가족 여행으로 런던을 방문했는데 어른들은 영국 음식이 입맛에 맞지 않아 마침 비비고가 보여 들어갔습니다. 외국인도 많고 맛집으로 알려져 있다더라고요! 김치찌개가 8파운드정도였던거 같은데 저렴하진 않지만 맛있었어요. 떡강정도 추천합니다~

We have ordered few bibimbaps and they were were nice, but nothing special. For the quality I would say it was slightly pricy, I have been to better korean restaurants. Service wise there were some mistakes as well (for example only getting 3 waters and cutlery for 3 people, when we were sitting and ordering as 4). Generally speaking, it was just average. Lunch deals were pretty cheap though!

익숙한 체인점이 있어서 갔더니 한국 비비고더라구요.맛은 한국이랑 별반 차이 없었지만, 외국인 입맛을 고려해서 약간 부드럽게 느껴졌습니다. 런던에서 한식 생각나시면 방문해보길 추천드려요.아, 현지인들에게 인기가 많아서 웨이팅 있어요 ㅠㅠ

음식 맛은 그냥 한식당요 주문한 음식 중에 하나가 너무 안 나와서 물어보니 아무 설명도 없이 음식만 덜렁 갖다주네요주문 까먹으신 것 같은데..ㅋㅋㅋ 외국인들 많이 찾는 식당이라고 오히려 한국 분들 차별하시는 건가 하는 생각도 들었어요ㅋㅋ

저흰 입구쪽 바테이블에 앉았습니다. 한국인(매니저님?)의 안내로 앉았으며 메뉴주문도 그분이 받으셨습니다.우리는 김치찌개,김치볶음밥,순두부찌개,숯불마늘치킨? 총 4가지의 음식과 식혜,콜라,유자네이드를 시켰습니다. Tap water도 부탁했구요. 그러나 음식은 찌개 2종류,볶음밥만 나오고 치킨이 나오지 않았어요. 밥을 다먹어갈때쯤 너무 안나와서 문의를 했는데 확인해보고 주문이 빠졌으면 와서 얘기해주는지 알고 기다렸더니 다시 돌아오지도않고 기분 나빠서 계산하고 나가려니까 그제서야 메뉴가 나왔는데 사과한마디 없이 주셨습니다. 계산을 끝내고 나가기전에 한국인분께 말씀드렸더니 추가주문인줄 알았다고 하셨습니다. 그렇지만 추가주문이라고 생각하기엔 저희는 메뉴판을 다시 달라고 하지않았고 분명히 주문을 했는데 안왔다고 말했습니다. 물론 주문확인은 외국인 직원분이 하셨지만 다시 확인 답변을 주지않았고 그사이 메뉴가 뒤늦게 나왔습니다. 사과는 하셨지만 이미 저희는 기분이 상했습니다. 다음부터 신경써주셨으면 좋겠습니다.

For the quality it was a bit pricy. We had two starters, two ramen and two beers and it was £40. I would have expected a bit better. The Ramen bowls are not great and the shallow spoon took a hammering trying to get the "soup" into my mouth. I might as well of used a teaspoon. I'm convinced the Ramen came from a packet of standard Kimche Ramen and they threw in a few fresh ingredients to make it restaurant grade.

Nice food, although portions a little small for price.

Took my friend out to introduce her to some Korean food but to be honest I wasn't really impressed at all. The Bibimbap chain cafe serves a lot better bibimbap. The other foods that we ordered were nothing special at all, dry chicken with some kind of sauce and bunch of leaves. Makes me think that I could've made a better Korean dish at home to treat my friend. We weren't even offered dessert so we had to go get a dessert someplace else...

Non avevamo mai provato la cucina Coreana, è stata una piacevole scoperta.Il ristorante è stato trovato per caso camminando nelle stradine di soho.. Unica pecca è stato il personale non molto cortese!

Popped in randomly for a bite to eat whilst shopping and stumbled across a gem. The red chicken to start or as a main is absolutely incredible, as is the spicy chilli pork. I can't remember enjoying a meal in London as much as this in a long time, we will definitely be back!!

Bibigo serves flavorful authentic Korean rice dishes. In 2012 you’d have to make a reservation at their restaurant and it would be a dinner outing or a business lunch. Over the years however, it’s become more mass market and less classy. Bibigo now sells frozen dumplings in Costco’s and is being introduced to food halls, in malls, beside chains like Chipotle and McDonald’s. The food still tastes good, but it’s no longer a rare treat.

김치찌개와 잡채는 맛있었는데 닭강정이 정말 실망스러웠어요. 6파운드에 부가세 별도인데 양이 심각하게 적어서 깜짝 놀랐어요. 사진에서 보다시피, 주먹 한 줌 정도의 양 밖에 안 되는 것 같았어요. 식혜도 별로였구요. 순두부찌개는 맛있지만 고추 향이 확 느껴질 정도로 많이 매운 편이라 매운 걸 잘 못 먹는 사람들에겐 추천하기 어렵겠네요.

Comida coreana. Teníamos el pollo con curry rojo y la carne con sésamo y especias diferentes. También tuvimos el postre (la creme brulè estaba bien hecho). Realmente disfrutamos de la comida y el lugar. Sin duda volveré.

Bibigo Bar & Restaurant continues to impress -- very good food, very reasonably priced, in a very pleasant ambience.

Food was so-so, quite oily in a bit of an unpleasant way. The service was pretty atrocious. Got our order wrong, had to ask 3 or 4 times our drinks, etc. There are plenty of better Korean places nearby.

Great food - tasty and unusual - well presented, excellent service- staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

The soybean stew was far below what we expected - the portion is extremely small, only a few cuts of beef slices floating on a small pot of soup with so few vegetables that you can even count - totally different from the picture on the menu. No serving of kimchee or marinated bean sprouts. Won't come again and won't recommend to anyone.

Very good service. Though I hope they can improve their vegetarian options. The tofu bibimbap was very plain, I expected the tofu to have been marinated and cooked, instead it was served plain

After a long day trip, I was too tired to cook dinner and wanted something super spicy and protein packed. Ordered home delivery from Bibigo (via amazon prime)The menu is limited, but whatever we ordered was very good. So much better than the other place we normally order from. The mixed meat dumplings were amazing as were the pork bulgogi & the ribs.The squid & red chicken starter were yum too.Since he wanted noodles, I ordered the japchae- while it was in the starters section, the quantity was substantial enough for a main course, especially since it was the thicker style of glass noodles.Loved the food. Will definitely order in again and maybe even visit if we are close enough.

First time here and left wanting to go back and try more. Really tasty food. £13 for 3 courses and worth the money. Will definitely go back soon. Nice waiter and nice, comfortable and busy restaurant.

This is one stop my daughter loves every time we are in London to get her kimchi chigae fix.It's a casual restaurant. Food is served fast and pricing is reasonable.Pancakes, both seafood and kimchi are yummy. Service is pleasant. Very popular place and reservation is definitely recommended

The food was good - a very nice courgette pancake and our two different types of bulgolgi were delicious. The dumplings were a bit disappointing though as they were very greasy, far more so than they ought to have been. What marred the experience was the srrvice. Although the waiters were very polite, they were forgetful and far too busy. There were nowhere near enough staff were present to manage the lunchtime rush, so service was very slow. I'd go back, but not if I was in a rush.

Food is great, lots of choices. We went on a Saturday afternoon and it was very busy, glad that we booked a table otherwise expect the wait

The kimchi stew is always delicious. The bossam is very juicy and tender and really goes well with their sauce and the lettuce wraps. Highly recommended

i went alone and this was probably one of the best Korean meal i ever had outside Korea. the Doenjang-jjigae (fermented soybean paste stew) was hands down, so delicious! the rice was perfectly cooked as well. picked the Kiwi-Nokcha mocktail to go with my meal - brilliant. everything was perfect, friendly staff, great value, lovely atmosphere, easy-to-find location. i'd def recommend this place!

Very average. They very nicely added an extra place to our table on the day of the booking....but the service once we were seated was poor. The food was tasty but arrived quite cold... the yellow sea cocktail was divine though. Overall, just average.

What a delightful meal! The place itself is cosy and sleek, the staff polite and attentive. But the best thing about Bibigo is the food, such an incredible value for money! Really tasty Korean 3 course meal for £13 on most nights of the week! will definitely be back.

We went as a group of friends for dinner- the staff was very friendly and helpful, including with allergies and recommendations, and there were a lot of servers around. The food was amazing, fresh, and comparatively cheap. The meat portion was huge, vegetable sides were smaller (2 to 3 euros each), but plenty in combination with the mains. Starters were also quite big and reasonably priced. Nice atmosphere, very quiet for a restaurant of this size. Will certainly come back- we had a wonderful time!

£13 set menu is good value, though for some dishes you need to order rice as extra so it bumps it up by £1. Tasty food - might go back for the dumplings as they looked really good.

Enjoyed the 3 course special for just £13. very tasty but portions were small as you might expect for the price. Authentic Korean food served quickly by efficient waiting staff and had the bonus of being served by a friendly Korean waitress from Seoul. Would recommend this to other travellers.

Food was very good, but we booked a table and we had to sit in the celler

Food was tasty and leaves you full.. service however was poor: took ages to get served and when asked if we could get served we got told to wait, order arrived incomplete and we had to chase the food.. each time a server approached our table felt awkward and what's with taking away the plate as soon as I have put my fork down like you're breathing down my neck? Our request for the service to be removed from our bill was met by a frosty and annoyed server.. all in all won't rush back to eat there.. shame as service used to be the strong point when visited before? Perhaps new management?

The waiter who seated us were rude and condenscending to us from the get go and that put us off straight away. The other waiters were friendly and food was pretty good but pricey if going for the ala carte menu and in my opinion not worth going unless you have the set meal. There are better Korean places in town with less rude waiters. When we left he just glared at us and didn't say thank you or bye. Will definitely not be going back again

Rude, unhelpful staff. Children unwelcome. I came here looking forward to eating bibimbap with my partner and our 1 year old son. It was pouring with rain and my partner was on a one hour lunch break. My son had fallen asleep in the pram. When we arrived we were left waiting at the door. The owner came and first let a Korean couple behind us in the queue be seated first. He sat them at the back of the restaurant where there would have been prefect space for the pram. He then spoke to us and said we couldn't bring the pram in so we'd have to wake him up. Our pram is a tiny stroller that slots in under the table. Anyway We agreed, however I pushed the pram to the table ready to wake my son up and fold the pram. The owner then aggressively said he had said no prams, no apology or sorry for the incovemience of waking up our one year old son- just a very confrontational attitude. I explained I understood I just needed to wake him up and fold it. I said ' is it really not possible just to slot it under the table as it was not in any ones way.' Again the owner was aggressive at which point I decided it was not going to be an enjoyable meal and we left. It was not the rules of the restaurant that I found infuriating although most restaurants are very hospitable to the needs of small children it was more his aggressive manner in which the guests seem to be a problem. We politely left and were left with no apology for the inconvenience. We went back in to the pouring rain with our son who had now been woken by all this and had a rushed meal elsewhere.

Great spot for good Korean, fast service and very reasonable prices for central London - especially the 3 course set menu. Definitely recommend.

My boyfriend and I visited this restaurant in June.We are Koreans who had been living in Europe. The reason why we visited here was, we missed Korean food so much and this restaurant is very famous in Korea as well that the owner company is big in Korea.The atmosphere was not bad but the Service was TERRIBLE. I remember there were 3 staffs when we arrived there and a staff approached my table.The server was also Korean, so I asked her is she's Korean as well because I felt a little bit awkward to speak English to Korean in the Korean restaurant. I don't mind if she doesn't want to speak Korean or not, just asked: "Are you Korean?" in Korean. she said "yes" in Korean. Once I asked her, her attitude had been changed into an incredibly rude way. She never said anything to us. and her face was so unpleasant. I felt like as if I'm guilty or unwelcomed. She was quite nice to other tables which have not Koreans. I swear I did nothing but just asked if she's Korean!!If she didn't want to serve our table, she should have asked her colleagues, or she also could tell us she didn't want to speak in Korean.I don't know if I did really guilty or nasty thing.The food was not good. it was a bit salty to me. Too small portions and expensive. I didn't want to pay the service charge to her.My boyfriend said the food was not bad.It was the first day, the first meal in London of mine. Thank you for terrible and experience. never recommend here to anyone.

Horrible service, the food is poor and similar to fast food rather than Bibigo from few years ago. Highly NOT recommended.

First time at Bibigo. I took my partner here for her birthday. The food was excellent. We weren't sure how many dishes to order but the staff were really helpful and provided some good suggestions. We ended up with three starters and two mains to share. Perhaps two starters may have been better as we started to get full during the mains. Food was very fresh. I can highly recommend the Red Chicken and the Traditional Bulgogi (with the Ssam Basket side order). We will definitely go back!

We recently returned to Bibigo. Food continues to impress, service is excellent and friendly, value is very good. We'll be back.

I have been here with friends and colleagues on a number of occasions and it is always superb. The set lunch menu which is only £9! had changed from the last time and so this time I had the dumplings (three big ones) followed by the bulgogi with rice (extra). You get a salad as well and it's really tasty. They also sell Korean beer which is nice. My colleague hadn't been here before and had the squid, which was delicious and crispy and also the bulgogi and was impressed.Great job

We had a delicious Pre theatre meal, quick service not too expensive

Our first time here, seems to be popular with Koreans. Good portion size and value so we ended up ordering lots of different dishes. Nice casual atmosphere for informal dining with friends.

I go here regularly for lunch with people from the office. They do a £9, three course lunch that provides good choice and it is filling too. I have tried most of it and in particular the dumplings and garlic chicken are very tasty. The A La Carte menu is also very good and provides a wide choice of Korean food. The atmosphere and staff are excellent too, very attentive and pleasant to speak to. It continues to be one of my favourite lunchtime venues.

Went for lunch on a Sunday. My friend knew the place so she suggested it because I love bbq food but wanted to try something new.The restaurant has a lovely vibe, modern and bright and fuss free decor.You can also see the kitchen through the window at the back of the restaurant. We had the £9, 3 course lunch menu. The portions are smaller than the regular menu but still plenty for lunch. And for me it was perfect so I could try a few dishes, rather than committing to one.The salad, the dumplings and the fried beef were all delicious and well presented.We were also not rushed from our table though the restaurant was filling up.It was a perfect introduction to Korean food and I'll definitely be back to this lovely restaurant!

C'est une bonne adresse à Londres car dîner sans réservation avec un menu à 13 £ est plutôt rare. Question gastronomie, ce n'est pas de la haute cuisine coréenne, par exemple le plat présenté comme produits de la mer ne comprend que quelques moules et crevette surgelées dans un bol de riz ! Mais, globalement, pour un repas à cinq et des choix variés, on peut dire que tout le monde était satisfait. D'autant que le cadre, l'accueil et le service sont plutôt corrects. Encore un mot, ce restaurant est mille fois mieux que les Chinois voisins du quartier Chinatown. Mais ceci est une autre histoire...

Very good food. We haven't eaten Korean food before but are hoping it is all like that. Tightly packed, but no more than other good city spots.

Very quick service! All the staff are very welcoming and friendly. The food tastes delicious, I've never had any problems with the food, the portions of food are worth the money. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxing.

My 18yr old daughter is obsessed with K pop and anything Korean so we booked to visit here for lunch on a planned trip to London. I had reservations but was willing to give it a go. Allowing her to choose off the main menu I elected to go for the very reasonably priced £9 three course set menu. It began with a salad with a Korean dressing which was very tasty, quickly followed up with calamari which had a hint of spiciness and was delicious. Finally I had the bulgogi and again wasn't disappointed. My daughter had dim sum and the Kim Chi fried rice which she loved as well. We had a bottle of water and two mock tails with the final bill with service charge added coming to just under £40, which I feel for central London is very reasonable. It is obviously a very popular venue for locals and tourists alike and the staff were efficient and attentive without being over bearing. The portion size was just right though glutinous westerners would maybe expect more! I left feeling satisfied but not bloated which allowed for an afternoon of comfortable shopping on nearby Carnaby Street. Definitely a great introduction and one I'm looking forward to exploring further after this experience.

Everything was great but if you are a connoisseur of Korean food , I would not recommend this place . Very lacking on the taste department , the bulgogi and bibimpap were bland , almost felt frozen and reheated . Cocktails are great and atmosphere and service top notch.

Half a year ago I was here for lunch, now for dinner. The restaurant has nice menu options for lunch and dinner too. For no less than £13 you get an amuse, a starter and a main for diner. Eating a la carte offers of course more choices, but the menu for lunch and/or dinner promises plenty of opportunities to learn to appreciate Korean cuisine. The dishes are delicious. The staff is friendly and professional. I dare to recommend bibigo to anyone who wants to learn more about other eating cultures.

The only reason why this is not 5 stars is because it doesn't give you the wholesome Korean experience with the side dishes, they don't serve side dishes. But the main is great, authentic and clean, can't complain for quality and service.

The food is interesting and the restaurant is fun. It's informal, but that's a good thing. The service was quick and we didn't have to wait for a table at a busy time. We didn't go for the £13 3 course set menu, but instead opted for a mixture of dishes and were pleasantly pleased with the quality and variety of the food. The desserts are interesting too!It's worth visiting if you've not been before, or if you've not enjoyed Korean food previously.

Great korean with solid food at reasonable prices. Food could be a tad more authentic however I guess this is due to western tastes. Overall, a good place to catch up with friends and enjoy a great meal.

Good ambiance and the service is very good. I love all the range of fruit teas that they offered. Recommended for casual dining. The food is good, the tteokbokki is a must-try.

Very good experience! Delicious food. We had the japchae and the seafood tofu soup (soondooboo). The bibimbap could have used a bit more vegetables and meat. It was a lot of rice compared to the other ingredients in there. Overall, great night out!

We were looking for food and read their ad -- 3 course lunch for 9 pounds. We went for it and we loved it.1. Salad -- nothing special, but after pub food -- having a salad felt good ;-)2. Dumplings -- very nice / octopus -- super -- light batter + nice dipping souse with it3. Chicken with garlic -- fantastic / bulgogi -- very goodandthe best of it -- Kim-Chi -- the cabbage Korean style -- so authentic -- felt like the one I had in Seoul ;-)I am ready to repeat lunch -- though, not sure how this would scale to 13 pound dinner menu....

I used to go to this place a lot when I worked in the West End and it never disappointed. It didn't today either. The set £9 lunch menu is amazing delicious value and you leave feeling full but in a good and healthy way. A little gem of a place.

It is surprising that the Ramen was just instant noodles from the supermarket, like eating fast food.

I went on a date, but it&#039;s not really set up for this kind of dinner. The &#039;couple tables&#039; are pushed up to another couple&#039;s table and, as the tables are narrow and long, if the person next to you is talking you can barely hear your date. The food was ok, but a little samey. Portion size ok but clearly cut back on the nicest parts of the cuisine to drop prices. Overall it was fine, but not wow. I guess if someone suggested it I would be happy enough to go back, but it wouldn&#039;t be my first choice.

I've been here 4 times on my holiday. Excellent food recommended by a friend, the pork bulgogi was fantastic!

They do really great lunch deals which is extremely good value for money. Noticed that they do make some variations in the lunch offering (maybe every few months?) so it's always a nice change. Usually included are their take on bulgogi, pancakes, Korean fried chicken and bibimbap. Some true Korean cuisine connoisseurs might complain it's not authentic etc but I find it tasty and interesting in its own wayBut their kimchi stew is the best I've ever had; it's got the right amount of spice and kimchi flavour. You can also find bossam here which I haven't found in many Korean eateries in London - unless you go to Ktown in New Malden.Plus the staff are really nice and will look after you well.

Superb food - like tapas only very high quality. We ordered 6 plates but we&#039;re full after only 3. Order a few then come back for more if you&#039;re hungry. Ordered the cheapest white wine on the list at £23 a bottle but was so bad I thought it was corked. They need to improve their wine selection but the food is outstanding. Service excellent and venue fun and the restaurant is understandably popular.
