Best fried chicken in Bristol!!!! The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy and tender on the inside, and making every bite absolutely delicious. The place itself has a cozy and welcoming vibe, perfect for a quick bite or a casual meal. The staff were friendly and efficient, ensuring a great dining experience from start to finish.

Well… Where do i begin… Time: horrorfying. Chips : Vile. Don’t even get me started on the chicken, or should i say pepper-coated rubber. Absolutely horrendous experience, would recommend 👍

5 wings missing, every time these guys miss things in my order. Why not cross off what you’ve added to the bag?

love chicken mews. they're one of the only places around that stay consistently good. it's very rare that we have any dry chicken etc. best wings, strips and burgers this side of Bristol. Please don't ever close or change 🤣❤️

Do not order their hot flavoured grilled chicken in any format, it has given me food poisoning and I have fallen ill unfortunately due to this.

Unfortunately I am having to leave a negative review. The driver was over an hour late and kept making different excuses to why he was late, some of the food was missing and came with spillages. Bad experience!

I posted a review here 39 weeks ago, and as an update, I am still impressed every time I eat here. It continues to be clean and consistent. I have never been let down by the selection and quality of the food here. A winner 🏆over and over.

ordered lemon and herb wings they were really sweet no lemon taste at all burger was really dry, drinks were cold atleast.

We have been frequent customers and the quality of food has always been good but this time our order for the tower box was missing the wings. When the restaurant was contacted they could not do anything to ameliorate the situation such as a delivering the missing items/offer a partial refund.

Accidently put the wrong address so them messaged the courier to ask to go to new address which he said okay too but then turned up at the old address still around 15 minutes after the original arrival time

Absolutely fantastic hot wings, no complaints at all. The Strip meal was very weak though, far from the best chicken strips I’ve ever had, the chips were fine though. The sauces are all 50p extra, I’m not sure they can legally refer to their burger sauce as such because it bore no resemblance to the real stuff. Worth a visit for the wings though, they were fantastic.

burger meal was wasted as asked for bbq sauce & mayo was put on burger. asked for tango ORANGE yet apple tango was delivered.. All in all the meal delivered was not what was ORDERED

i am unfortunately their most popular buyer i fear! i am in this place like 4 times a week i love it soooo much! their fries are a MUST get but they do go soggy quite quick! my regular usually changes between spicy wings and the steak burger! they’re both amazingggg and you are a bbq fan the bbq wings HIT HARDDD so yep x

When the food came it was to was so spicy the kids couldn’t eat so I had to buy more

This place is actually decent the only thing that lets them down is the chips. they literally ruin your meal! once they are improved nothing to complain about.

Get chicken mews all the time as we love it so much. But we noticed last time the mayo has changed on the chicken burgers and its not as nice as it was before. Which is a shame because I only really order for the burgers. If its not the mayo, then something has changed in the burger.

Most if the food was good, chips were already lukewarm by the time it arrived though so that sucked a bit as meant cold chips very quickly.

My taste buds went on a wild ride. While the peri peri chips weren't a letdown in the traditional sense, they were unexpectedly soft instead of the anticipated crispiness. However, the mixed chilli and mayo combo added a zesty kick that helped elevate the overall experience. As for the main event, the chicken was a bit of a letdown, a bit dry for my liking, and those wings? They were as bland as a beige wall. But hey, credit where it's due, the service was lightning fast, and the place was cleaner than my nan's kitchen. Chicken Mews might not be hitting all the high notes, but it's still a decent spot for a fried chicken fix. Just be prepared for a bit of a flavour rollercoaster.

I’ve been ordering from Mews since 2021, sometimes weekly. Honestly never disappointed, definitely the best Chicken filet burger meals in Bristol. The peri salted fries are so amazing. 10/10, honestly should be 5 stars.

Everytime I come here they always forget the coleslaw!!! Read the Receipt for god sake staff are useless here, I rang and complained and the staff hangs up. Unprofessional

The best food we have ordered in a very long time.Chicken was much better than kfc. Fries and chicken were not salty like other outlets and my fussy son loved his burger. Delivery was on time with the food tasting fresh and hot.Definitely recommend this place to others looking for good quality food.

Very tasty and juicy peri peri chicken. Arrived hot and on time. The amount of the chips is reasonable. Adding more sides to the menu (pasta/rice) can improve the value of the menu. Generally I recommend chicken Mews

I spent £40 and all I asked for is 4 wings to be covered in bbq sauce and they didn’t. No option to buy it etc. most Stores look at the delivery notes and go the extra mile when it’s big order Seems this place doesn’t like to. Won’t using again.

Regularly order from Chicken Mews, food always turns up earlier than estimated on normals days and turns up on time on busier days like weekends. Food is always hot, tastes damn good and is my favourite place for chicken currently.

Awful customer service they missed off 1 meal off of my order and when I rang they asked me to make another small order so they could deliver it, that’s ridiculous as I’ve already done a order. They then rang back asking if it could be collected and I said it couldn’t so they said they’d have to refund it. Not much use when everyone else is say eating but 1 person has to sit and eat nothing. Will not be using again!!

We order from here twice a month it is always perfect.The chicken is gorgeous and the strips are lush.

This is THE BEST fried chicken EVER, the food is outstanding, the southern fried chicken batter is soo crispy. I wont go anywhere else to get my chicken. Everyones really friendly, the foods always ready to collect on time. You get good portion sizes and today we got an extra 6 spicy wings for free.
