Usual cold chips and missing items won’t be ordering from here again

cold drink and food were all packaged in 1 bag. this was a lukewarm mess. I won't be ordering from KFC again

ordered a 6 piece meal 5 piece were drum sticks this is not an expected variety for a meal really disappointing

Forgot to deliver can of coke and popcorn chicken

This isn’t been delivered, terrible service, please organise my order to be redelivered without error or theft from the courier

Chicken dry and cold. Burger had lettuce and mayo on after I rang and asked for it not to have any on

We were missing fries, gravy and a drink

Ordered Kfc, gravy that cost £6 not in order and no number to call to report and rectify, disappointed

Food arrived hot but having paid for a 12 piece meal, I got an 8 piece instead.

Driver left my food out a shop because he couldn’t find the address

Didn’t get the hash brown or my gravy, but other than that delivery was okay

am a regular customer and the chicken was juicy and nice but it taste slightly weird today like it was unseasond

put note on to customize burger as grandson only eats plain but it came smothered in mayo and lettuce! what a waste of money as he won't eat it! everything else was fine and fresh. driver was very polite.

Time kept going up and then when it came, the chips were soggy chicken looked underdone , gravy was like water

Kept pushing time back past closing time. Failed to cancel the order or allow the driver too. No food turned up but luckily I got a nice driver who still went out of his way to come show me the messages he has been trying to send them.

all the food had been put in the same bucket instead of separate bucket as my friend has Allergies to spices and was unable to share with me as planned because of the staff not following protocol and health and safety if you think about it serious harm could have happened because of this not paying attention to detail!!!!

Ordered at 7.50pm. Arrived at 9.10pm despite saying it would be here by 8.25pm. Spoiled our family evening.

Never got none of r order at all someone else got it so won’t my money back and compensation we were in a hairdresser so there was lots of witnesses to agree we did not get order at all from Greggs

They got the drink wrong and instead of one mash and gravy I got two gravy

you didn’t do my mash or chips

I never received everything that I ordered o would like a refund

food did not arrive and my refund was rejected because apparently the delivery code was provided which I don't get how since it didn't arrive at my house.

no graveyard came with my order this is unacceptable and the food was cold

never arrived, I've barley any money left and know I'm starving

Don’t usually leave a review & not ordered from this KFC in a long time but tonight it was really good, piping hot and we all really enjoyed it! Not sure what’s changed but first time ever we’ve enjoyed a KFC delivery!

Great Service, on time and nice food

On time, actually on the early side of on time. Arrived piping hot and, since the new "order number" system, nothing has been missing from the order

Awful, to put it into more context, the front staff are very rude and more busy chatting to each other while the dining area was a mess! Furthermore one thing I can say the food was ok, other than that my experience was terrible. I will not be coming here again.

The delivery was on time, but the driver was so rude he rushed me for the code when he’d only just knocked on my door, and when I laughed, being friendly, he said, “I’m not laughing, mate,” so I gave him the code, and he left. The experience was uncomfortable and just plain rude.

Order incomplete, yet again. Worrying thing is that most of there staff are Students and they can't get something as simple as get a kids meal right. SMH

some food didn’t come, asked for burger plain and did not receive plain aswell as got given the wrong burgers and food was cold

The large order was missing a full box meal and all the chips from the other meals, I did have to drive down but she replaced all the order and put in some extras to say sorry. Obviously I wasn’t happy at first and was hangry, but she dealt with it fantastically and I left happy, and next time I’ll be driving there direct. I’d save over £12 - thank you KFC Liscard top customer service

Amazing food and amazing service yet again here at KFC Liscard. The food was very hot and fresh and we will definitely be back here. Ordered via the app and collected, this is the easiest way plus you get some great offers.

Very good driver, shame the drinks were wrong, taking 2 stars off the food and drink off for wrong drink- how can you get water wrong!? Food was great, even the chips were hot in this cold weather.

The mini fillets were dry and the hot wings were small and also dry..... I suspect been overheld. Sadly, the order also arrived missing 6 fries. Not great overall!

Food arrived cold. But not surprised watched the driver take the longest route possible from Liscard to New Brighton on the tracker. Even got the drink order wrong!

why you have at sides so many options but when you ask for rice or salad you get gravy anyway

The can as part of the meal deal was missing. The rice pot was only under a quarter full. On the burger there was the smallest piece of lettuce ever seen.

Chicken burnt to a crisp, not sure what kind of person looks at practically black chicken and thinks it’s okay to serve. Waited over an hour and a half too. What a joke.
