Great tasting food and nice atmosphere. The biriyani is delicious and well presented, and the curries and naan breads are excellent. We've been back 3 times and will be back in future!

Just wanted to say how well the restaurant and staff handled an accidental order we made which was to their sister branch in Newmarket. Food was ready in 15 minutes, and we were served a free beer while we waited! Food was fantastic as always, never fail to recommend the Rose and Mango for authentic cuisine. Thank you!

Well worth a visit if you havent been yet! I was here with a group of 4 on a busy friday night and the food came quickly considering the amount of people there. Great tasting food, friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. Will definitively come back again for more! 10/10

I've been to India, to many places in the world, and often eaten Indian food... But this restaurant is the best in terms of food that I have experienced in a long time. Great food in terms of taste, quality, authenticity, quantity... THE APPETIZERS a poem. Restaurant is clean, service without complaint.... All in all a great thing and the price and performance are also on the right side for the customer... Absolutely recommended!

I visited to collect my first takeaway and was not disappointed. Super smooth service, although no added extras (I didn't have to wait though). Arrived home and unpacked; we opened up the containers and everything was well labelled, it smelt shaving and looked great. We tried each dish and we're blown away by the look, smell and if course, taste! Not your usual oily sources; it felt good to eat and was a pleasure. Vegetable Mango Curry was amazing, especially with the mushroom rice and the sauce from the poppadom basket. I went to the Rose and Mango with a bunch of friends. I heard a lot of good things about this restaurant and didn't hesitate in going. Once there, we were all welcomed with a friendly smile and a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff went out of their way to meet our needs and were efficient in their duties with great service and great food. I can't say enough to recommend The Rose and Mango St Neots. Thank you Rose and Mango for a fantastic evening, and will definitely visit you again.

I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough. The staff are lovely and very accommodating to any requirements. The food is lovely, well presented and the taste yummy. I’ve been there twice now and will certainly be going again. The prices are very reasonable, expect to pay around £40 per person if you have starters and a pud, alcoholic drinks and sides will push that up naturally. I like the way if there’s a lot of you, that you can select what you each had and just pay your part of the bill. 5 out of 5 stars.

What an excellent introduction to a modern twist on Indian cuisine. Exciting new flavours and beautifully presented. All of us a party of 4 enjoyed each of the 7 courses.

We are so lucky to have this lovely Keralan Indian restaurant in St. Neots. The menu is fantastic and has a varied selection of dishes which make a nice change from what we usually eat at Indian restaurants. Prices are very reasonable and service is excellent every time. The Tasting Menu is also wonderful and the one time we had it, the restaurant was heaving! It's so good :) Otherwise, it is often a bit on the quiet side but that can also be quite nice for a change from other places. We'd love more people to give them a try - you really won't regret it. We'll be back soon!

We have just had the 7 course tasting menu on our first time dining here, it blew our minds! the flavours were amazing, the portions were generous, the service was excellent! The best we have had by miles compared to anywhere else we have been. Not only will we be coming back, we will be bringing people with us! highly recommend dining here.

DO NOT walk past this place! Just amazing food & Service. The Tasting Menu is out of this world! We took family visitors as a treat last month, and they were so delighted with the selection, they asked us to book again for their return visit (when they next travel up to stay from the South Coast!) Yo will love it!

Probably one of the tastiest and nicest curry I have ever had in a very long time. The prices are very reasonable and the food is abaolutely amazing, so tasty and nice. Totally recommend the Biryani (chicken and/or Lamb) and the lamb Naans but omg, everything on the menu is mouth watering. The wine is very good too and I am yet to try the taster menu, probably in the weeks to come. My partner and I are locals and regulars of R&M, it’s definitely our go-to local restaurant. 100% recommend without hesitating a micro second.

Simply stunning! We've never had a bad experience in this wonderful restaurant. The food is stunning, the flavours are amazing and you really couldn't ask for better service. We sampled their 7 course taster menu tonight and every dish was so tasty, portion size was perfect & everything was so beautifully presented. Very reasonable price too for a Monday night. Just over £22 each for all 7 courses! We paid £60 in total, including our drinks for 2 of us. I would highly recommend this great place to anyone, we couldn't fault it

Enjoyed food here many times and have never had a bad mouthful let alone a bad meal. Tried the tasting menu this evening and it was stunning! Not to say that I would order every dish as part of a meal but the tastes were wonderful! This restaurant is miles apart from your normal high street norm and a definite must for those of you like, in my view , Michelin quality food.

A gem, hidden in plain sight. Our first time trying Rose & Mango. I retrospectively regret every time I've ordered a curry from anywhere that wasn't here. We were in last night as a fathers day surprise and had the 7 course tasting menu. It was hands down the best culinary experience of my life. If you're considering trying it, consider no more! Go do it!!!

Wonderful service. Excellent food. I had the vegan curry which was delicious. My mate had the mother chef chicken curry and he said it was the best he'd had. Definitely recommended.

Best authentic Indian curry in the UK. Having worked in India for many years I struggle to find proper Indian style curry in the UK (ie not creamy british-family-friendly!). Here I had the "Chef Mother Curry"... the name and description did not give much away, but it was excellent, full of rich buttery spicy flavour, and a strong spice level yet still able to taste. I wish I lived locally, I'd go every night!

We did a tasting menu as a group of 8 and everything about the evening was fantastic. The service was friendly and the food exceptional. It was a really great way to try lots of new things we wouldn't normally have selected. The staff were so helpful and accommodating of our two children too. Would definitely recommend and return for another meal there.

Came here with my team of 5 for a dinner and everything was amazing. I booked the table online and received a confirmation soon. I was skeptic about the taste but this place didn’t disappoint me. Authentic Indian taste, nice quiet sitting for a chat and an excellent service to top it all.

Authentic Indian food just as I remember from my visits to the sub continent and similar restaurants in East Africa. Staff friendly and extremely helpful will be visiting again many times.

The lamb lived up to the high expectation I had got from reading reviews. The mango lassi was special. The recommendation I got for the Railway lamb was excellent.

Great food, busy vibe and service was slow at times but it was very busy. I had the vegetable curry which was a bit too creamy, but the starter was absolutely amazing, it was a trio on a plate, I can’t recall its name. The naans were good, we will definitely return . Goan fish curry is always a hit.

Amazing visit to our local Indian. Incredibly tasty food which is presented with so much care and pretty on the plate, brilliant, attentive staff who don't hover over you but are there when you need them for anything. I can't believe how tasteful it was ! Amasing service, and really nice food.

Incredible food and very welcoming service. Rose and Mango was very much worth the value of the food. Food was quick to receive after ordering and the menu itself has colour coding for spice levels and good descriptions as to what it contains. Lamb samosa were crisp on the outside but soft on the inside, as if the meat was slow cooked. Dhal Makhani was rich and creamy, full of flavour. Would highly recommend if you were in the area, from what I understand they update their menus every six months, so there's always something new to try!

Have been here a few times now and truly never disappointed. Last visit was with friends, their first time, all had the tasting menu. Absolutely blown away with the amazing food and presentation. It’s a shame the restaurant is not closer to where we live, we traveled 25 miles to get here, we would visit more frequently. It’s only that I work locally that I know of the place. If you have never been and are looking for a true ‘little gem’ of a restaurant that’s a little different, then trust me, you won’t go wrong.

Cannot rate this place highly enough. Took some friends with us as a first time visit, they were completely blown away with the experience. All of us having the tasting menu. 5 course's, each one presented in a unique way. Every one of them absolutely amazing. Cannot rate this restaurant enough. We traveled 30 miles to bring our friends here, having dined here before, trust me they will be coming back, probably bringing people with them! Only downside will be the more people find out about the Rose and Mango and what a little gem of a restaurant it is, the harder it will be to get a booking! 😁

Delicious and hearty dishes. The decoration could be redone to obtain a more intimate setting, especially in terms of lighting. We tasted several different dishes and they were all very good.

The food and service in this restaurant is in a league of its own. We had the pleasure of the Tasting Menu and sent every course back with empty plates. Every course was amazing with flavours that you may not be used to but all sheer joy. We cannot recommend this more highly.

Unbelievably, my first time, and definitely my loss! A Saturday night with a wonderful bunch of folks and a full restaurant - in fact at times it felt like the Titanic minus the band..oh, and the lifeboats.. and...anyway, I'm going 'off piste' here - the staff dealt in an incredibly calm manner (I'd want them on the Titanic!) with the busy evening. The food was, honestly, the best I've had in years (tho' I'm not a 'frequent flier', if you see what I mean). Unashamedly recommended! (Hopefully, the cheque's in the post!😎). A great place!

Really disappointed with our collection order, biriyani was very stodgy and overcooked not like usual biryanis, Malabar lamb shank had alot of oil on top which had to be poured out before we could eat it, once the lamb shank was taken out there was very little curry. It’s our first time trying Rose and Mango and very surprised as it has endless good reviews. Service on collection was good, very accommodating but have to say for the price and quality of food we received I definitely wouldn’t visit again.

I am writing a belated review from our visit back a few months ago, but I really have to as this restaurant was incredible. For every part - the atmosphere and welcome, the friendly staff who explained even the background of each one of our dishes, and the farewell - we were blown away. The dishes are crafted with care and presented in such a way it looks like artwork and is a pity to disturb. The restaurant describes that they are inspired by the Kerala region, and we had the set menu. Each dish was each delicious, different from each other, and made sense in combination and in the order that they were presented, which we would not have known how to pick. Even the dessert was an unexpected surprise; rose creme brulee, chocosamosa and tandoori pineapple. Truly, one of the best restaurants my family and I have ever been to. Thank you to the Rose and Mango team.

A Monday evening meal with wonderful friends. Fantastic tasting menu and excellent service. What's not to like!

Rose and Mango is me and my fiancé's go-to for Valentines Dinner every year. The food is always gorgeous, portions are generous and they're happy to provide you with takeaway boxes of any leftovers. We are an LGBTQA+ couple, so it really is nice to be treated with the same warmth and welcoming atmosphere from the staff as any other couple. The staff are very attentive, polite and friendly - definitely the best service in St Neots. All the food is absolutely delicious. Even if you're apprehensive, you can trust in the set menus to be wonderful. Nothing on the special menus is overly spicy, but all very very tasty. Great way to try new things if you're new or inexperienced in Indian cuisine. The prawn malwani, seabass and soft shell crab are my favourites!

Always greeted by the friendly staff, returned to this restaurant many a time and it never disappoints. The food is stunning and having tried many dishes on the menu it keeps me wanting to go back for more. Best curry house in st Neots.

Having read various reviews booked a table to celebrate hubby's birthday this evening. Place was warm, as was the welcome, on this chilly evening. Only photos are of the starters as we couldn't wait to tuck into the rest! We had the pappadoms with pickles and chutney ( yummy), with the monkfish starter ( he really enjoyed it) for hubby and the scallops for me ( whilst the scallops were small there were plenty of them, and I could have eaten a small bowl of the sauce it was so good). For the main course hubby enjoyed the tasty kerala lamb malli peralan with a garlic naan and pilau rice. I opted for butter chicken with plain naan and mushroom rice. All were again plentiful portions, really piping hot and delicious. Service was friendly, welcoming and attentive throughout. Total bill ( including all that food, one soft drink, one beer and two glasses of red wine) was just over £70 for the two of us, which we thought was brilliant value. Worth noting there is no parking but as its in the centre of St Neots both Waitrose and Tebbuts Road car parks ( free after 6pm etc) are both within just a five minute walk. We'll certainly be back!

3rd Time having the taster menu, which is delicious, dynamic, and filling, so great value and a lovely way of trying lots of things. Some pics of each of the courses to give an idea. It's rough around the edges in parts, like many great hidden gems, but food and friendly service make it well worth a try.

Hand on heart, one of the best Indian meals I've had in a long time. We started with poppadoms, and the pickles weren't like the usual out-of-a-jar variety. I don't actually like mango chutney, but I tried this and I could have eaten spoonfuls of this stuff. And the mains? Delightful. Fresh flavours and just a little bit different from a "typical" Indian restaurant menu. The service was excellent and it really wasn't stupidly expensive. I can't recommend this place highly enough. The only mystery is why the place wasn't heaving - it's an absolute gem. Well done, Rose and Mango. Next time maybe I'll slow down enough to take some pics before I get stuck in to your delicious food. I'll definitely be back.

Best Indian food, Best service I've had in years.......

First class tasting menu, well served by knowledgable staff. Indian restaurants have come a long way since I first entered one in, er, 1963. We had the tasting menu, half price in January. I can only say this was the best South Asian meal I have ever had. The lighter, sweeter elements were well selected by the restaurant, and the three conventional curries were superb, especially the Railway curry (which I would have had if the tasting menu had not been available). The tasting menu will be full price again by the time I write this, but it will still be worth every penny. The restaurant is highly recommended.

Went for the first time yesterday and it was a real pleasure to have a meal that was not the typical 'indian' fare. My only comment was that the dishes lacked chilli (but then I was raised in Mexico, so like my dishes picante)

Lovely atmosphere and the staff are so friendly and kind. They recently changed the menu to introduce some new options (my guests really enjoyed the new stuff) but sadly I'm pretty picky so given some of the old menu items were removed, I found myself stumped. The two folk working tonight plated me up the dish that I have each time we visit even though it wasn't on the menu anymore. As usual the food tasted great and the prices very reasonable. Service is next to none and it really does feel like the staff are delighted that you come to dine here. Thanks a lot rose and mango!

Perfect experience at this lovely Indian restaurant. All staff are so polite and friendly and the food are just amazing! Chef’s mothers’ chicken curry is my favourite 😻 The chicken is so tender and the creamy curry sauce is just perfect with my garlic nann. Can’t wait to visit again!

We were a large family group of 10. We liked the menu which is somewhat shorter than many Indian restaurants and all the better for it. Our order was taken promptly and food followed shortly afterwards. We tried many different starters snd mains and all were much enjoyed. Service was excellent and we thought it all good value. Visited this special restaurant a few weeks ago. The staff were very welcoming & we enjoyed some beautiful home - made chutneys & poppadoms before our main course.The date & beetroot one was gorgeous! Finally, we shared little mini chocolate samosas which were resting on banana slices that had a caramelised topping . WoW ! Also , couldn’t get over what excellent value this meal was ! Rose & Mango is real gem .

I ate here twice over the summer while working nearby, with colleagues the first time and then I returned with my partner. The service was excellent, with kind and attentive waiters. The menu was wide-ranging, with really interesting flavours, and both times our meal was delicious. Very fairly priced too. Strongly recommend, I will come back when I'm in the area!

Came here with a few friends, straight off the staff are lovely and thebretaraunt is amazing . The food itself is so tasty and ull of flavour , few bad things though the poppadom basket is a total waste of time younget a few bits of a poppadoms not full and the dips you get are so stingy ,there was barely enough for one person let alone 3 plus the food portion sizes arnt very big ,dkntbget me wrong the food is lovely but I didn't leave feeling fulfilled
