Great service from Elliot, we loved it here! His hosting skills was exceptional, he went through the allergens with us as we were seated and felt confident in being able to enjoy ourselves as he was very knowledgeable of the menu. You can see when someone enjoys what they do. He deserves a raise!:)

Food and service was very nice !!

Food was not what we expected for Traditional Thai taste. A bid salty . Khao man gai was unacceptable however Tuk was waived it for us. My friend only had 1 spoon as the rice is not right and chicken was hard and dry. Service from Tuk was excellent.

WARNING! Beware of 18% service charge Arrived at 8pm, got starters after 10 minutes. Then had to wait 45 minutes for mains to be served. 2 tables that came way after us got their mains way before us. Food was lovely, however the extortionate service charge of 18% left a bitter aftertaste. We queried about it, and was told it will be 12.5% if it was paid by the card machine over the QR code. However it was still charged at 18%. We've never experienced 18% in the UK and we thought we were in USA for a moment. We've been to Michelin restaurants and their service is 13.5-15%. We didn't expect to pay 18% service charge for a casual restaurant in London.

I recently had the pleasure of being served by Jay Rosa Thai in Carnaby, I have to say his service was excellent. And the food here is good to go.

Fantastic relaxed meal on a very busy Saturday. The staff were lovely. The food came very quickly and was delicious. We stayed chatting and were not rushed out.

Elliot was so lovely, excellent service and very polite! As well as the other staff that helped serve us- I always love Rosa’s Thai and the experience makes it 10x more worth it :)

Brrrrrr. ✳️We ordered a fried platter to share but the chicken wings and other fried stuff were over cooked. The meat was so dry and tough to chew. ❇️ We were very impressed by Elliot, the smiley and friendly wait staff who made our dining a pleasant one. The recipe for the green curry changed. And it is not as creamy as before. But I didn’t try the other curries this time. Generally I love this food.

Stick to the classics🍜 Rosas Thai Carnaby was my first introduction to the Rosas brand but we left underwhelmed at the final product. To note we visited a busy Friday night service and were all packed in like sardines. 🐟 We went for the Chicken Ramen and the Chicken Rice and found both to be very bland. The chicken rice was a particular disappointment with the dish lacking any character, boiled rice, chicken and some cucumber. The Pad Thai and curry’s being served around the restaurant looked and smelled incredible so we are going to put this one down to our menu choices but I would advise any new visitors to stick to the classics. 🥢 🌟 Recommendations: Pad Thai ( Looks bangin! ) ⛔️ Drawbacks: Very squashed seating 🌅 Instagram - The Calamari Game 🌟🌟🌟/ 5 Stars

I was in London for the day, taking in the sights and asked the guys and gals in the Swatch store for recommendations, Rosa's Thai Carnaby was their top pic, it didn't disappoint, amazing food, drinks were awesome, service was a little slow at first but got better towards the end, but they were fully booked so it's understandable, friendly professional and polite staff all with a smile. Great place to eat and will definitely recommend and return next time in London.Thanks everyone great place

Closest to traditional, authentic Thai food from Thailand. The food is great, they keep their menu updated, loads of variety and Elliots customer service made a huge difference to my experience. Despite the busy weekend he was attentive and served with a smile. Very patient and friendly. Thank you!

Serious problem with the door in that it doesn’t shut and the restaurant was freezing. Everyone had a jacket on - luckily we were down the back so didn’t need hat and gloves like others. Staff clearly struggling with service - certainly tables who arrived after us received food quicker. Food was average and not good value for money - noodles under cooked.

The foods and service were equally bad. We asked the staff whether we can invite one more friend and combine the obviously empty table beside, she refused. The pad Thai is insanely sweet and sticky, every other dishes are heavily spiced in a crazy way. I had my fair share of Thai food, this is definitely bad taste and bad for your health. Don’t come in, it’s waste of you time and money.

Edit: My review was deleted, this is unacceptable. Love Rosa’s Thai for takeaway and sometimes dining in—food’s always 🔥. But had a horrible experience at the Carnaby branch. One of the senior manager ladies was super rude and hostile the whole time. Barely attentive, rolled her eyes when we asked for stuff, and just gave bad vibes overall. Asked her if I could charge my phone for 5 mins since it was late, and I needed it to get home safely. First, she lied about all slots being full (they weren’t), then said it was “against policy” even though I said I’d watch it. Her excuse? “If I let one person, I have to let everyone.” Just unnecessary. On the bright side, the male server was lovely and tried his best to make up for her attitude. Still, won’t be going back to the Carnaby branch anytime soon. Just left feeling so unwelcome. 👎

Lovely lunch option around Carnaby Street

Allergen menu is available online and the staff are very knowledgeable During busy periods the service is slightly delayed but everybody is very friendly and easy accommodatable done

The staff were lovely, they accommodated my friend and I even though we didn’t book a table. Drunken noodles and tom yum were the true winners of the night, packed full of flavour and spice. We had a good time and would come again!

A really good menu, decent selection of wines too. Staff were friendly and it was a pleasant atmosphere. An easy recommend 😊

Delicious food- great vibes- service was decent, short wait for ace grub- well worth it. Quick n easy to pay straight from table. Would def recommend the tom yum hot soup and moo ping pork skewers!

One of my favourite Thai restaurants in London. Super tasty food. Warning - try not to sit close to the door in winter. It doesn't close properly and you'll end up sitting there in your coat at dinner, or else constantly getting up to close a door that simply doesn't close!

Soy de un entorno del sur de Asia y puedo comer chile - no en Rosas, pedí fideos borrachos y también curry verde / arroz. Esperaba que fuera picante y casi manejaba el curry, pero los fideos eran imposibles de comer, literalmente imposible. Calidad, servicio, ambiente - todo estaba en su punto. ¡Simplemente no podía comer la comida!
