Realmente malo - mi cita tuvo un problema con la shisha y la gerencia fueron tan groseros! Bastante agresivo tbh. La música era tan alta, que la comida se servía fría. ¡Honestamente tan malo!

Tuve una horrible shisha que no tiraba. Cuando saqué el tema me enfrenté a una agresividad pasiva sugiriendo que debería irme si no me gusta. La administración fue muy agresiva y honestamente me recordó a Frenzo Harami si entiendes lo que quiero decir (parecía ser un adicto a la cocaína enojado). Definitivamente no volver y no recomendaría a nadie más.

Second time I have had the opportunity to eat at this lovely place! And with no disappointment! Very gentle owner/manager, so attentive to our needs. Amazing food, best chicken (roast babe chicken) ever for lunch menu, big portion and affordable price! Noticed that the restaurant has now increased in size! After a long day at work (we are both NHS workers), just what we needed!

Perfectly seasoned and chargrilled Seabass along with beautifully crafted, creamy, chicken hummus, and a delicious side salad with garlic and sweet chili dressing sauces made up my perfect dinner at Roots. The fish was exquisite with a blend of Lebanese and Syrian spices. My meal was complemented by a virgin, lemon and mint Mojito. The space is charming and casual. And the service was personable & efficient. I am here visiting from the United States for only a few days, but I will make it a point to go back at least one more time before my departure. I invite you to join me in this exquisite dining experience.

The staff literally went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed , it was our first time dining at the place and we loved every moment of it!! The food was so good and the shisha was amazing ! Literally couldn’t fault anything about the place! As we was leaving they even gave us a gift to go home with!! I’ve never been to a place like this! If I can sum the place in one word I can say it’s FANTASTIC ! If you ware thinking of going to the place just go you will love it !!!

Visited the restaurant first time today and I felt very much welcomed. Food, drinks and shisha was also great. Staff also welcomed me and made me feel relaxed. I recommend this place to everyone!

First trip to Roots. Really lovely decor and atmosphere. Service excellent. Food really good. Delicious grill and hummus out of this world. If you like a relaxed feel and plentiful Lebanese food with a genuine authentic feel...you couldn't do better. Prices good too !

Bad customer service. It was cold no heating. They didn’t ask what music anyone wanted to hear. The food was average but of Morley’s quality. Overall very disappointing.... the shisha flavours were nice tho would recommend having a look at the specials menu.... other than that 3/10

I would like to say to anyone reading this I rarely leave reviews but felt I needed to. I came yesterday and thought wow this place is amazing. The owners, the staff and even the customers made me my fiancé and my best friend and his partner feel like we were VIP but this goes for how they treat everyone. Two days in a row here now. I will be back!! I cannot wait to go back. The shisha quality is top of the range and the safety of this place is by far the best I have been to. They care for their customers and it honestly feels like a family vibe. I would highly recommend this place and I am proud to say I have found my NEW shisha spot!!! Thanks Tj

The manager is so rude he doesn't know how to talk properly to people The shisha was so bad and whenever i asked them to fix it they were reacting rudely I would never recommend this place its wasting money

Terrible place, the owner was unhappy that I turned on the heating even though it was freezing in the tent. Also my burger was served cold

The staff are so nice. Friendly and professional. Made me feel so comfortable and had a great conversation with them too. Music is so good as well. I couldn’t keep myself from dancing in my chair. I was unsure of what I wanted to order so asked for a suggestion and the staff got it oh so right. Pina Colada was delicious and so smooth. The place was so spotless as well. Highly recommend this place for great vibes, polite people and a over all good atmosphere.

I would never recommend this place. My reason 1) the owner / manager is very rude. 2) they refused to turn on the heating and the place was freezing. The owner / manager was rude about it 3) the service was terrible. No staff came to take our order.

I really don’t know what the guys problem is but he was in a really nasty mood and the customer service was the worst

My cousin decided to go here for her 30th birthday, the set up is decent, however I have been to many Shisha bars before in different parts of London and this one is very basic compared to those. The service is VERY POOR - no condiments being brought with fries after asking TWICE and then finishing my fries and telling him not to bother. The food potions are TINY so not worth it - also ordered a Nachoes with our food only to be told after that there’s not enough cheese to make any. There is literally a shop across the road, go buy some. Shisha flavours are limited however the flavour we did have were good (once they actually bought them along soooo slow). It’s slow to the point where you forget that you ordered anything. Yeah that slow...it wasn’t even busy. Doubt I’ll be returning to be honest. Service is wack have to ask for things to may times. Staff are very nice and welcoming though but if other places can do much better for similar prices then so should this place.

Lovely hidden gem in Woolwich with a great atmosphere, tasty food and a brilliant shisha selection. The customer service is brilliant, you always feel welcome and looked after The seating area is comfortable with screens for music or sporting events. Would strongly recommend for a chilled evening out where you can chat, eat and have lots of fun!

Love this place, me and my wife come at least once a month with friends! Its got a lovely chilled vibe, the staff treat you like family, highly recommended!! They have lots of variety of Shisha, as well as premium flavours. Lots of food variation...
