Rosa's Thai Cafe Victoria in City of London, Westminster

The restaurant is small and does have some ambiance,It is bustling .However the quality of the food is very disappointing. We had Satay chicken starters and Firecracker Shrimp.The shrimp were good , the chicken for the satay was clearly the scraps left over from a whole chicken. They were chewy and had pieces of cartilage in them. For our mains we had Penang curry with beef and red curry with beef.The beef was in uniform chunks and felt and tasted like it had been boiled for a week. My wife’e egg fried rice was good, my sticky rice was overcooked. Wont be going back

Food is great but we waited more than 30min between the starter and main. Will try another branch next time

We visited Sunday Jan 14th and had not booked. We managed to get a table provided we would be done by a certain time as the table was reserved. This still gave us over 90 mins. The food was absolutely amazing and the staff brilliant. Highly recommended.

It was satisfactory food. By the time we arrived which was around 7:30 PM thy had run out of chicken. Service was 3/5 Food was 3/5 Ambiance was 2.5/5 Have eaten much better and high quality food. But as stated food and overall service was okay. Nothing over and above.

Nice restaurant for classics such as Pad Thai, prawns crackers, green or red curry and Panang curry. Prices are reasonable and the service is fast and friendly.

Ordinary and uninspiring. Quite bland food. The Chilli & Basil ‘Pad Kra Prow with pulled Fable mushrooms was the blandest, most colourless and textures Thai dish I have ever had. It was supposedly the spiciest dish on the Christmas menu, but it lacked everything Thai food should have.

No coffee ( what sort of restaurant runs out of coffee - especially one yards from a large supermarket?), no draft beer, and - no chicken! We ordered two sharing platters as starters and felt that they were very poor value indeed at £18 each: as the starters were cleared we were told "chicken has run out" - two of our party had ordered chicken-based mains. If we'd been told this as we ordered we would have cancelled our booking and gone elsewhere - it all felt quite chaotic and there was no apology offered as we payed for our overpriced starters. We will not be returning!

Very lucky we had a reservation. Got there at 5pm and it was packed. Very close to some theaters so possible pre or post theater crowd. People that walked in with no reservations were turned away. Service was pretty good but since they were so busy, it was a little unorganized. Food all very good. We had Thai Iced tea, Summer rolls, Chicken Satay, Crab Fried Rice, Panang Chicken.

I tried tom yum soup, noodles, red curry, green curry, penang curry .I dint like the taste and will not visit again.I think if I am spending so much so I should go to some better restaurant with better taste

Fahad was absolutely superb! Carried the plates so well and provided the perfect cutlery. Only down fall was we had candle, fortunately the flame of love was present.

Beautiful tasty food and very friendly staff. Myself and my friend enjoyed a lovely experience at ROSA'S Thai Victoria. After a long journey it was the perfect location for lunch and at a very reasonable price! Thankyou!

I have visited this restaurant a few times when visiting London. In August I didn't have a reservation and although the cafe was abuzz, the friendly staff member found my friend & I a table for two. We ordered water, a red wine each, homemade spring rolls, cashew stir-fry chicken, pad thai king prawns (good portion sizes) and 2 coffees (couldn't go wrong with any of these choices). Great atmosphere with a friendly & efficient service and only a 5 mins walk from Victoria. The prices weren’t bad and I can't wait to revisit.
