I can’t stress enough how bad this service was. Waited over an hour and a half for food and then when rang up they didn’t even know what address/order we were talking about then said okay it will be 10 mins. Waited over 10 mins and the food still isn’t here for them to finally arrive and tell us parts of our order were missing. Food was also not very nice and didn’t end up eating so complete waste of money. If I could give this no stars I would, I would not recommend at all.

I have placed several order from Romino's before. Some of their menu has always been really bad but the pizza's were fresh so we learnt to just stick with them. The order would always take at least an hour to arrive... On this occasion from placing the order it was delivered in 30 minutes! (There's no way it takes 30 minutes to cook, then deliver pizzas in 30 mins - a record time and it's all stone cold AND several days old!) The food was left on the doorstep (which was fine) but upon opening the food the pizzas looked completely dreadful! The pepperoni pizzas had scraps of pepperoni, they were extremely dark, that aside the entire thing was not only freezing but looked VILE - looked several days old if not weeks old. The Hawaiian pizza was the same, deflated, cold, vile... Both after 1 bite (and I was very hungry) were inedible.... Finally, I inspected what was supposed to be a kebab, naan bread with kebab meat... Dear Lord.... It was like a nappy. A lump of stale kebab meat wrapped in a sack of thin dough, never seen anything like it before - again, all stone cold. Tried to contact the takeaway - no answer. Contacted FoodHub - who I placed the order through, sent pictures and only received a reply around 16hrs later... Their response was that they contacted the Takeaway Manager who claimed they were "so busy" that they sent the food out like that and that on my next order they would include a small Garlic Bread... FoodHub and Romino's refused to refund me and this is despite the most recent reviews from Just Eat saying the same thing about receiving vile food that was at least days old! Tried contacting the restaurant again but with no success

Disgusting food from disgustingly rude staff Bought a sandwich from here today It was stale and I mean seriously stale The bread was solid I took the sandwich back and the manager Alex flatly refused to replace it He stated the reason why it was solid was because it had been in the fridge Only one side of the sandwich was stale with the other side being ok so his argument about the fridge didn’t stand up Alex, the so called manager said they he would not be replacing the food unless I paid for it which of course I wouldn’t Alex then handled the food (after handling cash ) and then handed back to me I left with my stale food and obviously didn’t eat it Staggeringly poor customer service from a rude and arrogant employee I reported the incident to Greggs who were apologetic and offered £10 compensation

Ordered a home delivery as a treat for my granddaughter. Her burger was missing and I couldn’t reach them by phone. I tried to get help from Uber who delivered it and they told me macdonalds had blocked my request for a refund Absolute disgrace!!!!!!

Ordered 2 meals. Both wrong. How hard is it to read an order and put it in a bag. I struggle to remember a single visit to this McDonald’s where the order has been either correct or have to have waited a ridiculous amount of time. Last visit I thought it was the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Again this has been confirmed

Once again, missed one of the meals from our order. Went to the drive through. Sat in the car park for 10 minutes while they got it ready. Got home and, not for the first time, there’s a meal missing. Called them up. The solution - drive back and collect. I ask, rhetorically, how difficult is it to give me what I’ve paid for? Why should I incur the expense of driving back to collect what I have already paid for!? I am mindful it sounds like a middle class problem but when someone (a child) is missing a meal (which is a rare treat) it causes significant upset. It is wholly unrealistic to just drive back and collect part of the order. A few years ago, when Macdonald’s was relatively cheap, I probably wouldn’t have cared as much but when you’re paying £40 ish for four people it is especially annoying. At that price there are many other options The ambivalence towards customer service is incredibly frustrating. I have given up on them and intend to spend my money elsewhere. They probably won’t care but terrible service and ambivalence eventually catches up on you (at least I hope it does).
