Flames Takeaway Sandbach in Cheshire East

UPDATE absolutely gutted and sadly won’t be using again, the prices have increased sadly obviously they are doing well, but almost £30 for a garlic bread with cheese, ham and pineapple pizza and a small tray of donner meet with garlic Mayo and chilli sauce but no salad or bread/pitta etc , no matter how excellent the food is disgusting, that’s a massive price hike…. So getting a little greedy now it seems. - suck a shame tbh sadly lost a great regular customer as loyalty it seems doesn’t work with some businesses. :(. Was told there’s a £2.50 charge now for thin crust… which doesn’t make sense as it’s less dough, never heard of this before… really sad tbh It’s thin Omg this is my new favourite pizza takeaway…. The food is amazing!! My third order from here as my other go to place kept getting it wrong and sadly seemed to get greasier and greasier…. :( Thank heavens I stumbled across flames! I can only have thin crust pizza and garlic bread as anything too heavy bread/dough wise makes me ill and so many places get this wrong despite stressing the fact when ordering.. so far so good for flames… Thankyou :) The pizzas and garlic breads are amazing… proper cheese not too greasy and fatty either so no heavy sicky after which is amazing!! And you can taste the fresh ingredients… defo no trace of curry taste either which is often the case from many takeaways that offer pizza and Indian food etc so clearly excellent hygiene here with careful attention to avoid cross contamination! Well done please keep this up as it’s so rare it seems!! Omg the peri peri chicken kebab is superb! And the chicken is cooked to perfection! Not hard not chewy just awesome!! Really hope the high standards you have started out with in your new location continue and don’t slide as sadly so many other places seem to… please keep it up and you will have the market cornered im sure! Will see you very soon no doubt :) ❤️

Pizza tasted like card board. Onion rings were like rubber. Sent the wrong rice meant to be egg fried rice it was pilau rice.

Wouldnt buy anything from here again ordered a pizza made me and my daughter very sick not happy at all

Ordered this evening, came 2 hours later, food was awful, soggy and not good, definitely not worth the money, the delivery driver didn’t even look at me at the door just handed me the food and didn’t say a word, food was everywhere I ordered Chicken tikka masala and it had been splatted all over my partners food, cans were warm, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE not even worth one star

Awful food, soggy salad and bread, undercooked kebab meat not nice tasting, all went in the bin, AVOID

I’m very disappointed waited 2 hours the didn’t come with the kids pizzas had to wait a hour for them to bring them will not be ordering again!

Very fast delivery, still lovely and hot. Generous portions.

I ordered from Flames this evening for the first time, a starter indian lamb tikka pieces, lamb rogan josh and rice which where equally delicious, very tender and plenty of meat. The free salad was plentiful and fresh, alongside condiments. The delivery driver was very pleasant. I will be ordering again. Very pleased indeed.

I’ll be honest I’ve not tried here due to the other reviews. However after having some bad kebabs from the other local places and getting a new takeaway through the door which looked great decided to give it a whirl! Ordered x2 chicken and donner mixed kebabs Both arrived hot and when they said it would (45mins) Items were boxed and wrapped in tinfoil, food was fresh, hot and very tasty Plenty of sauce and fresh salad The charred chicken was lovely and donner was meaty with no gristle 👌🏻 This place is sat at the wrong level and it’s a shame so more people need to try here, I will return soon to try the pizzas. One area of improvement, make your own naan (clay oven) Apart from that keep it up 🤤

Ridiculously slow delivery and food really wasn’t nice and pretty much cold. Won’t be using again.

Dreadful. Brought the wrong order then told us they would bring it round after and then ignored us. Avoid at all costs!!! Go to mcdonners instead!!!

Don't ever order from here was absolutely awful salty is a understatement plus a added extra of a hair, can't belive there still in business.

Me and my pregnant partner ordered from here we got our order My partner notice in her chicken burger that half the burger was raw and slimy But luckily notice straight away! Very poor I would advise no one to eat from here as we definitely will not be!

Just had my first takeaway from Flames. Thought we'd try as had a leaflet through the door. Enjoyed every bit of it. I have been impressed and shall be ordering again.

Poor Pizza was low quality. Tomato puree base was a sweet and sour jar from a cheap shop. Was ..no ham mushrooms or hardly any Cheese was cheap and awfull. Tasted like what a 5yr old child would cook. Quality of this place is pits. Better places about. Hoping that flames pick up this comment for a full refund. (Before I let another cat out of the bag).

Had a bad experience with a delivery driver but spoke to the manager and it was quickly sorted. Still the best takeaway in sandbach but the management aren't in total control of the delivery staff. Food is still fantastic and any complaints are dealt with quickly and satisfactory. I'll always order from flames xx Rubbish fries and nuggets again!! Great pizza though....the fries and nuggets were totally awful. Rang flames and they said they'd sort it straight away, still waiting but hoping they will as the pizzas are amazing x Delivered replacement, apolopgies accepted....great cities and nuggets xx

Disgusting service, rude and ignorant, will never use again. Sent wrong thing and blamed me and would not replace.

I'd give no stars if it was possible. This place is disgusting, our chicken was raw and could have quite easily made me and my boyfriend ill. Staff are incredibly rude, especially a woman called Lisha who shouted at me down the phone, told me she "doesn't care what i do with the chicken" and also put the phone down on me while i enquired about my refund. Needs shutting down, claims to have 4 star food hygiene rating on the website when in fact they have 1 star, which is illegal. I urge anybody not to go there. No doubt they will be shut down soon.

Quick, hot food to order eg pizza, kebabs. They have a overhead menu bored. Menu to take home if you want. Home delivery service. Prices are good

Awful meal tonight. The lamb tikka was sent in a cardboard pizza box all mushed up with the salad! No mint sauce and the naan bread was all burnt!! Went in the bin! Wast of money!!!

Absolutely disgusting, the food took an hour and 30 mins to be delivered and it was cold. It has made me ill for two days after consuming, would never recommend
