Service excellent. Food probably the worst I've ever had. Scone was hard. Claimed to be fresh cherry and almond. No it was stale. When I brought this to there attention I was told it was baked that morning. I'm not stupid it wasn't. Ordered a ploughman's. They forgot the cheese was told to queue at the chefs area and he will pass me a piece.... Honestly place is rubbish. If you want class go to booths or one of the many good cafes in Knutsford. Service was polite. Just poor quality of cooking. I did bring it to the servers attention when paying and she ignored me.

Lovely clean and welcoming place with smiling and friendly staff combined with excellent food. The omelette is highly recommended. Well worth a visit or three 😉

Excellent experience. I have been to a few Blue Diamond garden centre restaurants. This is by far the best one. The food was delicious. Service was great. Really good choice. All the family enjoyed it. I expect the road works made it quieter, I hope to go back and experience the same service and quality again. Thank you

Went for breakfast this morning. Food was top notch. Service was impeccable. We had a great experience. 100% recommend. Food was superb and we had a good chuckle with the fine people working there. What more can you ask for??

Extremely dissatisfied with this establishment; from the outset, their attitude conveyed a lack of interest, dismissing patrons to tables despite a clear "please wait here to be seated" sign. Despite overlooking this initially, the disappointment continued. The food, while basic, comes with an exorbitant price tag. I'm baffled by how they remain in business. Save your money and dine elsewhere. During payment, when asked about the food, I honestly expressed it was subpar for the cost. The response, a casual "fair enough," was both disheartening and disrespectful. Save yourself the trouble and avoid spending your money here.

Very slow service. Not good value for money, measly portions and poorly displayed on plates. Wrong drinks were brought to the table TWICE! All needs improving to guarantee rebooking.

Food was fine, but we was in a large group (12 people)and they split us up. Plenty of seating available, even through out our visit but they wouldn't let us sit together. And also was there for a birthday and we wasn't allowed to open the birthday cake.

I dined in rosary twice in 1 day because I was so impressed (breakfast and lunch). The menu, staff and cleanliness were all fantastic and we were served quickly. They didn't mind that we brought a board game. The high ceilings and plants made the place feel modern and spacious. I would highly recommend this cafe.

Totally disappointed with this badly run restaurant- Suggest you don’t go, as they change their minds without notice ! Visited garden centre and decided to have something to eat, we were welcomed into the restaurant at 11.20am given 2 breakfast menues and told to sit anywhere. More than 1/2 tables were reserved and empty rest were taken but there was 1 spare. Made our choices, had to call the waitress over - gave our order to be told they had ‘stopped’ serving breakfast and were now only doing drinks and cakes! On further questioning she admitted they do serve breakfast until 11.30 (and it was 11.25) but chef had decided to stop early. ?? She went and asked the manager or chef if our order could be done but was told ‘no’ - so we ‘unhappily’ had to go - on the way out my husband tried to speak to the manager but he was ‘tied up’ ! Looked like they were now giving out lunch menus and had that been offered we would have been interested but it wasn’t Very disappointing and I don’t think they were particularly bothered about unhappy customers leaving - always more coming in from the garden centre!

Went to Fryers Rosary Restaurant this morning with a group of 30+people. Jonathan, the manager, had allocated us our own area, alongside the beautiful Christmas tree. As a group from the local Friendship Café, he completely understood the specific needs of us all, placing the tables in such a way that we were able to sit together. It was a bit chilly to start with (-4 outside) but we soon warmed up with our teas, coffees, hot chocolate and delicious scones, teacakes and cakes. We were served mainly by Brian, who was very friendly and helpful. I can only recommend a visit to Fryers, very good scones and cakes, with accommodating staff.

I come here once a week with my friend, for lunch. We do book our table in advance, same time, same table. Depending on how busy they are, depends on if you have a wait or not, but usually only around 10mins for our order to be taken, which is either a baked potato or a sandwich and salad both of which are very generous helpings. At busy times I think they could do with more staff waiting on, but we have always had a very enjoyable meal there.

Very poor service.was waiting 25 minutes to be served .And nobody came .I gave up .Don’t recommend this place

Poor. Will not be going again. Been here 2 days running. Very slow to take orders, waited an eternity for the meal to arrive. Today, waited over 35 minutes for our order of 2 fish and chips side salad and a drink to be taken. Almost 20 minutes later 1 fish and chips with salad arrived. Order had been written down wrong. I refused to pay for the meal and drink and walked out. Really not good enough. There are plenty of staff and although the place was full it is not busy. I work in restaurants and there is no excuse for this.

The girls waiting on were polite and helpful food on the other hand was appalling but the coffee was good, the tables were scratched and tatty looked like they had been bought from various carboot sales nothing matched

Friendly helpful lady served us - but the restaurant was let down by the food. It was awful. We had friars rarebit. The toasted bread was burnt, the bread very thick which would have been fine if the cheese topping was not so thin. The topping was thin and tasteless. I can't remember the exact price but it was between £7.50-£7.95 with a tiny bit of salad and small pot of chutney. Wouldn't go again.

Very poor service. We used to go here regularly but the place was going down hill, so we stopped going. Anyway we were tempted back by a free drinks voucher. We arrived there and were shown to our table by a polite waitress, who immediately took out drinks order. A waiter arrived shortly afterwards to take our food order, my wifes order arrived after 5 minutes or so, I had to wait almost 15 minutes for my order to arrive. This in the first instance was incorrect, a bacon roll arrived. When the corrected order arrived the sausages on the brown roll were barely warm. I would understand the delay if the restaurant was busy, but looking around I recon it was lest than 10% full. There is a big room for improvement needed at this location, hence only one star.

Went in 3.30 service was bad ordered toasted scones they came look warm not toasted will not be going again, some big young guy walking round tell everybody what to do sack him hes a waste of space he did nothing, got to the till he tried charging me for something l did not have till the girl said l didn't have it. As l said waste of space !

Such a shame that the service lets this place down because the food was really tasty, fresh and filling, when you order a cold drink you don't expect a dirty glass, but for it then to go back and see the young lady empty a plastic bag of ice into the glass when I asked for ice, in plain view of an entire busy restaurant is not on, Re-training called for !! Thank God you have Michael holding the side up !! Thanks to both managers for sorting our issue, much appreciated x

The cafeteria used to be super-good, but recently the level of service and, most of all, the food quality, have drastically dropped to sub-zero level.. Never again.. 👎👎

Disappointing visit , looking forward to a gardners tea but no cheese and chive scones , so ordered garlic cheese bread , the waitress took order then can back saying kitchen was closed , at 4:02 , would have been nice to be notified when we sat down at 3:50 , left dissapointed and hungry definitely not the place where the guest comes first!!!

Great food and drink in a pleasant environment.
