Slow service. Doesn’t accept cash. Limited vegan dishes and tables too close. Little privacy as it’s as if you sit at someone else’s table.

First thing that I need to mention here is the waitress there or whoever was managing yesterday was not at all interested in this job as was not at all attentive and was not acknowledging anything at all, I ordered a drink which was some lychee jasmine mango bubble tea and she gave me a complete disaster because it was highly concentrated she doesn't knows how to make a drink then simply don't make it it's just about mixing water and ice and mango bubbles then also mistake, secondly in the end when I asked to remove the service charge as we were not happy bout the service and its completely out wish to give the service charge or not which I denied and even after that she charged my partner the service charge extra which was 14£, I mean that's pathetic, DON'T EVER VISIT THIS BRANCH AT ALL PLEASE.

Good food, good service, could do better on decor.

Amina waiter was super nice and the place is welcoming. We got to seat as an extended group even though the booking was for Less people.

Asked for allergens and instead of letting me know what dishes I can have I was given a folder to look it up myself. When you are in a hurry and as a service I want the waiter to tell me this info. Especially if I visit the restaurant for the first time. Doesn’t allow cash payment. No more Rosas Thai for us.

Have been visiting this restaurant for a year and I cant flaw anything, there is a great team of woman that work at this branch and they are all very respectful and courteous with their customer service. If I could give 100 stars I would this place is my favorite, they have vegetarian options and meat options, soups, prawn cracks the LOT! Love it :)

Me and my friend we went to have a quick lunch at rosa thai baker Street on Saturday. But totally disappointed from the staff and the lady manager who was very rude and making her face with expression 🙄 shame on the service but the food was fine hope they will take our feedback seriously

Good food, nice service,... it could have been a perfect place, but: 1. Putting an allergy on your reservation or 2. Choosing a dish without the "nuts" allergen sign Will not help you. Luckily, we asked again, if there are nuts in the dishes and they told us that they fry their peanuts in the morning and use this peanut oil for all following dishes. They made my dish again in a clean pan, but still, it could have gone wrong easily. (And kind of makes you wonder, why there is a nut allergen sign on the menu and a field to put allergies on the online reservation if both do not mean anything)

Food was at best average. Overcooked noodles and soggy veg in my Pad Thai. I was not expecting much from a chain restaurant in a touristic spot in central London, but this was below average. It was fairly busy for a Sunday night and I understand that with lots of tables it may be difficult for the service to be outstanding. I made a booking for 6 pm, had to wait for a table, as the very disoriented server communicated to me that his manager has to assign me & my friend a table. I believe he did not communicated to that manager that I was waiting, because the said manager absolutely ignored me while I was waiting at the door. Not a word of ‘just a minute’ or ‘sorry, I will be with you in a second’ - both of them would be really recommended at the customer facing role. She was probably overwhelmed while trying to do the job of 2 people, as the other server was completely useless, bless her, as after all she was fairly nice. Not only was I told that the more comfortable seats were ‘reserved’ (while they were not) but I was left in an almost empty room. I don’t know what type of training these guys receive, but this is a shout out to the management! People who are confident in their tasks do not act like this - please take care of your staff so they are able to run the restaurant. And make sure the kitchen is able to make at least a decent Pad Thai while running a Thai place. Will not be returning in the near future, waste of money.

DO NOT BELIEVE THE 5 STARS. They offer free drinks for positive reviews. Charged £4 for egg fried rice that was 2 bites and curry was bland and terrible and had to buy rice on the side.

Rosa's Thai is a great place for a good Thai meal. Service was friendly and attentive, the decor and interior is nice and more than what you'd expect. Tried the papaya salad and the drunken noodles. Both were good however neither truly wowed me. Still a great place for a good affordable meal.

Very unfriendly, begrudging service. A smile costs nothing! Food was cold but unable to tell anyone as no one was about and didn’t have time to wait for the issue to be resolved. Paid at the till as no staff to ask for bill either.

Came for Phad Thai and I was really happy with the portion and the taste! A plate came with generous number of prawns and the texture of the noodle was to my liking. It is not spicy - which is the way I like it. But there’s chilly on the side of the table if you want it hot. Really comfortable atmosphere as well, with friendly staff team. Recommended!

Disappointing. Chicken Satay used poor quality meat and the peanut sauce was nothing special. Red Curry used better meat but did not have a great flavour. Good portion sizes but overall a miss - try "monkey and me" not that far away.

Chicken pad sew was amazing. Great to see they do lunch menu. Just wish they would add tom yum soup to the starter list. The staff was amazingly helpful and quick to respond. Can't wait to try the rest of the menu.

Amazing place, amazing food, amazing people!

One of my all-time most unpleasant dining experiences. It was a cold, wet night, and the door closer needed fixing - so anytime anyone arrived/left, a gale ran through the restaurant because the door wouldn't close after them. Even after moving to a table further from the door, it was still freezing. The noise was unbearable - everyone had to shout over each other to be heard. The green curry - usually my favourite - was a watery soup. I will NEVER go here again, and I recommend others do likewise. The young female staff were nice, and the summer rolls appetiser and my cocktail were also, but, by a long shot, not nice enough to make up for the overwhelming negative aspects. Truly hideous. EDIT: what a ridiculous response from the owner!! Help yourself resolve the issue - get a screwdriver and a chair and adjust your door closer. Job done. Speak to the chef & tell them to sharpen up their act on the green curry recipe. Job done. You don't need me to sort out your restaurant's problems - that's YOUR job!! Man up!
