Driver went to thornbury not oldland! Normally this place is good but driver cancelled my calls 3 times even though it’s his error. Any other time impressed however I’m starving! Still waiting!

food was ordered at 8pm, didn't show up until nearly 10pm. after numerous calls to the restaurant, where they said it would be 10 minutes every half hour...

Pizzas arrived nice and hot and you could see time was put into making them. A really nice delicious pizza!

Paid for extra prawns, only had one prawn per slice. No garlic sauce. Very disappointing

Food was more than an hour late, had to call the restaurant many times as they were always lying on ETA and then food arrived of course cold.

Good delivery driver. Food quality is well below average. Sauce and toppings on Pizza are stingy. Calzone was just a folded slab of bread, again very stingy on sauce and toppings. Meal deal "big bottle of drink" is a can!

Absolutely banging! Delivery was on time, friendly happy driver, all good items I had were spot on, delicious and hot! Pizza best I’ve had in a long time, will definitely be back again to order!!!

I love this food spot. I fancied a pizza one night and looked for a place with good reviews and found this joint. best pizza I've had in years and they are consistent with it. Burgers are better than your Burger King. I've ordered here 4 times and every time food is spot on and delivery is 15-20 minutes before the stated time. ☆☆☆☆☆

ordered chicken pieces and they didn't have - not only did they replace them with strips (which were delicious) but provided an entire free large pizza! All the food was beautiful, will definitely be ordering again! From the driver to the food it's self, an all around amazing takeaway.

Delivery was delayed which is understandable as the restaurant is busy, but the delivery driver face timing in his car for a while rather than letting us know order is here is strange to say the least. He’d probably be sitting there for longer if we didn’t search.

only my 2nd time here. I got a pepperoni with extras. the test of a pizza joint. not greasy, great cheese stretch, hot on arrival, box delivered upright. perfect. burger is better than BK. This is definitely my new Pizza and burger joint ☆☆☆☆☆

Forgot the drinks. Pizza was weird. Odd choice of tasteless cheese, weird turkey meat substitute pepperoni/ham etc. Chicken burger was good. Huge portion sizes for a reasonable price though.

This place is absolutely unreal! I order via their app for better deals plus I’d rather they had the money over other delivery platforms. The delivery is ALWAYS quick, always friendly & the food is always hot. I dunno what they put in the food but it’s hands down the best pizza this side of Bristol. I’ve never had any safety issues using the app, and would use that or pay cash. Absolute star of area!!

The pizzas are amazing. If you need a break from the usual brands, these are great. The only thing I'd suggest is making sure the base is cooked properly as it feels chewy. Might wanna 'Well done' it whilst ordering. Ordered the second time but forgot to mention that. Otherwise the taste is great and affordable.

The food is good but the service through delivers this last few months has been quite poor.. very late orders and item's missing.. hopefully they can sort it out as food wise they are a player in staple hill...

I'm not one for reviews but I just had to say the food here is top tier, the chips are the best I've had from a take away and the same for the pizza, the dough being hand made is perfect and the whole experience of the veggie pizza was bang on. Highly recommended

We ordered 2 x kebabs and I am sorry to say they were awful just meat no salad I have tried to put in a refund request but haven’t heard anything. We had to buy another takeaway as this one we could not eat!

Was expecting to pay menu price on my pizza order, and vendor offered up the half price offer so I got value for money. On a Saturday night no less. Can't get better service than that, especially when everything is costing so much these days. Friendly and efficient, clean and tidy ambience. Food was quick and tasty

Have ordered from here lots of times- Nice and easy to order and pick up on your way home from the pub. Food is great, lots of value for money. However, went to order online tonight and now they want you to 'register' ie give them your details, address, cards etc. No thanks lads- I'll just go somewhere else now. Such a shame as they were the best takeaway in the area.

Food arrived 30 mins later than given time. Delivery driver did not have change when I handed him a note and tried to walk off. I told him I would go and find the correct money to which he was not happy. Kids meal drink was missing from order. Pizza topping not as ordered although it was lovely. UPDATE Owner apologised and wanted to put things right. Delivered my next order complimentary, delivered by himself too. The food was lovely and he couldn't apologise enough for the previous mistakes. We have since ordered too and food was great again.

Great pizza.. I took advantage of the £8.99 14 inch pizza offer. Very good pizza, crispy base and not soggy at all .like other takeaways. I wouldn’t pay the full price for the pizzas, shame they’re not always a more reasonable price!

Absolutely disgusting pizza. Was dripping with grease and no flavour. Forgot the drinks and ice cream. Rang up and told them I'd not received drinks and ice creamTook them nearly 40 mins to bring them even tho they are only 5 mins up the road.Had no apology. When I opened the bag they still forgot one of the drinks.. I certainly won't be ordering from them again

The only thing I would say is sell sauces separately so you can choose them, also when putting extra sauce in that comes with pizza put that in the bag separately as they were in with the pizza and they burst and someone in my household has a garlic allergy and the sauce went everywhere.

Worst pizza I have ever eaten in my life. Ordered a meat feast. I think an animal may have looked at it, and saw the shocking basic topping of cheese and tomato, and then done a runner. That is how little meat there was on it. Utter rip off. Thankfully we aren't local so we won't ever have to order again.

I ordered a lovely meal for myself at 1130pm, thinking it should be hear in good time. Well 3-4phone calls later and the food finally arrived at 1am… safe to say it was now cold and sad. The taste was still there but wouldve liked to got a fresh meal for the money i paid.

First time visiting as usual shop has stopped doing kebabs. Ordered 2 XL kebabs snd 2 chips. Kebabs were massive! Food was excellent and staff were very friendly. Pizza menu looks great too. Highly recommended. My new go to takeaway EDIT Have reduced overall rating to 3 stars as menu states free delivery within 3 miles and yet they have charged for delivery and also added a service charge. Food still 5 stars
