I have ordered from RS Burger Shack 7 times so far they are that good. Always great food, excellent portion sizes and a great selection to choose from.

We ordered two Dirty Messy beef burgers and some garlic and Parmesan wings. The burgers were just okay—nothing special. However, the wings were quite disappointing. Despite being advertised as garlic and Parmesan, the flavors were virtually nonexistent. There was hardly a hint of salt, let alone garlic or Parmesan. Overall, I’m very disappointed with the quality of the food. I could easily create better flavours at home, we were simply looking for a night off from cooking, but now we regret our choice!

living in a village our options are limited, so I appreciate that RS deliver. The chicken tenders were very dry on the outside and extremely hard to bite and sadly let down the meal. the burgers were great though! I do recommend packing Tango ice blasts away from hot food though. they were v warm and melted. a little more care here would have been amazing considering this was a £50 order.

very tasty bigger portions than I was expecting so that was a pleasant surprise the ghost hot chicken tenders weren't spicy but still tasted great and were cooked perfectly so overall 9/10

I really wanted to love this place but it was not what I expected for the price the smash burger was not a smash burger at all and for some reason we only got half a burnt burger and burnt bacon the brisket was dry and chewy the bbq sauce that it was covered in was very vinegary the chicken was chewy and flavourless and the chips were cold and soggy with no seasoning very disappointing I wouldn’t come again sorry

The loaded fries are my go to but on this occasion they were freezing and like cardboard as if they'd been overcooked. The chicken was grizzly.

unfortunately forgot the fries but not fussed about that as everything else was great, proper home cooked burgers, definitely worth the money in quality and quantity and delivery lady was lovely. Will definitely be ordering again.

Got 25 wings from there. They gave us plain wings with no sauses. We ordered flavoured wings. They are a scam. Don’t fall for their offers.

Ordered a burrito, two smash burgers and fries! Everything came perfectly to our house. Not soggy or cold at all. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing! Highly rate them, will definitely order again.

I have ordered from Uber eats and spent about £50 unfortunately the order never arrived and I was never able to get a refund either

Very tasty vegan burger and truffle fries. Only way to improve would be to get insulating delivery bags as I had to reheat the food myself.

Food was stone cold by the time it arrived. Had to heat it up again when it arrived. Burger lacking flavour and no black pudding despite ordering. Chicken wings sat in garlic sauce but it had hardened by the time it was delivered. Not edible. Tried one and it just taste of pure salt. Won’t order again

Ordered food by uber eats . Was saying that should be with me up to 45minutes . Called rs burger after 50minutes and have been told that it's with driver and should be in next 10-15minutes. After 20mins I have been notified that my order been cancelled. That happened 2nd . I will never order again and don't recommend

fantastic food. great burger, full of flavour and really good size and quantity of everything in it... and the ribs were gorgeous. they just fell of the bone and the flavour was really intense...looking forward to trying the rest of the menu...please get the seafood boil back on menu for delivery.

Ordered home delivery as the menu looked amazing and it's just come up for me on justeat...best burger delivery in the area...has burger and ribs and roast potatoes...all perfect so thank you to the staff...please continue delivering to my area and I will be a regular customer ( I live in greatworth)....I saw reviews for your seafood boil but couldn't see it on the menu ..would love to try this and many other items if it returns. Can't review atmosphere as didn't visit but everything else was perfection. Can't rate highly enough.

I have ordered online several times from Rs and have had different burgers each time. Now I have a real problem ... Choosing which burger to order next as they have all been soooo delicious Great beef and chicken burgers as a base, with so many different toppings and sauces to choose from, to take the burgers to another level! And nearly forgot, their burnt ends are fantastic too

Really disappointed ordered 2 dirty mess burguer and had to dispose of the 2 burgers as the beef was smelling so bad couldn’t even had a bite. first and last time !

My blue burger had no blue cheese,it was manky tasting like it wasn't fresh and was barely cooked pink all the way through. The turkey slap was missing the bacon. Both were luke warm. Won't be ordering again only gets worse

First time and if I was here again the only place I would go the best fresh tasting food I've ever had from a takeaway the brisket was amazing and my burger was huge and so good I could not praise enough

Unfortunately burgers so greasy mac and cheese was so dry chips were soggy... i got half prices and would never pay that definitely not paying full prices sorry wont be ordering again after hear some good reviews

Myself and my partner visited here last thursday and had the most amazing Chicken burgers, they were massive and so full of flavour, beautifully seasoned succulent chicken. We also had the seasoned fries and mozzarella bites, which were the best we ever tasted. I cant wait to come back and try everything from the menu. 🤤

Food was OK aye best. burgers were sitting on their side so all the sauce and toppings had fallen out. Menu should state that there's no sides such as chips included with the burger. Very expensive just for the burger. Not sure I'd order again.

Delivery brilliant but the food was horrible. I'm surprised because we ordered before and everything was good. This time the fries were soggy and bleeeh couldn't touch them. I wouldn't complain but loaded fries... You want nice and crispy!!

Got a cheeky bbq chicken burger and chicken tacos. The burger was OK with very generous sauce, cheese and two chicken patties.. although the chicken was a bit hard and chewy.. Tacos were just too dry..it was only shredded chicken and cheese with a tangy sauce on side but no salad or veggies as one expects in tacos..dry and did not taste good

Very average burger. It appears to be a bought in patty and not anything that is made in house. Chicken strips were OK but oily. Not a patch on other local burger places in Banbury.

The worst mac and cheese I have ever eaten. Halloumi burger was soo bland and dull, dry but somehow a soggy mess at the same time. The other burger was over cooked and dry.

I have been wanting to try birria tacos for a long time and I saw this place offered them and JUMPED at the chance, it took an hour for it to be delivered but the customer service was absolutely wonderful but the food wasn’t nice, the tacos were stuffed with meat that was soft but lacking flavour and it was really mushy so it was hard to eat without it all falling apart, the birria sauce was just oil but a little salt helped fix it, the mac and cheese was okay, bland but it was edible.

So disappointed- thought we might have found something new and exciting. Food was delivered on time - the food was just about warm! By the time the bags were open the fries were cold. Tacos were covered in the sauce that had spilled everywhere. Chicken was tasteless - Mac and cheese was plain for the price paid for it- most of this is going in the bin. What a waste! I hardly ever do reviews but this takes the mick!

Just wanted to share that we had an absolutely delicious meal from RS Burger Shack. We order wings, ribs and chicken tenders and they were all absolutely superb. We ordered a few dips too and they paired fantastically. Service was top notch and everyone we spoke too were super kind. We were also given some drinks to go with our meal. Absolutely fantastic experience and food!! Will be ordering again!

Ordered birria tacos and halloumi fries…Expected more from the birria tacos… not worth £15 whatsoever, no flavour and the onions in it did not look fresh…. The fries were nice just don’t know why there was cucumber on it (I’m guessing this was supposed to be gherkins) which also did not look fresh at all

good portion size for chips crispy , could of used abit of salt , burger was very saucy and tasted great , cookie pie was just like a blob of biscoff in between cookie , was nice tho , 9/10

Ordered twice from here. The food is exceptional, the price you pay matches the quality of the food, but for that I would prefer the food to arrive not cold, that is my only complaint

Hate to say this as I love the burgers and tenders. The platter was poor, chicken was rubbery and the pork belly wasn’t rendered well and was just tough fat. I think for the original price tag of £40 (although got 50% off) this was disappointing on both quality and portion size. Sorry lads, will still be back for the burgers as they are the best!

sauce is basically a pot of flavoured oil. Burrito is stone cold.

I fancied something different and gave these guys a try. Very tasty food, delivered on time and still warm. It’s not cheap but my experience was very good and I’d order again! 👍🏻

hit and a miss for me, quesadilha and the korean tender were not at all to my taste .

The burgers both had burnt buns and the chicken was dry. Ordered pulled pork loaded chips, the “pulled pork” was so dry it looked more like overcooked duck. There was almost no sauce, quite disappointing.

Food was nice but expensive for size.

Spent £20 on beef dirty fries & it's literally just a crumbled up burger over some chips. Not worth the money at all

Loaded chips were like rubber and pulled pork you could taste it was reheated. Chicken wings smelt like they were beginning to turn and not fresh. Onion rings were good!

I couldn’t taste the truffles at all in the truffle fries, were nice Parmesan and herbs fries but no truffle. The ramen was nice although it came without the egg and I would recommend offering a broth option that is not so spicy as it was beautifully presented but too hot for me, would order again if I get the option of a less spicy broth.
