Another satisfying visit to Rosa’s - the best and most authentic Thai place in London. Had the Papaya Salad + fried chicken + sticky rice for £12 lunch deal (get innnn!) and I added a red curry with prawns that absolutely hit the spot. Love this place. Highly recommended Papaya salad was slightly spicy in case that’s a concern for you

A very enjoyable experience and great food! Felt comfortable and welcomed, and not rushed throughout my meal. Rosa’s Thai is worth visiting!

Elliot was our server. So polite and recommended us a drunken noodles and papaya salad both were mouthwatering. I will recommend this restaurant to all.

please be highly aware when you order the drunken noodles- they are EXTREMELY spicy. I have a good spice tolerance but this was super hard to eat

Excellent chicken pad thai noodles

Average food - our Tom Ka was poorly seasoned requiring salt - clear soup with chicken was dull - best dish was flat noodles with prawn - portion size good - papaya salad fresh and zesty - 2 bubble teas, 2 waters £90 inc the charged service charge. Felt expensive for the experience.

Ordered the veg platter, most items in it were oily and it felt like just having oil. Main dishes were just okay, didn't really enjoy them, wouldn't visit again.

Very poor experience. Ordered a simple pad thai to take away at lunchtime....made me wait for over 30 minutes. Kept saying 5 mins more every time when I reminded them. Finally had to demand a refund as they had still NOT got around to cooking the pad thai! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Delicious and authentic Thai food, thank you to our server Elliot & the chefs :) Edit: Came back on Tuesday evening and it was full capacity yet the team still paid special attention to us and can see they were working hard. Prawn donuts were delicious!

Overall, a decent experience, but the portion sizes could be more generous. The green curry left me wanting more, as it wasn’t quite filling. The Tom Yum soup didn’t quite match the authentic taste I’ve enjoyed in Thailand.

Super venue and great food. Certainly worth a visit and a repeat. The space is small and tidy, but you can choose to sit indoors or outdoors.

My favorite is the Prawn Donut! The shrimp meat is very delicate and fresh!

This is a busy restaurant for late lunch . The waiting was quite long a they were short of chefs. The drinks was swift and tasty bubble tea’s We order Penang curry with Roti and coconut rice, delicious hot tasty full of flavours, slightly warm not hot dishes, but when you are hungry. The restaurant was busy nice atmosphere and had large parties dining. Whilst shopping great place extremely popular place to dine.

I finally experienced my first Rosa's Thai and I was not disappointed! The sweetcorn fritters were perfectly seasoned, piping hot and fresh. I opted for the chicken-basil lunchtime offering which had an as-advertised heat level - I find chains in general fail to provide very much authentic spice! My server Elliot was a delight, prompt, friendly and efficient. Despite the restaurant being almost at capacity, the speed of service was impressive :)

Dined today 23/9. Starter- vegetarian spring rolls were tasty. Main- Chicken Pad Thai arrived luke warm. I did send back and it was evident that it had been reheated using a microwave! It came back 'mushy' and was not edible in my opinion. No one came to even ask if the food was okay - hence 1 star for service. It wasn't busy so no excuse for not making fresh noodles. I didn't complain but my plate of food barely touched should have spoken for itself. The 1 star is for the vegetarian spring rolls. Atmosphere was 'just' okay.

I love Thai food but this restaurant is one of the worst Thai food I’ve ever had, chicken fried rice was soggy tasteless and just a tiny portion. Red curry was disgusting beef was inedible and as I went downstairs to use the restroom I caught a glimpse of the kitchen it was horrifically disgusting.

Had pad Thai & drunken noodle with a friend. Drunken noodle 8.5/10. Really nice dish. Pad Thai 6.5/10. It’s ok, but not a repeat order for me. I’ve eaten the drunken noodle at this chain so many times and it’s way nicer than the pad Thai in my opinion Both vegan options.

Very delicious food, well priced, and they are attentive and very friendly, reservations are normally requested, if you go without a reservation they try to give you a table as soon as possible, highly recommended, be careful with the spiciness, level one is quite spicy, everything is very delicious

This was the best experience i’ve had in London so far! What a great place, the food is delicious, they have outdoor heating and you can sit outside under the beautiful Carnaby lights and food is delicious! The host Elliot was very pleasant too 😁

Quick service and comfortable atmosphere! The food was delicious! We had red and green curries (You get to choose your meat or veggies) and all our dishes were scrumptious and filling. The place isn’t huge but I do really recommend if you can grab a spot

The food & service was OK but the restaurant is completely run down. Absolutely dreadful and experience overall. Should have noticed the red flag - restaurant almost empty on a Friday night. For the price, much better options around. The chicken satay starter was 3 pieces - not great for sharing. The corn fritters were tiny and almost burnt. The mains were decent sized but when you add the rice, all gets a bit pricey for the quality. We were given dirty menus - mine had food stuck on it. The tables were left uncleaned. Service was friendly at an individual level but overall nobody seemed to care. Delivery drivers hang out at the entrance blocking the door. The whole restaurant doesn’t do shabby chic it is simply neglected and run down. Went downstairs to the toilets and oh my goodness, the lower ground. floor is covered by in water. The kitchen looked gross and the men’s toilet was absolutely foul. All this in the heart of Carnaby Street. Shocking
