure out a way for us to pay. We managed to pay by PayPal and she spoke about maybe offering this in the future for other customers. She also kindly filled all our water bottles; I genuinely don't know what we would have done if we hadn't have found her because we still had over an hour and a half to go!!! After Toni had filled them we finished them off again!!! I think we would have been in some serious trouble!! There is a big garden and small seating area around the back of the hut which was just beautiful it also had a composting toilet and tap to wash your face and hands. So glad we found this place, I think our guardian angels made us miss our turning so that we found here! Very grateful to Toni and her kindness x Love and Light x

Visited RUFFZ on Saturday, for a coffee, and was very pleased at the kind and attentive service to be had there. The lady guvnor, served us smart, and well. We all had to laugh as she turfed her son off his sun lounger to serve the customers their tea, in the tea garden below. Topless bar in Ledbury whatever next, outstanding.!! If that's "plastic spoon" - roll on "silver service". Something for the ladies, indeed. Had a good laugh, left with a smile, set up the pace for a great day, will be going back, recommend.

Superb, full-flavoured coffee with no burnt aftertaste. Good sized coffee at very low cost, served with a smile and a good bit of humorous chat. Prefer to support a place like this than the big chai

Popped in to meet with a friend. I decided on breakfast and had poached eggs on toast with smashed avocado and bacon. It was superb. Good coffee too.
