delivery drivers attitude was abysmal. all kebab cold and chewy. it was like chewing lumps of rubber. NEVER AGAIN ☹️

Food was cold when it come and it was late the chips where from yesterday ,old the pizza wasn’t even cooked was like melted cheese on top of cold bread not good . Infact it was horrible poor standard of food was absolutely not worth buying

Always stunning food for the price from here & piping hot on arrival every time , however I ordered today & our bottle off pop was missing but never had an issue before so can’t fault it , they were probably just supper busy! Excellent place !!!! 100% RECOMMEND :)

Said it before and I’ll say it again, best kebabs you will get in the northeast! Our family’s favourite and would never consider another. The kebab is never greasy, salad always fresh and food is always plentiful and worth the price. Very high quality and the staff are great as well. Would highly recommend to anyone, especially on a match day, great food to pair with a pint.

So I got the carbonara, tasted like an Iceland frozen meal, absolutely not flavour at all. Pizza wasn’t too bad but I don’t think the dough was fully cooked

Such a shame from here, it’s my go to place and I’ve order from here over 50 times. Tonight is the last straw, delivery time is normally not great but waiting over 1 hour and 35 minutes for 2 kebab wraps is shocking. Rang up restaurant for them not to be bothered about the order. Don’t think I will order from here again. Food came freezing cold so straight in the bin.

Ordered from here a few times and it’s been great however last night was awful everything was cold & stale. Was delivered earlier than expected but the food was rank.

Food arrived cold and 50 minutes late! I’ve never had to oven cook a takeaway before. For the price of the meal I would expect it to be at least warm. I myself am a delivery driver and having food arrive near enough an hour late is disgusting. Never ordering from here again!

Absolutely lovely chicken kebab. Tender meat and crisp salad. Massive portion! Pizza was hot with very generous toppings. Friendly delivery driver. Thank you. We will be ordering again very soon.

Waited over 2 hours for this food even though I was 10 mins down the road first time I rang his excuse was that they where busy and then after his excuse was thay the driver was stuck in heavy traffic. Its 9 o'clock in a Sunday evening there is no heavy traffic then. Won't order from here again

Food tasted great and still hot, speedy delivery and friendly driver. Only issue lid wasn't on garlic sauce properly and ended up spilling in the bag.

Food was tasty, got chips when I didn’t ask for them, they weren’t up to much, lots of bread, two pittas and a sort of half wrap beneath the donner meat of which was nice but was sliced very thin, very thinly cut, more like slithers of donner meat than what you’d expect, the bits of extra meat, the lamb was tough as old boots, but the chicken was lovely, I’d suggest being more generous on the meat than the carbs to keep up repeat business. I’ve had more generous potions elsewhere.

The driver knew where my house was but told me I had to walk up the street to meet him and get my food. When the food arrived the chips were soggy and the meat was cut into cold tiny little shred.

I ordered bbq chicken and just got chicken which looked like tikka. My kids wouldn't eat it which is a shame as this is my go to. The Di Mare was nice, my partner enjoyed it.

Arrived late which I’m not too bothered about and I wouldn’t even minded at all had it have been as nice as it usually is. Mixed kebab is our fave from Romeo’s but both lamb and chicken were so over cooked and tough that we couldn’t eat it. I think it had been forgotten about and left under hot lamp until I phoned to ask where our order was. Very disappointed - first time in about 8 years I’ve not enjoyed a takeaway from Romeo.

The food was clay cold . The wraps were soggy even though we ordered the sauce separate to avoid this . The burger was cold and again the bread bun was soggy . Always used Romeo but won’t ever use them again, P4Pizza from now on, much better quality and service

Not one to write reviews often but the service from this place is disgusting. They sent the wrong pizza & ice cream. When this was raised they told me it was Just Eats problem & hung up!!!! The remaining food was cold and tasteless. The only positive thing I can say was that the delivery driver was friendly and pretty much on time. Will never order from here again, first time and last time. Waiting on Just Eat to hopefully resolve.

I live in a second floor flat and my food was left outside the entry door on the pavement. Its stone cold, can tell it had been sat a while. Im not pleased at all and i think the driver could have called me to say he was there.

Consistently high quality, whether it be kebab, burger or pizza, and more often than not good arrives early if not on time. Highly recommended

Took nearly 2 hours from the time of ordering and was only lukewarm. The bbq sauce on the pizza had dried up and gone crusty- had to throw the pizza away. Kebab wasn't bad, tasted good, but was also cold

Nachos were not very nice really.. No cheese sauce or salsa as it states on the menu and bolognaise was just mince mixed with tomato puree so was thick and stodgy Kebab was nice Pizza was OK.

Took almost an hour to arrive. Mushrooms were green and disgusting, hidden under the cheese pizza. Chicken and sweet corn looked like something I had thrown up. How on earth you can make a cheese garlic bread taste so vile i don’t know - I can’t say much for the chips though they were edible. Do not order.

Staff and delivery time good and food not to bad although only warm when arrived and the garlic bread and cheese had no flavour and neither did the kebab pizza really.

pizza was nice, kebab was not so great.. overcooked chicken and qubes of lamb resulted in getting a sore jaw from chewing, but at nearly 30 quid, I was not wasting it.. the donner meat was ok. I won't be ordering again from here..

2 large chicken & dinner kebabs actually turned out to be 2 huge, massive kebabs! So big we ended up just eating one between us… and we were stuffed! I definitely recommend… great quality kebabs for sure!
