Rooster's Grill in Windsor and Maidenhead

Always great food and service, delivery is very good. Been using them for 6 years plus and only had a couple of wrong items sent but it’s resolved very quickly. Best kebabs, and if you are wanting an old school big burger from the 90’s then you must try one this place.

I made an order for approximately £40 they accepted the order then cancelled afterwards. I feel very disgusted & appalled by this company being so useless & unreliable letting me and my family down. I would recommend not to go to this place & go to other restaurants as I have very rarely had orders cancelled especially when they take payment & then refund afterwards.I would reiterate very upset & disappointed y diabolical customer service ms failing to fulfill order after accepting it that is very unprofessional & wrong

1 star is too much for this place! Food was ordered at 7pm, after several calls received at 8pm. Staff were not bothered at all ! Tasteless food ! Never again!

Ordered kebabs from here lots. Great value - always lots of meat and a good amount of salad. The marinade they use on the chicken shish is very tasty. Order from their website for a better deal than any of the other sites!

The food was cold the mind and offer any more salad no tissues given just scared I might be getting food poisoning wrong up the guys said what can I do about this food obviously first time it was properly cooked when the manager was there the other stuff I said careless look behind that everyone was laughing

Love the folks here, sometimes they forget a drink or something but if you bring it up they'll send it or add it to your next order. Lamb kebabs aren't greasey and have good taste and the burgers are great too Fast delivery too

Says on the sign peri chicken when going in there is nothing peri chicken. Staff were really rude and weren’t even there when walked in, had to wait until “a server person” came to tell me no

Can't recommend. I walked in and asked for a burger and chips and was told 'no'. If you want food late in the evening, look elsewhere

We are 8km away, each time they cancel our order, after giving thumbs up. If you can't bother to drive for 15min to deliver - with a fee. Take yourself off just eat or simply say you won't deliver 8km.

I called up on their website it says they close at 3 and they rudely say they are closing now. Update the website if you’re going to close at 2.

Very impressed with the food and customer service I received yesterday evening. Popped in with some friends for a kebab and chips with garlic sauce. Noticed a small error with my change but the excellent staff were kind enough to fix it soon after. Fantastic customer service.

Visit few times I've tried roosters grilled kebab, absolutely delicious, I had chicken shish and doner Kebab with freshly traditional naan bread . There grilled chicken fillet burger always banging .Staff very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be visiting again. Thank you

Stay away from this place. Chips not cooked well and soggy, lamb donner was definitely reeheated and oily, very small portions.

I have visited Roosters gril the tast was amazing and the behavior of its owner and employee was friendly.

nice food but they're selling foreign Pepsi cans, which I had with my meal and it destroyed my stomach and made me ill! the'y're putting profit before health and safety and customer satisfaction!

Foods actually good when you get ALL your order, worse bit is the lady who makes the food and calls you a liar when the food doesn’t come as you ordered, funny part is when you say send driver back or I’ll send you a pic via Google review , she the says “ don’t talk angry to me , I know what I made” , so here you go lady I’ve uploaded pictures, please do not call your customers liars. Like I said food is good but the service need some work.

Popped into this place for a chicken tikka, when was in town was a bit reluctant to go in as the place doesn't look very appetising, but decided to give it a try, in all honesty the worst customer service and food I've eaten the naan bread aren't even fresh!, the person that serviced me took the naan out of the pack like the ones you buy in the your local store put it in a microwave and then just put some chicken titaka on it that was already pre cooked , tasted it and then actually throw it in the bin, never will I order anything from this place again total waste of money and very inexperienced staff working behind the counter , I'm going to contact the local council about this place, I would advice all customers to report this place to food trading standards agency.

ordered a mixed kebab which is meant to consist of lamb doner, lamb shish and lamb kofta. I got the lamb doner but chicken shish and chicken doner. not impressed. won't order again

To be honest, that was the worst food I have ever gotten tonight, the mozzarella sticks the chicken nuggets the burgers was just terrible which is a shame I get from you guys alot, my girlfriend was even sick half way through eating

I have used these many times but tonight has to be the worse ever, I ordered chicken donner meat and chips and it arrived stone cold, even the chips were cold, I live less than a mile from the shop ,I am sure the meat was left from lunchtime as were the chips, I won't go here again, I think I have used them so long just coz connivance, Don't wast your money go somewhere else,I will be from now on, I have been sick twice and feel really ill at the minute, I will be reporting them to get them looked into, and Hopefully they will get decent English speaking staff on the phone,

I would give 0 stars if I could it was that bad. I ordered today and the food was not good at all I found a hair in my lamb donner also The chicken donner that I ordered for the rest of my family was more fat then chicken and definitely didn't look like the lage that was ordered and the chicken tasted like curry powder had been put all over it. Really really not happy with the food at all its was so greasy it was horrible. Never going to order from them again..

So. Ordered my food from their non just eat website. On delivery they missed out a few bits and pieces. Rang them to find out what's going on. "Oh, we tried to call you and tell you that we don't have the missing food" but still been charged the extra five or six pounds for the missing food. Lesson learned. Don't order from the non just eat web site. They don't really give a sh×t. Order from a takeaway that's bothered about keeping regular customers. Thanks Istanbul Grill. I won't order from you again.

Ordered food at 10.05 food arrived at 11.30, opened the order and it’s the completely wrong order! Called the place they said your order will be with you 4/5 mins with no apology, the person on the phone was rude and I’d asked for a refund and was told no! Terrible service!! Never used to be like this must be under new ownership or something!! Now have to contact just eat to try and receive a refund!

Recently refurbished shop interior however some staff seem new and slightly inexperienced. Food not bad, not the best but equally not the worst either. I'd go again if my usual isn't open.

AVOID this place. They quote a delivery time of 40 minutes an hour later phone them only to be told another 20 minutes. Rude unapologetic will never use again

Erm bit of a mixed bag for my first visit. Asked for mixed kebab which arrived quickly. Then when I asked if it had the Naan or the pitta with it, the person behind the counter said that the kebab comes with neither. I pointed out the price board which shows it does come either either Naan or Pitta. He reluctantly gave me a pitta (naan not possible apparently). Kebab was reasonable and a good portion size. First time in Maidenhead, so will probably try somewhere else next time I come to town.

Placed a delivery order, which: * took 1hr 20mins to arrive * was completely wrong (ie nothing that I ordered was actually delivered) * wasn't corrected, as when I called, they weren't interested in fixing the problem. They blamed the driver who had now gone home. If you MUST use this place, only pay cash on delivery, and check your order first.

Ordered two take aways and was promised delivery between 40 minutes to an hour. Food arrived after one and a half hour later. The lamb shish kebab was dry and burnt the nan bread had not been cooked properly. The chicken kebab was the same. The salad was also not fresh. We complained and the manager refunded us for our bad experience. I have been purchasing food from this take away for over eleven years and it has been very good. Standard needs to improve back to the old days. We want to see food properly cooked juicy meat kebabs and nan bread cooked properly and delivery on time.

Probably the worst kebab I’ve ever had. I ordered a mixed donner kebab and some chips. Firstly it was cold, the driver didn’t appear to use any kind of warmer bag, and my drink was wrapped in paper and stored next to the hot containers in the bag. Secondly, the meat was chewy and the chicken was bland. The salad was sloppy and the ‘garlic mayo’ didn’t taste like anything but cheap mayo. Thirdly, the chips were unseasoned, they were soggy, but yeah fair enough for delivery, that happens. I paid an extra £1 for garlic herb dip but was given cheap pre packed dip which tasted even worse than the one Dominoes gives you for free for pizza crust. The delivery came earlier than the app said, that’s not a bad thing, but even as I type this the app still says the delivery is coming which means they don’t update their system properly either. Overall I didn’t even make it halfway through, pic is what I threw out in the end, massive waste of money and my stomach is very unsettled.

The food is really nice but unfortunately delivery just takes too long. When we first starting ordering it was always with us within 20minutes. But the last two times we have had to wait an hr and 10minutes.

I am big foody from years, and i have tried varriety of stuff aroung the world. But this one is special. Chicken Doner is a common dish very widely availble in the uk but i confess the the quality and taste of chicken is really awsome. Keep it guys do the same and make my taste buds say yummyyýyyyyyyuyyy !!!!
