So I went to weatherspoons last Friday before a night out and I wanted to praise a worker called Alfie I believe he said that was his name! He had amazing service and was so friendly even though upstairs was very busy and full of students! He was so sweet and great to chat to whilst serving me and my friends. Madison as well I think her name was always lovely and sweet whilst serving! Thank you for being so friendly even when it looked so stressful!

Really nice place but the food is pretty mediocre

Rude bar staff, ordered a pint of stowford press, was told " no gas " so no draft beer only bottles. Lady said "what you want" quite abruptly. I said a bottle of cider please. Bottle put on bar, she said " Glass" I replied yes please, and then was told that would be £3.80 😡 Never again in there.

Been coming for few years and it was ok. Recently, issues with food been really bad. Got burnt fish brought to me twice, at the same occasion. Waited for scampi over 30mins (went twice to the bar, to check if it's still coming, waiter served the other table 3 times, even though they came way after me). This time they served me small size fish for the price of large. Not great! I had fish before, so many times! And manager is rude! Customer service is 0%! He came to my table and said everytime I come, I have an issue! Before that, I actually thought that it's quite decent Weatherspoon to compare with other. However, manager changed my opinion! Everytime I had issues here, went to Lewisham Weathespoon to kill my hunger (not keen on atmosphere over there and it's out of my way). Food was quick, good and customer service much more pleasant!

Excellent prices good service Nice atmosphere

It was freezing, and the doors were constantly being left open, even when security was at the door! Either get proper blowers so that the cold doesn't get in, or get someone on the door to close it! We are a really uncomfortable time, customers were having to get up and close the door, which didn't make for a relaxing time! If there are only tables available next time we go there, we won't be stopping!

Decent prices compared to the competition. However the service is poor. All my app purchases were not delivered and each time I had to remind staff. The downstairs area is extreme cold.

It's spoon so don't expect anything special but a warm meal is not hard. My meal came out cold they sent the same meal back out it was still cold. Been in 100s of these over the years through work only decent thing is the pint.

Really nice pub with good service. Kept coming back during our stay in Greenwich and ended on a high this morning at breakfast with a great waiter who came and checked if everything was to our liking. Would highly recommend this place. The food is good, wide selection of beer and the value for money is great.

All coffees and breakfast dishes are amazing and very affordable. You should visit this place.

Worst experience ever of a wetherspoons. Went in on a Sunday and waited 50 mins for food but didn't get it as they'd run out of stock?? I wasn't told and not apologised to. Don't spend your money here!

It's the first visit for me to have breakfast and drink in Greenwich. Very cosy and warm food with a light budget. free wifi and clean toilet are also good for a traveller.

A great Wetherspoon. Always superb value and this one has a lively vibrant atmosphere. Certainly not an old man's pub. Lol

My god what awful service. When you order breakfast and coffee on the app in spoons they usually bring you a cup then 5 or 10 minutes later your breakfast. Not here. Pub was empty, ordered on the app and waited for my cup. That didn't arrive but breakfast did. I waited a bit longer then went up for my cup. The girl serving said you have to wait till it comes out. Managed to persuade her to just give me a cup. It wasn't just me either, loads of people waiting. The server definitely needs some training I'd say.

Quite unhappy, service was horrible while it was practically empty, my mother who forgot her glasses accidentily bought a large breakfast for £6.59 thinking the tea would be included and that their would be bigger than the small breakfast for £2.99, it wasnt it was a scam the only difference on the menu was it has mushrooms, it arrived after waiting a long time and they put ONE singular soggy mushroom on the plate?? 😂 taking the piss two small breakfasts are better value, my mothers conserns were disregarded while the manager kept mysoginystically calling my mother "love" and "darling" this might of not been the intention but it certainly made us both quite uncomfortable. After this compliant to the manager who made us uncomfortable and disregarded the concerns they clearly took the mick with the mushroom and the the time they waited in a clear pub, purposly must of waited for it to all cool down. Complete rip off and horrible service.

Never use the online order service via the app....took 20mins for 2 drinks. Lost the will to live and almost gave up drinking. Only just recovered.

Didn't eat here but looked ok. Busy for noon on a Thursday & a varied selection of clientele. Good selection of beer at decent prices.

Had breakfast here twice as stayed at a local hotel. Amazing value and tasty, for what you get for what you paid exceeded expectations. Only gave 4 star service and atmosphere as this what you get here smiling and efficient but no extra

with the quality of the burgers at McDonald's. For a fast food chain that prides itself on serving up classic burgers, this was a major letdown. I would recommend looking elsewhere for a better burger experience.

I recently visited Wetherspoons Cutty Sark and placed an online order (Order #397216) to my table. However, the staff member at the till—a lady with glasses—insisted that I carry the items to my table myself. Despite explaining that the order included seven glasses and was too heavy, she still made me carry half of it. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also felt discriminatory, as I strongly believe she treated me this way because I am not British. Such treatment is unacceptable and goes against the customer service standards one expects. Extremely disappointed with this experience.

No pet friendly. Is almost 2025, you have to do better. And definitely don’t allow your customers to order and kick them out of the outside area (not even inside) when they are eating because they have a puppy.

Most of the staff were very reluctant to serve customers, dragging their feet with slumped shoulders, particularly the younger staff. One was on the ball on the Friday evening that I visited, quite possibly the manager? I only stayed for one beer.

They always seem to get my order wrong. Food is usual spoons fare, cheapish and yet still overpriced. Staff are alright.

Normally a lot better but the cod was grey and hard and the chips were cold and hard. We didn't get the follow up "how is the food?" The staff were run off their feet even though it was mid day on a Monday. Someone needs to look at the rotas. Or maybe it's a case of cutting costs. As I said normally a lot better but awful this time

I really recommend this pub, bc I was there in recently and food was delicious but I received tasteless Pepsi cola and I asked bartender if he would exchange my drink and he gladly did it, additionally he offered me extra ice to it. Beautiful place, tasty food, was so nice to visit this pub❤️

Great spoons pub in the heart of Greenwich town - you will find this is one of the cheapest spoons in London, which has an electric atmosphere - always buzzing. Great food, drink deals and eat shots from Up the Creek comedy venue. Staff are friendly, quick to serve & very good door people. ID is required here, so bring yours if you go there.

Update Oct 24; It's still just a Spoon, but still one of Ithe best Spoons I've been too. Accept it's a Spoons and fight off the students for one of the best tables and enjoy the cheap food and drinks, or go to another pub in the area!

Typical English pub where the food is good but the service is poor, we waited more than 1 hour to eat and we were already sat at the table and had ordered our food

Food overcooked (chicken microwaved to death and almost inedible) and wrong orders brought out (jacket pot instead of chips) and drinks order wrong too. Ordered on app so don’t know how they can get it so wrong. Service quite slow too.

Food took about 1 hour and came burnt, quite disappointing for wetherspoons as they are usually nicer. It was also cold once it arrived and some of it was stale leading to us to have to reorder taking another 35 minutes. Frankly disappointing.

I had the Cod and although very nice, not as big and crispy as that served in The Furze Wren in Bexley. We also found that they do not stock Tia Maria. Service was slow but they were Busy as this was a Saturday.

First had to clear and clean the table itself. Then you have to order yourself at the bar and the selected item is not available. So you have another choice after paying and you will only be informed that it may take half an hour. Food factory style and not tasteful . For local people who come to drink, not for tourists. Stay away unless you like beer different types

Lovely Spoons in the Cutty Sark area of Greenwich, conveniently opposite the DLR station entrance. And very well priced for London worth going out your way for - less than £4 for a pint of Guinness! Lovely staff and a decent atmosphere. I made the mistake of going to the Wetherspoons in Lewisham on Friday night, never again!

Wetherspoons in Greenwich has quickly become our go-to pub! One of the best things about this branch is the unbeatable beer prices – it's the cheapest we've come across compared to other Wetherspoon locations in London. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and a wide selection of drinks at such affordable prices.

Service was quick. Food wasn't as hot as it could have been, but passable. Again, as in some other spoons I have experienced, different portion sizes for the same meal. Our table had ordered among others two triple American cheese burgers. One plate had burgers that resembled a McDonald's burgers, flat and thin, bearing able to find under the bun. The other 3 fat juicy burgers. Each one big enough to hide all three of the other plates' burgers. Needless to say, we didn't order any more food. We finished our drinks and left. Is this becoming the norm now at spoons. I know they are cheaper than other places to eat, but surely there should be some consistency somewhere, though.

Very unprofessional security, management are better at mediating but not aware of the laws their security team should be operating under or the company's own policies.

Very easy place in the Greenwich area, nothing special but there is a different choice of alcohol. Super fast service and quite friendly staff. It's very crowded and it's difficult to find a table. Average prices.

We had grilled steak with chips and beer, and burgers with chips and a drink, so delicious and super cheap at 18 GBP for everything... you have to put up with the noise and carpet in the restaurant

A good pub that does great food!

Not the best Spoons. I’ve been here three times now and had service issues on all occasions. I don’t think the issue here is the staff, it seems to be the management. It takes absolutely forever to be served and when you do, it takes forever for food and drink to arrive (via app) or ordered at the bar. The place is a cluttered mess of uncleared plates and glasses, along with sticky tables. It really isn’t aligned to the usual high standards found at other Spoons pubs. *Please Wetherspoon* sort this pub out!!

Price/performance and especially the food is excellent. There are various offers during the week or at the weekend. Today was Sunday and we ordered fish and chips with a soft drink after 2pm. Extremely generous portion for just £10.95. A beer instead of a soft drink costs £11.95. You order and pay at the counter and then the dish is brought to your table. Unfortunately, the lady who took the order wasn't willing to speak a little slower and more clearly! With so many tourists, you could still be friendly, right? The toilets on the first floor were very clean.

It's a weatherspoon so it can't really do much wrong, the ladies toilets on had 3 stalls with toilet paper in it. The beans on toast took forever to come out and when it did was cold

Cheap English pub, however, we went once and all the hamburger buns were missing so we were forced to eat the chicken ones. The second time, despite having arrived at 7.30pm, he had already run out of chips, chicken wings and ice cream to serve with the brownie. On weekends children have to leave at 9pm...

The food we ordered arrived and I’m pretty sure the main meal burger and chips was a childrens meal, the chips were not cooked, the chicken in the curry was inedible, the cheesy chips very much lacked the “cheesy” part and when questioned it to the staff was simply told that was the allocated amount of cheese you get and totally unhelpful. Staff are pretty much as awful as the food, and the state of the toilets are disgusting. Massive let down compared to most other Wetherspoons.

Curry was better than expected. Drinks are always great-value.
