What nice people and grand food all in the Trades club. reasonably priced and nicely served. Ok you might have to wait but here its not a problem particulalry if you sample soem of the decent ales at the bar. Supporting two local businesses - what is not to like

Sensational!! We have travelled a lot around Asia and its difficult to find authentic food over here but this place is absolutely fantastic. Huge delicious portions, full of flavour, the chef deserves a medal, we will be back thanks!!

We went to this little restaurant on a Tuesday night, not knowing what exactly to expect. Oh boy were we blown away. Two very large portions of Nasi Goreng and a side order of sweetcorn fritters with a dipping sauce for £21.00. The food was divine, there was so much we simply could not finish it. So looking forward to going again.

Authentic Indonesian food with lots of variety for both meat, vegetarians/vegans. Big portions and great value for money and very tasty food!

Got the sweetcorn fritters and as a main the tofu and rice with veg dish. Really good flavour and reasonable price, you order and they bring the food to the bar seating area. I'd recommend if you like East Asian cuisine.

Wonderfully tasty and aromatic single plate home-cooked Indonesian meals served in the famous Hebden Bridge Trades Club, the best small live music venue in the North of England. Great range of vegetarian, vegan and meat dishes at really good value prices - £7 for a veggie or vegan dish or £8 for a meat dish, rice included. Be aware that Ros and her partner prepare the meals from scratch, using fresh ingredients, in a small, cramped kitchen - so there can be a wait at busy times. If you wish to eat before a gig it's best to order at least an hour in advance - sometimes earlier. Order and pay at the kitchen hatch in the corridor; take your cutlery and find a seat in the bar or concert room; get yourself a drink and your delicious food will be brought through to you piping hot.

Dreadful. Not just not very good. Awful. Total waste of money because I could not eat it. It was pretty awful last time I gave it a go a few months ago, but my goodness, this was really bad.

I got a takeaway from this place when my usual takeaway (Tian TIan) was closed. The food was terrible. The chicken was not cooked and was tasteless. It smelt as though it was off and I ate one piece before throwing it in the bin I woke up during the night with terrible stomach ache and spent some time on the loo in great discomfort. I must say it was the worst take away I have had in a long time Disgusting food
