'Gourmet'burger is definitely not gourmet! tiny bag of chips and all cold. Disappointing as Mews are normally excellent

Best fried chicken in Bristol. Only reason it's getting a 4 star is due to the piri piri chips not being crispy. Minor nitpick but other than that it's banging.

Chicken was Excellent and Delicious as ever. Delivery was prompt and courteous. Likely won't get the very standard Onion Rings again at 50p each however, but otherwise Top Marks x

Get chicken mews all the time as we love it so much. But we noticed last time the mayo has changed on the chicken burgers and its not as nice as it was before. Which is a shame because I only really order for the burgers. If its not the mayo, then something has changed in the burger.

Most if the food was good, chips were already lukewarm by the time it arrived though so that sucked a bit as meant cold chips very quickly.

My taste buds went on a wild ride. While the peri peri chips weren't a letdown in the traditional sense, they were unexpectedly soft instead of the anticipated crispiness. However, the mixed chilli and mayo combo added a zesty kick that helped elevate the overall experience. As for the main event, the chicken was a bit of a letdown, a bit dry for my liking, and those wings? They were as bland as a beige wall. But hey, credit where it's due, the service was lightning fast, and the place was cleaner than my nan's kitchen. Chicken Mews might not be hitting all the high notes, but it's still a decent spot for a fried chicken fix. Just be prepared for a bit of a flavour rollercoaster.

I’ve been ordering from Mews since 2021, sometimes weekly. Honestly never disappointed, definitely the best Chicken filet burger meals in Bristol. The peri salted fries are so amazing. 10/10, honestly should be 5 stars.

Everytime I come here they always forget the coleslaw!!! Read the Receipt for god sake staff are useless here, I rang and complained and the staff hangs up. Unprofessional

The best food we have ordered in a very long time.Chicken was much better than kfc. Fries and chicken were not salty like other outlets and my fussy son loved his burger. Delivery was on time with the food tasting fresh and hot.Definitely recommend this place to others looking for good quality food.

Very tasty and juicy peri peri chicken. Arrived hot and on time. The amount of the chips is reasonable. Adding more sides to the menu (pasta/rice) can improve the value of the menu. Generally I recommend chicken Mews

I spent £40 and all I asked for is 4 wings to be covered in bbq sauce and they didn’t. No option to buy it etc. most Stores look at the delivery notes and go the extra mile when it’s big order Seems this place doesn’t like to. Won’t using again.

Regularly order from Chicken Mews, food always turns up earlier than estimated on normals days and turns up on time on busier days like weekends. Food is always hot, tastes damn good and is my favourite place for chicken currently.

Awful customer service they missed off 1 meal off of my order and when I rang they asked me to make another small order so they could deliver it, that’s ridiculous as I’ve already done a order. They then rang back asking if it could be collected and I said it couldn’t so they said they’d have to refund it. Not much use when everyone else is say eating but 1 person has to sit and eat nothing. Will not be using again!!

This is THE BEST fried chicken EVER, the food is outstanding, the southern fried chicken batter is soo crispy. I wont go anywhere else to get my chicken. Everyones really friendly, the foods always ready to collect on time. You get good portion sizes and today we got an extra 6 spicy wings for free.

Ordered 3 mini burgers, 1 BBQ fillet box with rio and colesaw..they only deivered 2 mini burgers and BBQ box without coleslaw or drink! Called these guys to I say what was missing..response was he did order himself..must be delivery person..not his issue..we should contact Justeat! Appalling customer service..in all my years using Just eat no one ever has provided such poor service..instead of calling the delivery person to sort it..

Food is always fresh and consistent. I have been going here quiet a bit and deserves the 5 stars. Staff and friendly, really good chicken. The chips are best eaten fresh, lovely in fact when so. They don't seem to travel too well. Good takeaway reasonably priced!

Delivery driver did not read delivery instructions on the receipt. He sent me text messages asking for the postcode from a bus stop 100m from my house and the postcode on the receipt.

Perfect, just perfect. Great tasting food, great prices and quick delivery. I ordered it to be delivered asap, they said it would be here in 30 minutes minimum and it arrived in 25 with a friendly driver. They give detailed updates on the driver's location unlike other restaurants on just eat and I only paid £1.50 in fees. I will be sure to order from here again.

I have ordered chicken wrap meal loads of time the last 2 times the chicken has been spicy I am not sure why but each time I could not each it, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again asking for no spice or onions in the wrap, again when it came it was no spicy to eat, again I could not eat it and I will not be ordering from them again, not to sure what they have changed but change it back, I liked the old way.
