What an absolute treat coming across this cafe while working. I ordered brunch , lunch and dinner to take away and at first I thought it was a little bit pricey until I tasted the food. Both the service and quality was second to none and highly recommend to have a bite to eat here , or even take away like I did I'll certainly be calling into this golden nuget when working in Preston again

Rosemary on the Park keeps going from strength to strength. A really interesting menu and some top specials. Friendly staff. Well worth a visit.

Myself and my granddaughter came for an afternoon tea. It was excellent, food, staff, service and the cafe itself, couldn't fault anything. I'll definitely be going back. Very highly recommended. I forgot to say it wasn't overpriced either, as can be the case in some places.

I mean the staff was nice but if u want your pants pulled down with there prices then go ahead because I got for half a piece of ham with half a piece of bacon and 2 peices of tiny chorizo for £8.00 honestly ridiculous won’t be coming again silly Billy’s!!!!!

First time we’ve been but we will certainly go again. Only went for a coffee but had a slice of coffee and walnut cake. The meals looked very good too. There was seating outside which was nice as it was actually mild this morning. Dogs are made welcome too. The staff we came into contact with were very friendly and welcoming. Table service.

Met friends for lunch, never been before. Very basic tables & chairs, but good freshly made sandwiches. I had ham & chutney, my husband had chicken & cranberry we both thought they were lovely, decent coffee too. The staff are friendly & efficient, the lack of comfort is the only drawback. I'd go again but take a cushion with me!

Met friends for lunch, our first visit to Rosemary's. I had a ham & chutney sandwich which was freshly made & I enjoyed it. Decent coffee too. A clean, basic little cafe with good home made grub, recommend it to anyone. Definitely go again.

Urgh Awful, grumpy staff, obviously have their regulars who they favour with hospitality, and preference in service. Greasy food, cold tea. Menu looks great but they make it sound far better than it tastes.

This is a delightful cafe and well above par for a park cafe. An interesting and delicious menu and very friendly service. The toasted sandwiches are imaginative as are the special hot chocolates. The setting for the cafe is also excellent. Moor Park was the first park of it's kind in a Northern industrial town and whilst it has changed over the years it remains a considerable municipal asset.

What a treasure! This is a lovely cafe in Moor Park with excellent staff and brilliant food. I had blueberry pancakes with crispy bacon and honey, delicious. The coffee is excellent and they had oat milk. It is bright and homely with a local clientele and their (well behaved) dogs. Great choice of food and friendly helpful staff. I will definitely be going back.

Lady inside the kitchen doesn’t know how to talk with customer, my wife just wanted ice cream for my child ( one scoop in cone )she scream inside saying that there is no, is written really big on menu outside. Could say nice that it change, we will understand!

Popped in here for an impromptu cup of tea after a sunny Good Friday walk around the park. Lovely ladies doing service. Got a lovely sunny spot and watched the world go by for half an hour. Tea for one is great value, I got 3 cups from my pot £2.20. Nipped to their loo before my walk back home and they are absolutely spotless. I like coming here ❤️

Me my wife and our two dogs have just been to Rosemary on the Park. It was our first time, it certainly won't be the last! A great breakfast, cooked to our liking and very good service and price. My wife is already planning her next visit with our Granddaughter.

Having been here on numerous occasions I was very disappointed with my recent visit. Very bog standard food and staff who look like they’d rather be anywhere else but there.

Food is nice but expensive. The owner is quite offhand and unfriendly.

4 of us meet for a catch up so the food is not of prime importance. Having said that the bacon barms were as good as usual and the blueberry and white chocolate cake was delicious. Delightful staff relaxed atmosphere and dog friendly 👌

This is a great place to eat. The food is always good and tasty. It would be good to have a good chef as good as the females at Rosemary on the park staff, who are honest and friendly with all people who visit. Highly recommended.

Bike ride pit stop, Ice creams were fantastic whilst sat outside and after seeing their breakfast menu, will definitely be back to taste.

Doesn’t even worth a star I was told a freshly squeezed orange juice for £2.50 And they serving straight from the freezer Just shocked after seeing the size of the cup and the quantity inside literally 4oz of juice served in a coffee cup…. Not worth for the money at all

I clearly picked the wrong thing, and had too high expectations for doorstep toast at £1.95 per slice. I would normally expect an inch thick for doorstep and at that price a piece the size of a round of normal sliced bread, but barely 2/3 the size and maybe half an inch thick. I did enjoy it but £3.90 for two medium size not very thick toast I was extremely disappointed - for £0.05 extra I could have had two scrambled eggs on doorstep toast - maybe only one piece, but when did a slice of bread equate to the value of two eggs. Just a bad choice , the other food looked better value . And I think the Trade Descriptions Act might have issues with the term "Doorstop" - thick yes, but everywhere else I have had doorstop it has been an inch thick.

We are regulars here and cannot recommend it highly enough. Stopped on a walk around the park on a sunny Friday, sitting outside you could be anywhere in Europe. Club sandwich is delicious. Always busy so calling it a ‘hidden gem’ seems silly, however it is a gem as the food is always delicious, well presented and clearly quality ingredients. Added to this it is excellent value.

Well, what an amazing little discovery. My wife frequents here, during park walks, and raves about this little place with its baked delights. Deservedly so! On my first visit I had the Prawn Marie Rose open sandwich. It came beautifully presented on a small oblong plate, and I'll hold my hands up and admit my first thought was "Oh, that's a bit small". How wrong I was. An ample slice of white provides a bed for a really good handful of large, juicy, fresh prawns, all of which could easily have been hand picked. The Marie Rose sauce has to be homemade, its bloody delicious and the lettuce is chunky, fresh and crisp. This is all topped off with a handful of crisps and a pot of homemade coleslaw. If I wasn't already full, I'd have ordered a second serving. But there was room for a piece of white chocolate and raspberry cheesecake, and oh my goodness, wow! My second visit was the very next day, for a club sandwich, and if I was to tell you how good that was, we'd be here all day. The kitchen at Rosemary on the Park clearly take a lot of pride in their work, and I highly recommend you go and put that to the test. Update: Visited Jubilee weekend too. Still amazing and still great value in my opinion. Stacking up to be our favourite "lunch in the sun" location.

We have been going here almost since Kelly opened and it has become a regular 'go-to' for us as a family and our pet dog. The menu is great - nothing ids too much trouble if you to add a little extra. There is also a daily special's board which are always offering something delicious. The soups are always a good choice too! It is dog friendly and our dog loves it - he is well catered for as our his pals, between biscuits, sausages and some even have a bit if chicken. Then to finish off there are the cakes - what a delight! there are vegan options too! Then finally the staff - Kelly and Chris are in the kitchen producing the delicious meals and cakes and then the front of house team are always there with a smile and warm welcome.

I was charged £5 for half a jam sandwich and a bag of crisps for a child i was told there would be veg sticks but there never was any in the bag 😵‍💫 staff aren’t the friendliest either

Lovely breakfast with quality ingredients. It is a shame I have only just now found this place. Don’t get other reviews that mention price being high, I thought it was excellent value and this place will definitely be my new regular.

We first visited Rosemary on the Park during the first lockdown when takeaway food was permitted. Since then we are regulars especially enjoying a breakfast or brunch whilst walking on the park. All staff are really welcoming and the inside part of the cafe very cosy and homely. What sets Rosemary’s apart from the usual park style cafes is the quality of the food. Portions are sensible and the menu has enough variety and choice to cater for different tastes and dietary requirements. Little touches such as the addition of pea shoots, the little milk bottles for milk, glass tea pots etc just make it feel like everything is made with a bit more love and attention than you tend to get in park cafes. Can’t really recommend it enough. On a sunny day sat outside you genuinely could be in any European city.

Brilliant people and excellent table service. Very good menu for a small cafe, with quite a lot of the menu made by the staff, and very tasty it is too. I would personally recommend the scones. If you are in the area and fancy a cuppa give it a go, you get a decent pot of tea. Definitely recommend it.

Lovely food and a decent cup of coffee. Shame about the big group hogging all the tables but not buying much. Luckily it was a nice day so customers could sit outside.

Fantastic day out, wonderful views and great coffee what else can you say. Nice atmosphere and plenty of space for the kids outside while you enjoy your drinks. A wide variety on the menu and the prices are reasonable. Well worth the trip!!!

Here on holiday from darlington one of the best dog friendly coffee stops even dog treats so they don't get left out fab idea

Having visited several times previously I didn’t hesitate to have lunch here again. Food was nice. Management were not receptive however to feedback when I suggested they could have handled things better when they felt the need to remind us of their policy on eating own food. We’d given our one year old a pre prepared sandwich to calm them down to avoid a tantrum. A little over the top and not necessary

Lovely and clean, staff are so friendly. I only had a toasted yea cake and tea but it was worth it. I got over 3 cups of tea from the pot for one! We were offered a cold water when we first went in as it was a hot day.....no cost. Dog friendly too. Nice stop off while on the park or even just to visit.
