Came here as it's one of only two bubble tea shops open before midday. I really enjoyed my jasmine tea (I don't like sugar) with red beans. The menu is massive! I was served quickly and I also really like that they use paper lids.

Long queues but so worth it Unless it’s raining and you are queuing outside :p

it has AMAZING boba but the employee was gossiping with a customer..not professional but the boba was quick made easy order and overall a good place, drink it!

Poor service and cold tea despite ordering it hot. Nothing to justify the prices. With so many other options for boba this won't be the one I'd recommend.

Good range of bubble tea. I tried the brown sugar tea. Gives you the option to choose the sugar and ice as per your preference. Fast service from staff.

Yesterday i was with my children and we came across cuppacha, it was very busy with a long line and we decided to order some drinks. We were in the line for a long time and to my surprise i see only 1 worker, it is Christmas and it was so hectic and they are alone. There was a young girl ( she had a septum piercing ) sat on the bench with a friend coming in and out of the bar area and she is also a worker, but she was not working… she was sitting down eating food and gossiping with her friend instead of helping the coworker who was very stressed trying to complete all the orders. Drinks were decent but was let down by the service and the wait would’ve been much shorter if the employee i mentioned actually did her job and helped instead of hanging around.

My daughter loved the watermelon sweet tea. They had lots of good options available on the menu. I had some myself and was surprised how nice it was

Had their rainbow peach ombré tea with strawberry popping pearls. Its gotta be the best boba ive ever had.

As a milk tea Karen AKA Asian (lol), I had a few sips then chucked it in the bin… got the classic milk tea and it lacked flavour, bit diluted and the pearls were chewy but nothing special.

Very good variety of bubble teas!! Sometimes is a bit slow, because although it’s very popular, normally only one or two people helping? So wait time is around 10-15 minutes.

Tea was good, and was made really quickly, especially considering how busy the shop was at the time! Not the best tea I’ve had in London, especially when there’s so many other options available nearby, but it was still tasty :) Unfortunately they aren’t able to make most of the milk teas fully dairy free, though that’s fairly common.

Today I’ve come in to buy my regular drink which the lady that served me was very kind wonderful service from her but unfortunately , there is an employer called Valentina very unprofessional, who lied to a customer as they come in to ask for a lost property as I overheard the customer asked if they’ve seen a yellow bag she’s gone inside and asked her colleagues. She came back outside and said no, but she was disgusting as the customers left that the yellow bag in fact they’ve taken the sweets from the yellow bag with some of her friends who were in the counter. I find it very unprofessional from her. It’s disappointing to know that they have lied to the customer in their face. Very upsetting to know that this customers who looked like tourist . They have been stolen the yellow bag and they have taken their belongings.

This is my favourite bubble tea shop. The tapioca balls are not chewy, they are very good and tasty! They have a lot of different milks If you are lactose intolerant and there is so many options! There is a bit of queue before entering but it's worth it.

love this place . can't visit leicester square without picking up a bubble tea from cuppacha. love the mango and lychee fruit teas. Also coconut jelly is amazing (as someone who doesn't particularly like coconut) to add into ur drink along with pearls. love the loyalty card too for free drinks every few visits

My go to place for bubble tea, lots of flavours and styles to choose from. You know its good because it always has the longest queue

every time i go to chinatown we go into this shop and i love it staff are friendly and the tea tased amazing would defiantly recommend

Had read great reviews of this place and my children love bubble tea. On Saturday We went in and just felt we were an inconvenience. We had to ask how to order , which meant interrupting the conversation, which they finished before they answered. We then stood waiting looking at the staff to order who were standing two feet from us and they completely ignored us, carried on chatting. It felt so awkward. So we walked out followed by “oh bye then and laughter” went next door instead.

At around 7pm 11/12/22 the disgusting customer service i encountered at this store, they got my order wrong and when i returned to the store asking for a refund of the 4 teas but they refused and made me new ones which were equally as disgusting. When I returned the teas the workers looked at me and my family in disgust, especially the worker with blonde stripes in her hair with her mouth wide open. The workers continued to talk about me and family as if it was our fault for their mess up on the order and pointing at us which made it very obvious that it was about us. Not to mention the stench of the shop and how unhygienic it was of the worker with the horrid blonde stripes to have her hair down as it could get in the toppings or tea in general. The customer service was appalling and they did not deserve a single penny and the workers need to learn manners as we was so nice about the mess up THEY MADE yet they were so rude.

It was my first time trying a bubble tea. I had a hazel milk with coffee topping and it was amazing. The variety of flavours and combinations is quite overwhelming. I will definitely come back to try different ones. Service very professional and polite even though the place was very busy. The downside is the place is small and you have to wait for your order outside.

On a hot summers day in London nothing better than the mango drink we had! It was quiet that day in the shop so we got our drinks quickly. There’s no dine in service so it’s drinks on the go. Definitely going back even in winter! My drink had too much ice in it so make sure you specify how much you want!

I liked their tea. I took the red bean ones, so try to avoid it.

Four stars because service is really second to none, went with my little cousins and despite a queue the server was brilliant. Drinks aren’t as great as once upon a time but still decent. My tip would be get no ice, as soon as you add the ice it just becomes far too watered down.

Who doesn't love bubble tea. This was a very good experience. Many choices. All sound amazing at reasonable prices. The service was quick despite how busy it was. There was a really long queue to get to the cashier. Would really recommend. Well worth queueing up for.

Taste was good but the lady on the till needs to learn to be more polite and customer friendly..She shouted "exact cash" repeatedly when I've tried to pay by coins, i paid by card and next person paid in notes and got the change in coins.. not sure what's the idea of exact cash here..

Exercise customer service very good and happy with all the customer but when I walked in and asked for tea they look at me and askd if I wanted bubble tea but they only had bubble tea. Idk I might as well go to Paris and ask for a salad. I then asked for a bag and She said that I look like a he/she pineapple pizza which they said thank you . Overall I love this place and I will definitely bring my cars. VROOOMMMM

Amazing bubble tea. I had my first one ever here and I'm not regretting this whatsoever. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to give it a try. The queue may be a bit long but it's definitely worth a wait!

unkind staff. waited for ages and where my number came up they didn’t hand me my drink. i ordered the blueberry ombré drink and it wasn’t actually ombré by the time i got it.

Absolutely the best bubble tea experience. Wonderful range of flavours and customisation, all delicious, and catering to all tastes. I can't wait to have them in the North West! Any time I go to London I just have to make a beeline for them as soon as I get off the train. I have been going for years and the quality only goes up. 10/10, will continue to come again and again and again and again!

Worst bubble tea ever!! I’ve had so many bubble tea in so many cities but this one is clearly Top Worst one! It’s full of artificial chemicals, everything is from concentrated fruit juice, nothing is fresh. I suspect they hire people to queue up? Otherwise I really can’t understand why people like it.

This is my go to bubble tea shop when I visit the area. Been numerous times and never had a issue. Great drinks everytime. There are usually people in line for the shop or waiting for an order but I've never waited to long and the staff have always been lovely.

I bought a hot bubble oolong milk tea. It’s good smell and tasty. My aunt, who’s lived in the UK for 24 years, recommended me to buy a bubble milk tea from this shop. It’s not too creamy. Oh! Lastly, staffs are nice!

J’ai beaucoup entendu parler de Cuppacha comme étant la référence bubble tea. Lorsque je suis arrivée, le personnel m’a ignoré pendant 5 bonnes minutes. Ensuite, j’ai commandé un thé au fruit de la passion avec des perles de tapioca ainsi que des billes fraises. Le thé était banal et les billes de tapioca étaient complètement collées entre elles impossible de les aspirées avec la paille et il y avait des résidus de billes éclater et des morceaux étranges dans mon thé. Conclusion, je ne recommande pas cet endroit, il y a plein d’autre adresse ou les bubble tea sont de meilleure qualité.

Really bitter tea! Couldn’t finish the regular cup. Would not recommend coming here.

It was pretty pricey for what it is ( £3.85 for a regular as far as I know right now) but overall taste wise it was good, not the most special thing ever but it's great that they have a significantly large variety of bubble teas so that's good. I personally wouldn't come back again though.

Taking forever!! It took them 25 mins to make an earl grey milk tea... the girls seemed very unorganised and they genuinely couldn't have cared less about all waiting outside for their drinks...

Another bubble tea shop, just as good as any other we've been to. The one downside is that the line is long and the wait a bit ridiculous (20+ minutes). Other than that, good tea, not too sweet and refreshing.

Terrible experience! Greeted by a member of the crew who rolled her eyes and almost threw a temper tantrum every time a new customer entered in the shop. I waited 20 minutes for a bubble tea that never arrived. The work behind the counter was basically non existent, people kept running behind the shop leaving countless number of orders on the counter to dust. I won’t repeat the experience in the future. I can understand a lack of speed when staff is short, but it isn’t nice to see people faff around while you’re waiting for your drink.

This was our second visit and it didn’t fail to 8mpress again. Seriously the best bubble drinks around. We opted for the fruity take rather than tea based and they were all delicious Pop in if you’re in Chinatown

If you like Bubble Tea you'll love Cuppacha, it's a small place with a big choice and great service.

I regularly crave their mango milk tea, but they lost one star due to loooong lines and slooooooow service.

Nice looking place, busy seems popular. I asked for a taro which is dark purple and got a really light pink drink and the tapioca balls tasted literally of rubber and to top it off more expensive than other competitors in the area, the staff did a really good job for just two of them with the amount of people coming in and being served.

I'm no bubble tea connoisseur, but my friend is addicted to the stuff and this is her favourite place. It's extremely popular ane had a queue so I thought I'm in for a treat. I opted for the fruit tea which was refreshing and I thoroughly enjoyed it. It's great that they ask about level of sweetness and amount of ice not all places do so.

I ordered a lychee milk tea which was very nice. Perhaps it was because how sweet it was even with 50% sugar. I had it with grass jelly which was a perfect combination. In contrast, the lemon tea was quite bitter. That could have done with more sugar. The strawberry popping pearls were good. The down side was the wait. It took forever to get to the front of the queue, then you have to wait for it to be made.

Average bubble tea nothing special although it was super busy when I went and waited 10 minutes for 2 bubble teas.

I decided to stop by this bubble tea store and it was a great experience bar the queue, but you can expect this at a popular bubble tea store. A great menu and I'll be coming there more often. Thank you to Vicky for serving me and providing excellent customer service.

its nice- average price 4 some bubble t, wen the waiting line is long u kno its good quality stuff. sometimes extremely busy esp saturday afternoons, wish it was bigger cos the waiting grass inside barely fits 10 ppl.

I wasn't able to finish it. I usually go to the yellow one next to this but since I saw it has an higher score on TripAdvisor, I wanted to try it. You can see they use powder either for the milk and the the tea. They prepare it in front of you. I mean, really? When you drink it, it tastes like water with we artificial flavours. And my teeth sounded weirdly. Also the cup gets deformed deeply while drinking. Unfortunately I couldn't find even one good thing.

Tea is good and staff is nice. I specially liked Morgan for hiz patience and his smile. It's very busy so there is almost never a place to sit and there is no place to stay and enjoy your drink. No toilet facilities available.

My niece loves bubble tea and particularly this place. There are so many bubble tea places but this one seems to have the longest queues. They only had one member of staff serving, which considering the popularity of the place is just silly because it took aaaages to get thr bubble tea.

This is definitely the best bubble tea ever, firstly their tapioca pearls are absolute amazing. When you finish the bubble tea you need another new tea to drink haha. The music inside the cafeteria is bonus, very good job.

¡Mi lugar favorito de Bubble Tea! Desde que lo descubrí, siempre vuelvo aquí, y tienen varias gamas de bebidas en el menú, desde té con leche hasta sus hermosos tés ombre. Puedes elegir qué nivel de azúcar quieres y si quieres la bebida fría o caliente. A veces puede haber una cola, pero vale la pena esperar si realmente quieres probar este lugar. Tasty and most probably the best bubble tea in London

In my opinion this place has the best range of bubble tea in the area. This is often clear simply from the queue reaching out the door and obscuring the shop next door which is also a bubble tea place though not as good from my perspective. I'd recommend the roasted oolong with grass jelly and tapioca. They have multiple options on sugar quantity, ice quantity, hot/cold, iced/blended. Look, just go, they are ace.

Siempre trato de hacer una parada en Cuppacha cuando visito Londres: las bebidas son maravillosas y hay una gran variedad de sabores para elegir. Las bebidas son un poco caras, pero en mi opinión, el precio definitivamente vale la pena.

For someone that loves bubble tea i always come here when i'm in London. Especially love the strawberry milk bubble tea! If your new to Cuppacha and don't like your bubble tea too sweet i'd recommend having LESS SUGAR in it.

The milk teas here are so thick it's amazing

Unfortunately, quite disappointing. The long lines looked promising especially being next door to another popular international boba chain. As we were waiting in line, I looked more carefully at the menu and what people were ordering and I realized that this is not a place you go for milk tea, but rather all their drink mixtures. They must be good at those drinks based on the reviews but as for our milk teas, they were very diluted. Tapioca pearls were nice. Drinks were not worth the long line. Next time I’ll try next door

Cute place in Chinatown, next to another drink shop! Has a wide variety of teas, add-in toppings, and customization options, and no card minimum. A nice stop for a drink in Chinatown after a meal.

Been here a few times and first time I've gotten a non fruit bubble tea. This time I got a hazelnut bubble tea and it was great.

AMAZING PLACE! Visited it on CNY, it was packed I had to wait in the rain, but it was worth it. The workers are SOO nice, and they genuinely seem like they enjoy working there. You're allowed to choose your sweetness and temperature, but due to the queue, I went with the regular options. There are a ton of flavour choices, I recommend the Hazelnut Milk Tea. The pork buns taste great too! Will come back again.

So good! You have millions of options which is really great- tons of cool tea flavours, you can get it cold, warm, or hot, choose the level of sugar, and choose the ‘pearls’ or other additions. The little shop is also really cute looking and staff are friendly. Oh, and a regular size (which is honestly pretty big!) only sets you back a little over £3. I’m definitely going to be a regular here!

First time ever going to this place for bubble tea and it was a huge mistake, I mean that because of the queue, the wait was at least 20 minutes, packed with local students from the London School of Economics, it was definitely worth the wait.

I've been to this place countless times and I've loved it. Always ordered my favourite, mango green tea with double tapioca. Unfortunately, they didn't have mango this morning so I tried the strawberry green tea instead. It wasn't bad but it wasn't the same. The tapioca was undercooked and the middle part was raw. I only realised when I had left. Drank the tea and had to throw away the double tapioca. Googled "undercooked tapioca" and apparently it is raw cassava which turns into cyanide when eaten raw... Still my favourite store but be sure to check the tapioca before you leave the shop.
