Hubby had a flight experience booked at the air field so we went to cafe to watch him. I had a tea and toast and water after a very long wait. to served. Got home to a message to say we hadnt paid our bill. Now they had no idea who we were as no names were given so we were just customers, the place was packed so not sure how we got accused. I rang and said I had proof of payment and the reply was just literally oh ok.... no apology nothing, you dont accuse people of theft then brush it under the carpet. The only reason you got our phone number was because Aero Legends had it. Disgusting.

Very busy even on a Monday, but the waiting staff appear not to concentrate. I had a huge fruit scone but was only offered one pre wrapped piece of butter. Tea comes with a strainer, so I asked for the normally delivered dish to put the strainer in to avoid messing up the table. In the end, I had to go to ask again as the waitress had forgotten. These small niggly things are a shame as the venue could be so much better. Although I didn’t have cooked today, I noticed that if you want brown sauce with your meal, they charge 65p extra… yes, just for brown sauce. That to me is a rip off!

Location still great but front of house staff were under considerable pressure. First told 10-15 mins wait for table. Then, after 20 mins told it would 40 mins before an order could be taken! If there are staff shortages be up front about but to be kept waiting with little interaction is not the best way to treat clients. On that basis did not get any snacks & went elsewhere & spent money

Flew in a private aircraft to the airfield & very pleasantly surprised by the new bistro in the iconic Squadron building. Yes it was busy so had a short wait but service friendly & efficient. Brunch breakfast was very tasty and one of our group very impressed at having his tea in a china teapot & cup & saucer! Decent value too. Well done.

Came here with my family as they are big Nero fans. We were very disappointed as had to wait 15 minutes to be served even though the shop was quiet and there were 2 couples in front of us , drinks were only being served in takeaway cups aswell so wasn’t like they had to place loads of saucers down for cups they was just cardboard ones. The young girl who made our drinks, which was only 3 drinks, took 10 minutes to make a latte ,Cappuccino and a hot chocolate. As someone who has worked in a main chain Coffee shop and other hospitality jobs I was appalled at the hygiene of this store. The women that was putting new cakes into the case barely cleaned it and there were finger prints and muck all over the case, this put us all off having anything to eat not that there were any cakes out. With the only choices being a brownie ,tiramisu and a Black Forest Chouxnut. For a Chain coffee shop that is very disappointing. There also were full dirty bin bags on the shop floor it was disgraceful , We will not be coming here again and are very upset that our once favourite Coffee shop has fallen from grace

Popular pub in a nice setting by the river with a good selection of ales. Food was excellent and service first class. Will return at some stage.

The pub/hotel is on the High Street, a few minutes walk to all the shops, restaurants and other pubs in Moreton-in-Marsh. We had a four-poster double room (no.3) on the first floor. Although quite compact, it had almost everything needed for our one-night stay. The bed was very comfortable, and a fan and oil heater were provided. The double-glazing was very efficient so the room was quiet even though it overlooked a busy road. The shower room was huge, with a powerful shower, lots of hot water, fluffy towels and a bathrobe. There was a kettle with tea etc and biscuits, but we couldn't work out how to use the Nespresso machine. There were enough sockets for our chargers. The breakfast choice was extensive and the food really excellent (best cheese omelette I have had in years; my husband's full veggie breakfast was also good). There is a small car park, although there is free parking on the high street anyway. The pub/hotel garden looked pretty, but it was raining, so we didn't try it.

Such a pleasure to be at Keith's, invigorating coffee, luscious hot chocolate, beautiful fresh cakes, a good range of savouries, and well-chosen treats to buy, let alone their traditional hand-made chocolates. A Cirencester institution. One-off, comfy as itself, and special.
