Rose Bud Cafe in Coventry

The perfect tea like drinking a clear glass window with amazing multi flavours that dance on the tongue..... The food is the best in Coventry....my difficult to please daughter was even impressed..Thank you we will visit again soon.

I have been going to Rosebud Cafe for about 25 years but since the new owner took over it has been going downhill. I have noticed recently that quite a few regulars are taking their custom to other cafes in the same street. Last week was the final straw, the owner had organised a party for quite a few of his countrymen & made it quite clear that they were a priority over his regular customers. I go in about 3 times a week & regularly order a snack with my 2 coffees. Last week the woman who took my order was obviously in a rush to get away & did not pass it on to the chef. I had to ask twice again before I finally got my order. It’s was not the fault of the girl who was cooking but had the owner not been putting the party first he may have noticed. Wake up Mr Mo & remember that you won’t have big parties every day. Value your regular customers as they are your bread & butter & could easily walk away - just like I’m going to do.

I cold damp day, so a roast chicken dinner, brimming with veg cannot be bettered anywhere. Just like an old fashioned Sunday lunch. Thank you Rosebud team.

Another visit to this cafe today, where a mushroom omelette with chips & peas was served. A buttery omelette, just melted in my mouth, stacked full of mushrooms. Just beautiful.

A roast chicken dinner that was beautiful & scrummy. Properly cooked. Not rushed just to fulfil an order. They delight in serving what they have spent time preparing. A light and well aired cafe, that is worth another visit.

I had a delivery today I had jacket potato with chilli con carne and salad and the chilli was to hot and there wasn't enough mince

... the staff here also really know how to look after their customers. I've ordered from here several times since my last review and the quality of both the food and service remains superb. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I've used Rose Bud Café several times since my last visit and must say that the food is CONSISTENTLY EXCELLENT from here matched only by the top-notch service. I always opt for the Mega-breakfast and it's always beautifully cooked and delivered piping hot. I can therefore unhesitatingly recommend this excellent café and its excellent staff: thanks again. :-)

I didn't expect rosebud g6o be fine dining by far, but I didn't expect to be served instant coffee and refried chips. This place is a far cry from the rosebud I remember. Maybe having competition has taken its toll.

Came here with a friend for breakfast first time, we chose this place because it had fair reviews and wasn’t dissapointed. Fairly priced, clean and most importantly the food was very nice. Will be returning.

Went in the rosebud for the first time in a while as normally just come down here for shopping and not to eat, when I went in it was nice to see how nicely decorated the place is and how modern it looked compared to a few years ago, I tried the Latte and it was very good! Would return !

I absolutely love it here the food is always hot and nice, it's always cooked to perfection! The man is so lovely and as I am a regular he calls me by my name and makes me feel so welcomed.

Very pleasant owner always calls you 'lady' and will look after you while you eat. Good wholesome meal and a nice sit down either inside or out.

I have been visiting this cafe for many years. There is a nice atmosphere. The present owners have only been here a couple of years but some of the staff have been here for many years. It has been very updated and refurbished recently and it is now also licensed in the evenings. The staff are always very welcoming. Even when it is very busy the food is ready in a very short time and is always hot and enjoyable and is not expensive. It is always very clean and tidy.

Came here for breakfast with family very pleasant experience lovely food very clean and lots of lovely touches around the cafe.

Came here for my friend's birthday, she is Iranian and recommended the restaurant. The staff are friendly, the food portions are massive and they give you boxes to take away. The food tasted homemade and is cery delicious. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and prices are reasonable.

Myself and a group of 14 others enjoyed a wonderful evening at the Rose Bud Persian restaurant. Its a very friendly place with a lovely atmosphere. Tim the waiter was just the best! We had a variety of different dishes, there were two vegetarians in the group. Many of us tried each others dishes, and we all liked everything we ate.

Set on bustling Ball Hill it is a great little cafe full of characterful

Stumbles upon this little cafe by accident but so glad we did. Service excellent and quality of food delicious. Spotlessly clean and food presented lovely. Will go out of our way to visit this cafe again.

Great food friendly staff , give this place a try as well worth a visit is open Ada cafe in the day and a restaurant at nite offering Greek / Turkish food , take a bottle though sat hey havnt got a liecence to sell Alchoholic drinks

At lunch the persian menu is provided but you need to ask for it. The lamb shank was well cooked and good value.

Cosy, family run café/restaurant. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Always worth a visit, reasonable prices, pay it a visit.
