Food arrived 30 mins later than given time. Delivery driver did not have change when I handed him a note and tried to walk off. I told him I would go and find the correct money to which he was not happy. Kids meal drink was missing from order. Pizza topping not as ordered although it was lovely.

First time visiting as usual shop has stopped doing kebabs. Ordered 2 XL kebabs snd 2 chips. Kebabs were massive! Food was excellent and staff were very friendly. Pizza menu looks great too. Highly recommended. My new go to takeaway EDIT Have reduced overall rating to 3 stars as menu states free delivery within 3 miles and yet they have charged for delivery and also added a service charge. Food still 5 stars

This is the go-to spot in Bristol for the best tasting, high-quality pizza. It's the only takeaway I know of that uses fresh sourdough for all their pizzas, made right in front of you. The staff are always friendly. The best part is the buy 1 pizza, get 1 free offer on Sunday-Thursday, possibly the best deal in all of Bristol. There's really nothing to fault about this place. Great owners and management.

Quick delivery, great quality food, pizza was really nice, burger was big and tasty, and the chips were not greasy at all. Only small thing is I ordered a Coke zero and got diet Coke which I don't like, but not a big deal.

Maybe there's a trick or art to eating the pizzas from this establishment. To be fair the flavour and ingredient quality was ok. The base was crispy. But all of the toppings came off of what must be an impenetrable base thus eating the pizza as eating a pizza should be was impossible. Yet more takeaway tut. How sad.

I’ve just ordered from this place (23/06/23) from ordering this food it’s the best place I’ve ordered from 10/10 the owner is amazing and super friendly and when he delivered it he showed me that it’s cheaper from his website… and gave us a free pizza because we spent over £30 will order from here from now on!

UPDATE The new owners contacted me after reading this review. They were extreamly polite and apologetic for the way things were previously handled. They sent us a complimentary pizza alongside one I ordered. It was hand delivered by the owners son who again was very apologetic to my partner. The pizza was wonderful. By far the best we have had and NO tummy upset. I would recommend and will be ordering again. Thank you My Partner and I both had terrible stomach upset after eating here. We phoned to notify them to which they hung up. We called again, they hung up. I tried to call 4 more times to which they answered and just left the phone hanging. Shocking. They refused to speak or acknowledge us, not even an apology. Avoid at all costs.

Best takeaway pizza I’ve ever had

i’ve been going to other place like newport and london and i went bristol and this is so far the best pizza i’ve ever tried, it’s so fresh and clean and the staff are very friendly, good price, and the food is not greasy

This was our first time using Aplus pizza, we ordered two pizzas and a side, being a Friday night was expecting a long wait for delivery, but it was delivered early and on opening we were impressed with the look and smell of our pizzas and the taste was amazing, we had many a pizza over the years, but these were great and we will be ordering again very soon. Definitely would a try folks.

A few hours After eating the Beef gourmet burger I had terrible food poisoning that had put me out of work for three days still suffering today Very disappointed

For the only pizza place open on New Years it was pretty good for what we ordered however opening the pizza box was a big disappointment

Probably the best takeaway pizza I've ever eaten and I have spent time in Italy but this place is so good. The premises are exceptionally clean and staff are really friendly not to mention as tasty as the food. Prices seem too cheap for the level of service and food served. Highly recommend this establishment.
