Rory's is one of our biggest go to places for dinner. The food is always full of favour and cooked to perfection and the way they treat their customers, new and old is incredible. Our order tonight was just so wonderful and it made us feel really valued as regulars! I'd recommend them to anyone ❤️

First two times it was nice unfortunately this time it was all undercooked and had hard bits in the meat not nice

Very poor. Food was cold. Burger was abysmal, no salad, ketchup anything. Only a patty smeared with cheese and in stale bun. Cheap is cheap but this is not acceptable.

I ordered stuffed crust and received burnt pizza with no stuffed crust which I paid extra to get, I will not order from here again. I also will not recommend it to my followers, very disappointed.

My food arrived practically cold. Not too happy considering the expense of my order.

wouldnt recomend for 1 my tuna pizza had pepperoni in it im a vegertian had to throw it away waste of money y would you do that the chips were cold and some semi cooked and some not i put in the nots on the pepperoni pizza i alsked for tuna and pineapple never again

Finding a good veggie burger has always been a tricky task for me, especially with a take away. I decided to try Rory's Diner tonight, as really, the mixture of chips and onion rings in one box appealed to me 😂 the food arrived very quickly, especially for a Friday night, the driver was smiley and friendly and the food was HOT! Everything was cooked really well and the veggie burger was amazing. I won't look anywhere else for a veggie burger 🤤 decision made!

The food was greasy and cold when it arrived even though it was on time. The naan bread was soggy and thin and didn't taste like naan bread and after eating about 1/3 of the food we got tummy ache so not be ordering from this place again oh and the delivery driver looked off his face on something as he fell into my car.

Ordered chicken burgera i got 4 beef burgers somehow and still waiting for the chicken burgers ,it has been 1 hour ,not expecting to get them anymore anyways

Ordered deep pan pizzas. Got thin crust which was extra thin. They also was cold and dry like they’d been double cooked. Had notification to say driver on way but turned up 50 minutes after.

Not sure if I will ever have a pizza from here again. Mine was squashed in the box. It did not look like any pizza I’ve had before just a big sloppy mess and cold ! Very disappointed. And very unhappy. !

Chicken was hot on the outside but cold and pink/red on the inside. Funny taste to the chicken burger kind of like stale grease. Wraps had the same funny taste to them. Pizzas ok and tasted ok. Will not be using you again unfortunately unless something is changed

Didn’t get what I ordered the pizza was wrong toppings and the chips was missing from the burger and chips no extras I paid for came either . Normally never have a problem with this place but tonight was all wrong food still great though

Im a regular customer. Driver gave the food like he was mad for me to order food and like its my fault he had to deliver it. Food arrived cold.

Delicious food and big portions! Exactly what you need for a takeaway night! We won a competition online and received Smokey Joes, bacon cheese fries, onion rings and BBQ wings. Everything was delicious and fresh! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We loved Roxy’s when they were back in Poole Town, and it just keeps getting better!

Salad wasn’t even salad. Was 2 massive chunks of lettuce. Not even shredded. 1 piece cucumber and no onion etc.

Never got my order! Rang the restaurant a couple of times, blamed the driver and didn't even get a refund.

Fantastic service, great prices and some of the best pizza I have tasted. We put in a large order asked for a difficult delivery place. When we showcase in Nottingham again we will be definitely using these.

American Pizza is genuinely one of the best takeaway restaurants one can order from, constantly delivering on time and more often than ever early, but consistently a friendly service and great quality food. Since moving to my new address, American Pizza is my go-to favourite, and now I am a regular and will be for the foreseeable future due to the great quality, friendly and prompt service. There genuinely needs to be more like this! Thank you

Can’t leave option for not turning up app message said food out for delivery went front door in hotel never turned up called several times to be told it’s on its way after an hour of waiting and calling was told it had been delivered asked who too said front desk but I’m standing at front door only person. Delivery driver comes on says left on front desk not my fault you weren’t there, he must of walked through me to get by, refused to re deliver so after a full 2 hours from order to supposed delivery left with nothing I’d warn against ordering from these guys nothing but crooks.

Wrong toppings on order came late

The calzone was fine according to my partner but my kebab was stupidly dry, the nann bread was hard and stale, possibly because it had been exposed to air and not stored properly, don’t think I’ll order again.

Calzones are always nice but not too keen on the kebabs

Order was completely wrong, paid for extra toppings that didn’t receive aswell, missing items. Taste was ok but 100% will not be ordering from here again.

Food was over 70 minutes late and freezing cold when it arrived. We had children waiting to eat and go to. Not happy in the slightest. When called to complain, they cut the call once they realised cold pizzas had been delivered and had no further interest with our custom. Worst pizza and worst service. Do not waste your money or time. I will be contacting just eat as I refuse to pay for such shocking service. This company does not deserve to trade and if I could have left no stars, I would have.

Rubbish late and lied about delivery time

Driver couldn't find us and went to wrong location and was very late. We don't live in a difficult place to find.

If they call etc to burned chicken, 10 🌟.... The "pizza" is awful, no taste at all n it's dry to the bone. The kebab.... Well if I have to give stars to this is gonna be a minus 100, I hate to waste my money in places like this really, thanks all.

Food was really late, after ringing ten minutes after ETA, (after it apparently had been with the driver 25 Minutes) I was told it would be 5 mins and it was a further 20. Food arrived lukewarm.

My food was 45 minutes late each time I rang them they couldn’t give a time. Once the food eventually got here after clearly going on a mission to Mars the delivery driver told me he had only just been given the food and to top it off the chips are w*nk don’t order from here

Food was 30 mins late... called to check man on phone said he would call driver... ten minutes later no call back so I call again and the guy on the phone said I need to get off the phone in case the driver is trying to call me, i said no you said you where going to call him to which he responded "oh whatever love" and put the phone down the food is disgusting DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Gone downhill. 2 out of 5 toppings not on pizza. Doner kebab like a cheap supermarket one, poor meat and thin stiff naan. Everything luke warm. Wont be ordering from here again.

Overcooked pizzas and wraps was rock hard and no chicken on pizza I was a regular customer until this happened so I rang them up and they said nothing we can do we are closing

Glad I gave this place a go during lockdown, have ordered a few times since and everything's spot on. Kebab (chicken and lamb doner) and pizzas are great, Calzones are epic. Deliveries are on time and the drivers are always polite. High recommended.

Awful food came cold and damaged

When I order 4 DEEP PAN pizzas and get sent 4 thin pizzas, it’s somewhat annoying. Ice cream was not only wrong flavour but not even an advertised flavour.

Delivered my food an hour early and when I called up to let them know, they quickly hung up on me and did nothing to rectify the problem. Food was less than average and overall was a very disappointing order

They 4got to put chips in 1 of my meals not happy

I didn’t even get my order and they told me it would be here by 1:55 am and said it was on way and then said it had been delivered but not received anything. Never again I will report this restaurant as much as I can for going this and accepting the money as well.

Never ordering from here again, ordered it to come for 8:45 and it came 30 minutes early which obviously not what I requested. Ordered chips with curry sauce, but there was about a tablespoon worth of curry sauce, also there was chicken skin on the chips with curry sauce which is even worse when the customer is a vegetarian. Not even going to mention how bad the bbq chicken wings were.

Received text to say food was on the way and eventually after calling 3 times and being told it was on its way it finally arrived an hour later, food was then moderately warm.

I ordered pizzas and they tasted burnt and dry. Chips were soggy. Last time I ordered everything was nice but this time it wasn't. I asked for fishcake kids meal and got a fish burger which my son didn't eat and it was chewy. Won't be ordering again unless get a discount next time and it's better next time. Won't be wasting my money
