Although it was busy Jamie and jacob made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble . Food came out quickly. Would definitely recommend a visit 🫠

This was our first visit to The Rosewood Hungry Horse.,we had a great breakfast at a great price. Mark looked after all our needs without being intrusive. Our experience was a very friendly pub and can recommend this to others.

We were visiting the area, and was greeted by Jake. We hadn't booked, and they were very busy, however he still found us seats. Ordering the food was easy enough, and we didn't wait long for it to come out. The food was OK. It's pub grub, it is what it is. Unfortunately my son got to the middle of his burger and it wasn't cooked through properly. We signaled for Jake to come over and he was very apologetic and sorted more food for my son. Jake went above and beyond. He gave him a free dessert also. He was warm, welcoming and all round a great guy. If we lived in the area, I'd go again, just because of how hospitable Jake is.

Amazing food and service, had a lovely guy from the kitchen which was so kind and kept talking to our little boy and made sure our puddings was sorted for the same time.

great staff, great food and great prices. what's not to like? will keep returning here . good value meals at good value prices. my tip is to book in advance.

Stopped at the rosewood as my husband was working not far from away. Was shown to our table by jack. We ordered our food and drink at the bar, my husband tried one of the new dishes the keema stack which he really enjoyed., the food arrived quickly and was piping hot even though the pub was busy. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. The pub was really clean, will definitely be returning

Warm welcome excellent service from all the team especially Josh . Our party was three I had booked and the table was ready. We all ordered different sizzlers they came out together absolutely delicious, will definitely return for more.

Fantastic meal with my wife & daughter. We all had one of their offers of the day. I had a 'mix it up' 2 crispy southern fried kebab skewers on a sizzler plate, 2 sides plus my choice of sauce - Korean bbq. It's available every day but cheaper on Tuesdays. Great staff & friendly atmosphere thanks to Jamie, Sandy & the team.

Very nice food, great price on a Friday with the buy 1 get 1 free burgers couldn’t complaint. The only thing that was an issue was table was very close to the bar so very crowded when eating but other then that couldn’t fault my visit

Very disappointed with the food first lasagne came out very over cooked (burnt ) the waitress to it away after complaining next lasagne came out under cooked full of cheese it was disgusting ok we got our money back . But when come away for a weekend you expect some decent food. I can say I would not rate this place.

This was our first time here and our last ! The food came out very quickly which suggests maybe it was not freshly cooked and had been hanging about kept warm. Very small portions for the price...My partners chicken burger was on the menu as "smothered" in gravy when in fact it had a teaspoonful on top of a limp hash brown and a small sauce pot on the side ( for dipping allegedly) as for my burger ( very dry ) with "authentic fried onions" which was in fact a watery sauce with 2 pieces of onion in it. Both burgers advertised on the menu as having lettuce, red onion and mayo as standard and both came with less than a quarter of a lettuce leaf in each maybe less actually...one piece of white onion not a slice an actual small piece and no mayo! the buns were limp and not toasted. Not many staff about even though it was busy. We were asked if our food was ok before we could actually stick a fork in it...One to avoid

Popped in here over the weekend for a mid afternoon meal on our way home. A warm welcome greeted us on arrival, however that was the highlight really. The young lad behind the bar had as much customer skills as a corpse!! Our food arrived literally about 5 mins after ordering it, partially cooked so that was returned. Sadly the clientele of this hungry horse looked and sounded like something from a council estate and clearly spent their entire weekend drinking and smoking there. Sadly won't be returning.
