I visited the pub last Saturday, I couldn't believe how bad the atmosphere was in there, the owner and staff are very rude, and the pub is full of gypsies, they can't behave and there was fighting whilst I was there, it used to be a good pub years ago, but it has gone downhill rapidly, the sooner the owner goes the better, she is rude and haven't got a clue how to run a pub properly, at 11pm at night, there was 2 babies in the bar, an absolute joke, I will never go back there again

Without any shadow of a doubt one of the best home cooked Sunday lunches anywhere. We visit regularly and if its a carvery we want this is the place to go. Very highly recommended.

Excellent venue for events, I can't comment on the rooms, service or the food as I set up for a party but the staff were very friendly. It has a split level stage area lost if seating.

18-19 Upper Dock StreetWe go here often at different times. It is really busy and bumping with karaoke on Friday and Saturday night, great DJ's. On Sunday it's our favourite place for a Sunday lunch. Very busy ! Plus, they do Sunday lunch deliveries for a reasonable charge. Then, on other day times in the afternoon, there is a very buoyant regular customer base. It's a great all round venue !
