Amazing place! Gorgeous view right by the river of Thames over all windows. Clean, romantic atmosphere, nice and quiet. Excellent customer services top staff level. We had a great experience, food is all good and dessert is exceptional, very tasty looks great. Give it a try, and you will enjoy your time at any time in the day or evening.

A beautiful location with views of the river Thames Great food, my favourite is the roast beef on a Sunday I live in Windsor and this is definitely one of the nicest places to spend a couple of hours with family Personally I love the live piano playing it really creates a lovely atmosphere What’s not to love?

Booked during the week to come on Sunday for a family celebration, only to arrive for our booking just after 3pm to hear all the Sunday roasts had sold out, which is what we all came for! Why they can't take a pre-booking to prevent this from happening when you've bothered to book in advance, I don't know. None of the staff could obviously do anything other than shrug their shoulders, so we went to the Boatman instead. Fab roasts there FYI if you end up in the same situation coming here.

Booked for an early dinner.Had some drinks before we ordered the fish sharing board which was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend the ribeye steak. Christina was an excellent, efficient waitress and had served us before. We also had Magdalena who served us for the second half. It was my husband’s birthday and we had a wonderful early dinner. Compliments to the chef the food was cooked as requested and was perfect. We had a lovely chat with Magda whilst paying our bill and she was an absolute credit to your restaurant. We visited last month and will be sure to come back. Toilets are well equipped and clean. Cutlery and glasses were spotless and I love a carafe of water. Windsor water 😀

We went to Brown's on Saturday evening for a meal to celebrate my wife's Birthday her choice as we had been to browns in Kingston previously , the restaurant was quite busy but a nice atmosphere, every age range present and group sizes also ,there were 5 of us in our partie, we were served by Magdalena who is certainly excellent at her job , very efficient and helpful thank you for your professionalism, the menu was very well done as lots of options to suit everyone , the food arrived with decent gaps between courses,obviously excellent staff every where from reception to kitchen to the waiting staff, the food was excellent!.we shall definitely be returning again as we visit Windsor regularly, thank you all Staff at Browns and particularly Magdalena for making our Saturday evening very enjoyable👋

First time I’ve been to Browns and I was not really sure what to expect but the atmosphere was great and the service was fantastic. Our waiter was really nice and attentive. Bellinis were lovely so were the eggs Benedict. I also loved that even though the brunch menu had finished, I really fancied the pancakes which the waiter asked the chefs if they would make an exception for me, and which they did. I thought that was a lovely thing to do. Overall I would highly recommend this place for a gathering.

We received a gift of a festive afternoon tea here. Everything was delicious (the mini mince pie creme brulee was the star of the show !) The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing; just what you need after Christmas. Windsor is always worth a visit, and this was the perfect enhancement.

Afternoon tea was lovely. Would have been nice to have more vegetarian option for sandwich filling..all brie and cranberry. Cakes were lovely as was our waitress, Magdalena.

We have come here for Christmas day dinner for a few years now. Unfortunately each year the standards have got lower. The table 3 years beautifully done this year nothing really. The food price gone up and portion size smaller. So after 3 Christmases spent here we Unfortunately won't be here next Christmas. The price and portion size kids and adult meals have made us make this decision. The staff are wonderful and if it was not for the polite enjoyable staff it would have been a flop completely. We dined at Browns, Windsor, tonight and had mixed feelings about the experience. For starters, the salt and pepper squid was quite good, while the prawn cocktail was just okay. However, the main course, the 16oz Chateaubriand For Two at £75, was a major disappointment. There were only 8 slices of beef for the two of us, and the meat was tasteless with bland seasoning. The greasy fried onion left an unpleasant aftertaste.

Love this restaurant. Been many times. The decor is lovely and the food is delicious. It's not too expensive either.

Had a lovey time at Browns Windsor, the food was delicious and the staff were attentive, Christina and Deborah were great! The gentleman who seated us was a tiny bit rude but a good experience other than that. Would recommend!

We had a great night here on Saturday night celebrating our annual Christmas Gathering. We had pre ordered from the Festive Menu & everything was perfect. The food was lovely, & the atmosphere was very good. Despite being very busy our waitress Magdalena was lovely & friendly taking the time to take photos & videos for us. Had our Christmas party on the 14th December for 26 people - Nikola, Iva & Eddie looked after our table and were excellent! The food and drinks went down a treat and the team had a great time!

Hired tables for 30 people and everyone has thoroughly enjoyed their Xmas dinner - service was fast, food was delicious, and atmosphere of the restaurant put everyone in a very christmassy mood. Our whole family went over for breakfast at Browns after scattering our dad's ashes at the river. Alex served us and we all were very impressed at him taking our orders, service and his kindness. A few of us kept changing their choices which was annoying but Alex with his big smile took our orders. The breakfast was amazing and also vegetarian version. Alex your customer service was great. You always had a smile, respect, and fantastic service. Thank you so much Alex. You made us so happy after such a sad send off of our dad. Keep up the good work👍 ❤️

0 stars. Negative stars!! You can sign up to get 2 free drinks off their signature menu. We showed them our barcodes for the free drinks, they said they need 24 hours to process. We also purchased a gift card for 50 pounds that gets you 10 pounds off your meal. We showed them the barcode and they said it needs 24 hours to process. Their customer service did nothing to resolve the situation and that’s why I give them negative stars. This place is a disgrace and I will never recommend it to anyone and I would never recommend this place to anyone in the future!!!

Tripped on the step when leaving. Too dark and step should be painted in a luminous colour. Fell over and could have got injured.

The most loveliest place I've been to. We booked on the day for a table and was greeted and taken to our seats. We had an amazing server Cristina who came and chatted. Delicious cocktails and exceptional service from Magdalena - I have to say it was truly amazing! She took the time to explain the menu and made great recommendations based on my preferences. From the moment I walked in the warm and friendly atmosphere made me feel at home. What stood out the most was the personal touch. She really seemed to care about making my visit special, which is rare these days. Overall I would highly recommend Browns in Windsor to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience. We came here for lunch, but we came too early, so they were still serving breakfast. Therefore we could just order from the breakfast menu. Our fault maybe, but it was still some good choices from the menu, as it looked like for us. I ordered eggs benedict for my first time ever. I always wanted to try it. It was good, nice enough, but I can't compare it, so I was happy with it. The kids had the pancakes. I also had a taste of it. It looked nice, but tasted awful and nothing like pancakes should taste like. Also I think the dishes was overpriced compared to the quality. Anyway, we had high exceptions for this place, because the location looked nice and it was nice, but that was about it. Service and staff was nice. Would I come back? Not for breakfast. Because I like the location and the atmosphere, I might come back for dinner some day.

We ate here to celebrate my father-in-law's 84th birthday. Magdalena our host pulled out all the stops to make sure he felt special throughout the meal due to his hearing difficulties - she adjusted our location, his choice of chair, toned down the music and took extra time to deal with our slow ordering very patiently. The food arrived in timely fashion, highlights were the salt and pepper squid starter, the Browns burger, the chicken schnitzel and the butternut squash and asparagus coconut curry - all delicious. A special birthday sweet platter of salted caramel profiteroles was comped for the Birthday Boy, and the brownies are recommended, as we're the delicious range of decaff coffees. Thanks, Magdalena, for making his birthday meal extra-special!

Thank you so so so much for making our dream wedding possible. Everything was impeccable, from the food, drinks to atmosphere. The team made sure we all had such an amazing time. The manager made sure all my table decorations, seating plan were done the way I wanted and when we got there, it truly was a wow moment. My frend had booked me dinner here while we were staying in Windsor for the weekend . We had the most amazing time celebrating my friend's 40th birthday. Our host Magdalena went truly above and beyond after us which made our time extra special, she is truly a wonderful, helpful and personable, professional. A real credit to the Browns! The restaurant has beautiful views across the river. The dinner was absolutely delicious and reasonably priced - very tasty and we would recommend all of them. The cocktails (Porn star martini a beautiful peach bellini) were delicious and well presented. We are very grateful Magdalena and staff for making it such a nice night! ❤️

I took my girlfriend here for a birthday dinner and what a disaster. We both ordered our starters which were fine then both got a steak for our mains. I asked for my steak rare which really isn’t hard to do especially on a 7oz steak. It turned up well done, my girlfriend ate her meal while I sat there and had to ask 3 times where mine was. Then they cleared her plate and I was sat there still with nothing. It got to the point where this is all going wrong and now that my girlfriend’s eaten I’m going to have to eat on my own and rushed. It’s not the service you’d expect from a place like this. Magna the lady serving was genuinely lovely and seemed a bit embarrassed. If you’re charging £50 for a 7oz steak and half a lobster you should be able to cook it correctly. This is my second bad experience at Browns and the last.

We had an excellent dining experience at Browns in Windsor. The menu offered a great variety, and every dish we ordered was prepared to perfection. A special mention goes to Mihail, our wonderful waiter. His attentive and friendly service made our meal truly special. He was knowledgeable about the menu, gave great recommendations, and ensured we had everything we needed without being intrusive. His warm personality added a personal touch to the whole experience.
