The menu offers everything you’d expect to see in your average British cafe. Food is always cooked wonderfully.😋 All of the staff are kind and helpful and will do anything to make you comfortable. The coffees are lovely too! The play room at the back is perfect for after you’ve filled your belly! I meet here all of the time with my mummy friends! They have a little gift shop too where you can find kids gifts 👌

Its like an old fashioned cafe, the airy rooms have high cielings, and large windows looking out onto the high street. The convivial atmosphere is enhanced by the attentive voluntry staff, who soon become freinds. The food is without doubt first class. I like the fish platter, and its so filling i cant find room for the lovely home made cakes, the childrens play room makes this a great family cafe, and its quite inexpensive.

A playroom with all toys for babies and toddlers and an excellent cafe (with gluten free options) close to a train station and run by friendly staff... What more could you ask for!

Romiley Life Cafe lies at the heart of the local community. Although run by a dedicated group of volunteers it provides wonderful food and drink as well as a brilliant atmosphere. Superb place to go and relax and very child friendly.

I hadn't been to Romiley Life Centre in a very long time but met a friend for lunch there earlier this week. The food was very fresh, tasty and extremely well presented and the coffees were to die for! It was good when I went last time, but much improved now. Run by volunteers who are so cheery and pleasant, the service was first class. I will be back with my husband very soon!

This is a really special place completely run by volunteers. This however doesn’t mean low standards, in fact quite the reverse. The food is wonderful and the staff go out of their way to be friendly and helpful. There is a great ‘stay and play’ facility where young children can enjoy themselves whilst carers can enjoy a cuppa. There is also a book and gift shop attached. A must visit place!

This is a Great Café to spend sometime with your family or friends and others who are sharing a good time. The cafe does great food and drinks. Cakes are Homemade and very high standard looking presentation and very good taste. I would like to recommend this to anyone who love to have a great time in Café for a low price. Would recommend a Mars Bar Cake or scones. The cafe is a charity run café so we would like recommend coming in. It has wonderful and amazing volunteers and staff. 5*

We held a training session for a dozen people here. The facilities were ideal:everything clean, spacious and airy. Any queries we had were answered quickly, and we were all made to feel very welcome. Will definitely promote using the Lifecentre again.

By far the best cafe in Romiley, all the staff are volunteers and are so friendly with brilliant service. The food and presentation is second to none and the prices so reasonable. It's a must if you in Romiley and worth a trip if your not!

I have been coming to this fab cafe since it opened with my children when they were younger with other mummies and have also used it as a business space. The staff are always really accommodating and since the pandemic have worked really hard to accommodate everyone they can whilst making everyone feel safe and welcome. The food is fantastic and we always recommend it to everyone. Even during a difficult time with the rules changing all the time they are still smiling and making everyone feel very welcome

This pub had a warm, friendly vibe and wood burning fire on. Upholstery throughout with wooden panelling on the walls.
