I’m not angry I’m disappointed ! Customer service out of this place does not exist. The staff are rude. The food is absolutely disgusting. I wouldn’t feed it to my dog. ! People do self favour and avoid this place

Ordered on line. Got home, no pitta breads or chilli sauce ( after asking for sauce separately and getting g charged extra for a pot). Phoned and got told to go back to collect missing items and that they would not deliver. Lamb Shiah was tough and tasteless. Chicken wrap was soggy

What a complete shower stand in there for 15 minutes no body bothers to take your order wasn’t even busy

Poor service was not given what we ordered ordered a doner kebab & chips received doner meat & chips and over charged us, not much meat been there several times not anymore.

Tried to rectify my own mistake, then met with employee calling me babes over the phone, called back to tell him off for being like it and explain that even though I’ve ordered the wrong item it’s fine however the fact that the chicken is raw/pink is not okay and they’ve refused to provide replacement! Disgusting

Would not eat from here it’s like slop cold soggy wish I could post pictures of the dog food that arrived

I have used Rother Grill for years, never a problem, food always good. The problem. I've always paid by CARD, online, but they have now removed this payment option to cash only. When I phoned them up to place the order over the phone, they will no longer take card payment over the phone either. The chap I talked to said the boss has removed these options. I said, it's probably tax avoidance. Either way, I will not be using them again, as I will not be restricted either way as to the payment method.

Great place for cheeky, tasty Kebab and salad.

Food arrived cold, called up and they said they would redeliver, I told them not to worry about one of the portion of chips as my son would eat them cold or hot, they redelivered, missing the main items, by this point all the kebabs had been sent back. They only sent the chips! Guy on the phone shouted at me for messing up their delivery and said he wouldn’t deliver to us again! Rude, and unprofessional.

Sent out cold kebab, called up and they resent them, then got the order wrong again. Called them again guy on phone was really rude. Their mistake, said he won’t deliver anymore. Won’t use again

Large portion size, good value for money, only bad thing I could say is I personally don't like thick/chunky donner meat, aslo this was slightly underdone. I had the mixed Grill, the rest of the food was tasty and filling.

Ordered 2 kebabs off just eat for some reason couldn't leave a review on their. Food was amazing delivery was good to especially has it was late at night very happy with my food

Be the kindest and most nutritious

Stick to phone orders as I've ordered online before and sauces salt and vinegar etc get forgotten. Also food is much improved compared to last time.

Banging burgers, scrummy cheesy chips, kebabs are on point and the sauces taste like they supposed to. Home delivery orders arrive on time, hot and the don't forget things :) all delivered by friendly staff :)

The best chicken kebabs, and I'm told excellent Doners although I don't eat them.

I'm very fussy about kebabs. Around Bexhill and Hastings I've found most kebab takeaways not to be to my taste. Rother Grill is the best so far. Firstly they actually put the doner meat in the pitta. This means it is possible to pick the kebab up. Secondly, when they close the polystyrene container, the salad ends up on top of the kebab. This is all how it should be. Flavour was also better, albeit the meat was a little dry, but even so, it had good flavour. What let them down was the chilli sauce. It's easy to make a good chilli sauce, but for some reason around this part of the world, both flavour and heat are sacrificed, for what, I don't know. Nevertheless, the two guys in there we both friendly and the service was quick and efficient. Price was reasonable as well. Just a bit of time getting a tomato/chilli flavour into their sauce, with a bit more of a kick and I'll happily give them 5 stars.

Great food however I felt very uncomfortable with them allowing people in without masks. Their orders obviously mean more than the health and safety of their loyal customers therefore I will not be going back and they have lost a good customer.

Used this place while holidaying in the area. Ordered 3 different kebabs and all were very tasty and very fresh. Great place.

Enjoyed our snack and capachino. Set out well for covid ordering.

Best kebab shop in bexhill/sidley

I ordered a takeaway see evening for me and my friends when it turns up it was the wrong order I rang through and told them that they sent out the wrong order and they said they will replace it now the food is now turned up it is stone cold and haring I won’t bother using this restaurant or takeaway as they are disgusting

Worst chicken doner and salad I have ever had swimming in grease and the most disgusting looking bits of chicken ever and the salad did not taste fresh and was a tiny amount would avoid going here as I certainly won't be returning.

My Favourite Kebab shop. I used to live local to here but now I live in Hastings and yet I still drive the extra miles to come here for my kebab fix. I don't know what it is, but the Doner meat from here just has a better taste than any other place I've tried.. now just because it tastes better doesn't mean the quality is better.. but I honestly don't care about the quality of the meat.. I get a kebab because they taste great, not because they are healthy! Always speedy service and a little lay-by right outside for parking. Prices are very competitive, and they are not stingey with the portion sizes. Whenever I drive past I get a craving for kebab.. ugh.. well played Rother Grill.. I'm hooked!

Always good cooked to order unless you get there early

The food has made me ill more than once the staff cant understand you very well the portion are a good size but that doesn't matter if you are ill at the end of the meal at best it's a hit or miss.

Ordered very quickly & easily using their Hubeat online order page. Choosing cash on delivery. Came earlier then expected which was great. Food order was correct and hot. All in all easy and quick. I like the options on the page for sauces, salads, extras etc. Will definitely be using again.

Had burgers and kebabs from here for years,all been fantastic, only once could I have complained and that was because I hate cucumber in burgers, not really the end of the world though. Portion size is spot on, although 1/2 pound cheese burger and chips is just too much if you've had something to eat during the day! 😂

Ordered a large order for delivery. Food arrived within 30 minutes, all of it was hot and large portions, lovely food, everyone enjoyed their meal. Will order again for sure

One of the best places you can try.

Previously the Family had used the Rother Grill on a past occasion as it was the nearest Fast Food to our Camp site, so we decided to visit again. It was unfortunately an unpleasant experience on this occasion :-( the what appeared to be manager was rude unhelpful and extremely difficult to communicate with/understand ! The hygiene standards both of the staff and the establishment were questionable, gloves er... what gloves! all food was either handled directly or single tonged, which was not good :-( We questioned the portion sizes as they were very small as they were being prepared, but we were just grunted at.... :-( when we arrived, back to Camp and handed out the Kebabs etc, the rest of the party immediately stated... Guys, what's with the children s portions! The worst thing of all was we had paid extra for LARGE ones :-( very disappointing. .. In a nutshell, unless we hear different in the Future, AVOID AVOID AVOID, Overpriced & Questionable Quality !!! :-( will not be visiting again!
