Roosters Piri Piri in Brentwood

I visited Rooster Piri Piri with my mum, excited to try it as it looked so good. However, when I saw the menu, I was shocked by the high prices, which didn’t seem worth it at all. After trying the food, I ended up with a stomach ache the next day. The food was flavorless, and the chicken burger I ordered turned out to be a disappointment—a mini chicken wing with a bone was thrown into the burger. I ordered extra hot chicken, but it wasn’t hot at all; it was bland. I felt sick and couldn’t finish my food, eventually having to throw it away. I will never order from here again and do not recommend it to anyone. If you want grilled chicken, go elsewhere.

Ordered my daughter a kids falafel wrap hair in wrap! , and ended up with an adults tortilla for a child with one piece of falafel? Are they serious? They do do kids sized tortillas maybe you should invest in some ! Over priced food, rude manager . And honestly theres been reports of mice droppings in food I would avoid honestly not worth it

I really enjoyed theses delicious foods. I went there several times but i truly have no complains about these foods or the customer services.

Ordered from here a few times and it’s normal good, But tonight the chicken wings was definitely last night’s leftovers reheated, as they was very dry and tough, and I got upset stomach from it! also the coleslaw was just red cabbage, never had rubbish coleslaw like that before, you have now lost a customer, you might think your customers are stupid but we are not! Carry on like that and you will lose all your customers!

Food was excellent and so delicious, definitely only get one rice between two people for takeaway, so cheap for what it is

Some staff with poor attitude. Very rude and refused to serve me as I don’t carry a mobile phone. Refused to take my details written down for track and trace which breeches disability equality act. Won’t go there again and it always looks empty.
