Really bad. Don't eat here. Mrs just had kebab here and omg would not give it to the gold fish.

I've tried a number of things from this place. Most of their food is decent, from the kebabs to the pizzas. However, when these guys moved over to the new shop, they stopped using the charcoal grill and now use a flat plate. They've lost that charcoal flavour from all their grilled foods. Shame, really. Boss man is in complete denial or oblivious that's happened. Food is decent and I do eat from there, but I couldn't recommend them over others, especially at the price point they are at (higher end).

Super tasty gyros, mega friendly personel, there was a mega rain outside, the driver dropped me up to my hotel as I was wet like a sponge. God bless Palestinian friend!

1st time ordering. Food was absolutely disgusting 🫣 and very cold. Cudnt eat my chips cheese and mayo as chips was that hard its like they been fried a few times.Spent £26.50 never order again from here. Very disappointed 😞

Just ordered a large mixed kebab & a CHICKEN doner kebab. Not a big or difficult order. Received two mixed, phoned to tell them for them to check cctv to say it shows he did put chicken in there. Yes, he did put a little bit of chicken but a LOT of lamb. If I liked lamb kebab it would have been great but I don’t like lamb & to be made out to be a liar over a kebab is ridiculous especially after sending a WhatsApp image as proof. First time ordering, never again. Rude & incompetent staff. 100% would avoid. Best kebab is definitely the worst kebab!

£31 for 2 kebabs and chips and 2 drinks and the meat and pitta had a funny smell to it like a dirty oven old oil disgusting! the lamb shish was chewy worst kebab I've ever had waste of money .

if I was ablw to give zero I would, I ordered food from here and it was cold, chips looked like they were refried. the donner kebab smelt. cheese burger was drenched in sauce making the burger extremely soggy. The lettuce used in the burger was all brown I phoned to complain so that this can be rectified as I haven't eaten all day and was disappointed with the food. instead of sorting something out they said they will call back in half hour as the manager is not there. After 2 hours still no phone call. I called them back and they said they won't do nothing as the food was freshly prepared, we got given so much attitude and was told by the driver we wasn't going to pay for the food just because he was stood outside for 5 min while we went to get the cash. we even said to them to take the food back as it was left how it is. extremely disappointed we was even sworn at. i have never experienced anything like this..extremely upset

We haven’t had any issues until today. Lamb kebab wasn’t lamb and did not taste like it. Also something on the sauces was different.

Ordered a £30 takeaway, only chips out of 3 meals/ items arrived. I called the restaurant and spoke to an incredibly rude lady who informed me that she would speak to the manager about the issue but also said ‘you haven’t just received chips so I’ll tell the manager but that’s not the case so he won’t do anything.’ which is absolutely hilarious as I wanted nothing more than the chicken kebab after my night out which I can assure you was never delivered. At which point I stated that I’d paid for 2 chicken orders and they’d only delivered chips and so I’d be expecting the food missing to be delivered or the funds returned. At which point she hung up and me and refused further calls made for the rest of the evening. I’ve ordered from here before and the food is always lovely in all honesty however, If you expect any form of customer service or a reliable or quick service, order elsewhere. I may have had a lone incident but the fact I was called a liar and spoken to so rudely by staff when I wasn’t rude to the lady on the phone at all was just unprofessional and shocking. I will be arranging a refund with the bank, but you expect a better service from a local takeaway we use on the regular.

Don't be fooled by 1 star had no choice otherwise I couldn't leave review. If you like the taste of burnt rubber go ahead and order the chicken shish kebab, salad was limp and looked days old . Tried to call to complain and staff were rude and hung up on me. Please don't waste your money. Filthy, bogging and dirty place. Absolutely disgusting

Took over an hour to deliver. When it came neither of the chicken sheesh wraps had any salad or sauce so it was very dry and plain. The chicken was also overcooked and hard. Ate from here once before and everything was great but very disappointed this time

Paid £20 literally took out from cash point before entering the shop, my friend saw I paid £20 the order came to £6 and I had £4 change. I told the person I paid £20 cash and had short change and he didn’t have any of its I even showed my bank statement showing I took out £20 4 minutes before entering the shop. A member of staff went on and called me a c*** and told me to get out, awful Management skills enjoy the extra £10

All I can taste on the meat is fat there's no flavour what so ever. there no flavour with garlic sauce what so ever verry poor had to put it in the bin give a miss

Just ordered from best kebabs never before have i had them or anyone speak to me like I'm beneath them even though I'm the customer. When I rand back to tell them they completely got the order wrong they instantly said it was my fault... even though I said 5 times the order to the guy on the phone as I thought it may come across a bit much...salad separate...pitta bread separate...it came with nothing but meat...they then went on to say...what do you want us to do send you a box of salad and laughed? I said where I live you didn't need to take the piss...I said I'll tell my mates not to order from you...they turned around and said they earn to much money to worry about a nobody like me! I ordered food at approximately 19:20, at 20:20 I rang to see where my food was, and was told it's out for delivery. At 21:00 the delivery driver turned up, so I sent him away, without accepting the food. When I rang about a refund, they told me i have to take it up with justeat, and the problem was kack of drivers, which I thought was despicable service. In other words, we have your money, take it up with justeat to get it back. The moral of this story, is ic you have a problem with drivers, DO NOT just accept someone's order, leaving them wait for what is meant to be fast food. I would strongly advise anybody not to order from here, or if you do, do not do it on justeat, pay cash, and if they turn up way later than they say, just dont pay them.

Burnt buger that's black and they must have either over cooked my cheese chips and beans or dished it up then reheated it as the beans are dark and texture of the cheese is rank, it's not stringy it's glupey. Would like to say it's a one off but it isn't, as well we've had some nice food from here there have been times when the polystyrene trays have been burnt and stuck to the food as well as other times they've delivered us burnt food. So won't be ordering from here EVER again. They could see the burger was black yet still put it in a bun and sent it out so they must think it's acceptable to take your hard earned money in exchange for burnt food. They are meant to be sending a new burger but said they dont know when it will get here as they don't have any drivers in my area. At time of writing I've been waiting over 30mins. NEW BEST KEBABS ARE AWFUL THEY DON'T VALUE YOUR MONEY AND THINK ITS ACCEPABLE TO KNOWINGLY SEND OUT BURNT FOOD, THEN NOT SEND A REPLACEMENT OUT IN A TIMELY MANNER. Edit: Replacement burger just arrived burnt around the edges but edible.

Ordered three meals tonight. Came lovely and hot. Opened the containers to find brown lettuce all over two of the meals. Whilst taking off the brown lettuce, came across a black hair, covered over with mayo.

Ordered via JUST EAT. Then we were called, as the shop is saying it is too far to deliver. Phoned them as advised, they said it is too far as passed the sea wall and they were very busy? Advised them this is a few miles away from us, and could prove this via directions, not interested!! Always rated previously!!! Why advertise on your web site when it is not available?????

Ordered for 3 people and only 2 meals turned up. Food that arrived was cold and the chips were rock hard. They promised to send the missing item straight away.. it’s 40 minutes later and we’re still waiting. When we rang to chase we got attidude. Avoid this place!

Despite the food being delicious, which by the way always is I am very dissatisfied with the service off this place ....bought a big order and got the complete wrong order ...which I know can happen...but the fact that we had to wait much longer I'm no longer hungry and have just wasted money.... not only that in return they let us keep the food we had which by the way wouldn't be eaten because its not what we like ....instead of either a free bottle of pop or anything...I have ordered from here for a long time and to feel disappointed like this is not good. Salad was just onions and little bit of lettuce. No cucumber no tomatoes. Fries was delivered not fres seemed as was packed 10 mins before meat was ready and tasted as chewing gum. Very disappointed
