We really enjoyed the whole experience. The waiting staff were fantastic, the food was probably the best I’ve had. I was very impressed haw clean and well presented the restaurant was. Highly recommended.

Delivery was quick, food arrived piping hot and the portions were generous. Very tasty food, can’t fault it. We are repeat customers and will continue to be.

I ordered this for 7:10 and it 6:30, I was not there and was cold when I got home

Went for a meal with my family, the food was really good, we really enjoyed it, however we were only sat at our table less than a minute before being asked what drinks we wanted? We didn’t even get a chance to look At the menu, we were brought poppadoms and sides to the table without being asked if we wanted them, I thought this was just a nice little welcome gesture, but once we received the bill, I could see we were charged for them, think it would be nice if customers were asked first, it was really cold in there too, other customers could be seen closing the windows, no background music either.

Never had a bad meal from here. Food always delivered piping hot. Good size portions good value for money.

Today I had was served by a waiter by the name of Bartosz, he was of great assitance and I enjoyed his waitering, the food was also lovely.

Excellent service and food, when the papadums were so crisp and hot I knew it was a good omen, and we had a very fine meal, their selection is good and kulfi for dessert was also delicious. It was an unexpected treat in this location, close to the Milestone Hotel too being a 5 min drive into Yaxley village.

The item was showing delivered however they have taken 1.30 hrs Extra from actual delivery time. The Food was not even ready and Marked as delivered in app . Think from customer prospective, how upset i feel while i waited 2.30 hrs from the time of order.

I purposely ordered nut free food going by the menu but have had an allergic reaction meaning there were nuts in my food

The nicest Indian takeaway in Peterborough! They helped change my meals due to allergy’s. So hot best korma I’ve had!

Really nice food for takeaway. Especially like the noodles and biryani. The Sunday buffet also had some nice options and reasonable price at £17 for an adult. Staff were very attentive and polite. Quick response over the phone. Definitely would recommend!

Food was late and cold. It did taste nice but we had to reheat everything so not overly impressed.

Delivery was longer than estimated time and the app changed to delivered when it hadn't been. when i called to see where it was the app then changed the estimated time of delivery for half an hour later and food had to be warmed up when it arrived but food was really tasty and tender

Excellent quality food, on a Sunday there is a buffet - which seems to be very popular. Always met with a smile, service is top notch! Restaurant or take away. Our favourite place to eat.

We've just had our Christmas meal today. Wow what an experience. Service was second to none, food was amazing (we couldn't fault any part of the 4 courses) even prepared some food for our 15 month old- which she loved! Highly recommend the Himalayan lamb chops & garlic chicken. Anyone wanting something different for their Christmas meal, here is the place to go! Visited this establishment last night, around 21:00. Despite arriving late, there was no quibble, and exceptional service throughout our meal, the food was divine.

We arrived very late for a meal on a Tuesday evening and the waiting staff had left, but we were given amazing personal service by the chef, who went out of his way to make sure our evening was special. The food was great as always.

Meat samosa was missing, however they did deliver them quickly after I phoned. Chicken Pathia was flavourless and bright red sauce which normally is a brown coloured sauce.

Had a takeaway which I collected Its a solid 10 off the charts fantastic food and service. Thank you Regards Mark

I have no concerns with taste or quality of food however the korma was a tub of sauve with only 5 pieces of chicken. You used to get more and this rewlly let the meal down massively

Food portions were too small for 10£ each. Also, I had requested not to make any curry sweet but the butter paneer was sweet as a sweet dish.

We ordered two mains and a side of Garlic Bread to share between two adults and two children. The garlic bread didn’t arrive meaning there was not enough food to go around. When we called the restaurant they confirmed the side was on the counter but they wouldn’t bring it to us and we would have to contact just eat to get a refund. We usually love ordering from Chiquito’s but this was so disappointing…

Outstanding. A Nepalese twist on some curry classics, with some very refined levels of spice and flavour. This place is a little gem. Only caveat is if you just want balls to the wall extra hot curry you probably won't find it here, but in all honesty it isnt that sort of place and the flavours are top notch. 👌 The goat curry absolutely slaps. I think a lot of the waiting staff are very young and lacking experience which can slow the service when it gets busy, as if a good head waiter is needed at times, but they all have a good attitude and work hard. 👍

Madras may aswell have been a Korma, no heat. Won't bother again.

Happy to wait 10minutes extra for the food. Such great quality. Succulent. Delicious. Well listed on their menu. Even the delivery guy was courteous and smart.

Great Indian & Nepalese cuisine in a comfortable setting

First time going here we were really looking forward to it. Had a table booked for 18:30 on a Friday evening. We received our starters at around 19:30 and they were delicious. At 21:00 we were still waiting for the main courses. There were tables seated long after us that received their food before us. When I ordered my main I was asked how spicy I want my Madras and I said very spicy almost like a Vindaloo. Sad to say it wasn't spicy at all. I think because they were so behind with orders the quality suffered unfortunately. Due to our food arriving so late to our table we lost our appetite and decided to take it home instead. We ended up having it for lunch the next day. I dont want to eat at 21:00 if I booked a table for 18:30. If you make a customer wait for hours for food at least offer them a complimentary drink.

I had a delicious meal, thank you. A chilli panir starter and a really nice Nepalese lamb curry.

We had ordered veg and chicken momo along with that amristari fish. The stuffing of both veg and chicken momo was pathetic, we couldn't even eat a single piece, worst momo's ever. Never thought someone can make so bad momo's. Coming to the fish, it was very salty and our entire order was messed up and we had to throw all of it. All of my money and time wasted and really bad and pathetic service.

I enjoyed the food, but found myself picking out quite a lot of mushroom which I didn’t expect to find in a Bhuna. The chicken in the Balti was a bit tough and chewy, and a piece of lamb found it’s way into it.

What a wonderful hidden gem Everest Kitchen is. Have been dining regularly there for over a year and it's consistently perfect. Superb food and friendly polite obliging service. Nothing is too much trouble and customers are made to feel truly welcome. The menu will be familiar to Indian curry-loving diners but with delicious subtle Nepalese twists. And the Nepalese-original dishes are stunning. Portions are plentiful and the menu is varied with lots of choice. And the kitchen are happy to adjust spice and heat levels to your taste - just ask when ordering! Takeaways are excellent too. Friends who've dined there have been super-impressed too, including some who booked Christmas Day 2022 and pronounced it the best meal experience they'd ever had. Parking is easy - on-street outside or just round the corner. Yaxley is lucky to have such an amazing restaurant, consistently excellent and an absolute treat to visit.

This was a significant let down tonight. Previously when ordering this same meal there has been a significant amount of chicken. Whilst tasting nice I received a tub of sauce with only 5 small chunks of chicken. A disappointing £21

Family birthday at home for 8 adults, 3 youngsters. Excellent choices off the menu, pre-ordered online (very easy), collected at the time requested and hot when we got home. Nothing disappointed, every meal was enjoyed. The Pesawari nann especially excellent. The takeaway food we have experienced was excellent and recommended..

The starters were absolutely awesome! The chicken tikka masala was awful - rubber chicken chunks in watery volcanic hot liquid - let the whole thing down. Such a shame.

Disappointing tonight if I’m honest, 35 mins later than the latest expected time. Food was barely warm. Food wasn’t up to the usual standard. I’ve always thought Everest Kitchen was a little expensive but didn’t mind paying for quality. Tonight I feel ripped off.

Love this restaurant but totally let down tonight. Ordered at 7:30 to be told that it would be delivered between 8:30-8:50. Expected this wait as it is a Saturday night. Rang at 9pm to be told it was on its way (we live up the road) it didn’t arrive until 9:30 and had an item missing. When speaking to the restaurant the girl on the phone was not very helpful and although she apologised was quite rude when we said about it taking ages and wanting a refund if it wasn’t here within the ten minutes she told us it would be. I’m sure she was probably just battling lots of customers waiting on their delivery. It has been one of the worst experiences using JUST EAT and this restaurant. Such a shame
