Excellent place in the heart of Liscard. Great beer, wines and spirits options and has all live sports plus plenty of dart boards and a pool table.

Good pub always good in here service and beer are always spot on.

Only had beer in here. Get what you pay for. Cold, cheap beer.

A lovely atmosphere. I enjoy going here with the missus because the customers are friendly and the staff are great. A big beer garden with shelters and heat lamps. Also, great value for drinks.

This is a very traditional sports type pub with multiple screens and viewing areas. Staff are friendly and it's reasonably priced. Very much a pub for locals- everyone seems to know one another and there are lots of families. It's a bit tatty in places and could do with a refurb but it's not expensive and a good place to see a football match.

It's always been awful, still is. At least there are less creeps hanging off the bar these days.

I haven't had the food so I can't comment, but the place is good and every else.

Bank Holiday Sunday and they have a darts tournament on so crowed wirh darts players. Alot of tables and seats reserved. We had to sit in beer garden. Very untidy and outside seats not arranged. Garden needs a tidy up. No effort at all. Staff not too happy serving and made you feel very unwelcome. Shame how this pub has gone down hill.

The staff and customers are super friendly and welcoming, there was such a lovely atmosphere. The only thing knocking it down is the fact that my glass was dirty, so I couldn’t finish my drink. But they had only just opened and mistakes happen.

Glasses are in need of a wash, staff were friendly though, toilets are pretty clean for a pub.

The royal oak in liscard village is a very good pub, I've not been in for a few years, we decided to pay a visit to the pub, and I was really happy with the pub, it was very quiet on Saturday afternoon but I like it. The prices were a little bit more expensive than the boot but all in all I was really happy.

Such an amazing place and amazing place the pub owner Bomber is so nice and so are the other bar staff I have never had a bad thing happened there the relationship with everyone is amazing everyone is so polite. I would highly recommend to go there the drinks are cheaper than any other place making it affordable for everyone. You can watch any match there with multiple TVs. They also have a pool table and darts which they have a team for

The Oak is a beautiful place with aesthetics, brilliant bar staff, fair prices and a sense of community. The place is clean and the staff are genuine and easy to talk to people. Great atmosphere. Even on a quiet day the pub is a relaxing place to be.

Worst pub ever..barmaids are rude no emotions..and think they can talk to what they think..not a friendly place to be..don't go there..

Great Sunday lunch with a desert £8.. They do delivery okay you have to spend £10 but who don't enjoy a drink with there lunch anyway. I'd have it delivered again had roast beef n Yorkshire pudding highly recommended 😊😊😊

dont know if its the same management now as it was then but about 8-9 years ago i did a shift in this pub covering for somebody who was on holiday while the manager was also away on hoilday, it was all arranged by one of the team leaders or supervisors after i handed in a cv a few weeks earlier and i was told after i finished the full shift that they could call me back to arrange when to do the next shift and arrange payment and then i heard nothing back off them (i would of tried calling back but cant remember what happened) and i never got paid for that shift

It was very dark in there quite depressing actually but the people were friendly and very nice

Recently taken over and refurbished, but they could definitely expand their range of beers and put on some live music to support local bands! Such a wasted venue. Even maybe do light food?

New landlord is a top fella... I offered him a drink because he was so hospitable and he declined and offered me a beer 🍻 he is going to be a breath of fresh air for the boozer... Lovely fella and his young lady behind the bar is already a top asset to the Royal Oak

Haven't been here for years but has now been taken over and refurbished. Very nice, good atmosphere and invited to a hog roast for the family! Amazing, looking forward to going again.
