The food was late and didn’t even have some of the order inside it I am truly disappointed and would like a refund

The samosas were way over priced for what two small triangles that you get. The Onion Bahjis were great and the Pashwari Nann was one of the best I had in a long time.

Some of the nan was not cooked properly and the lamb balti had hardly any lamb and i got charged £10 for onion and tomato with tiny bit of lamb. I want a refund

The food was pretty disgusting. The veg curry was frozen mixed veg (peas,sweet corn, diced carrots) in what tasted pike a spicy gravy. None of it tasted like anything that had any relationship to India.

In fairness my husband enjoyed his chicken jalfrezi but he says not very subtle. Just intense chilli heat where other flavours are completely lost. I love the garlic chicken however the chicken was really tough. I ended up just having sauce and rice.

It was ordered for delivery at 7.30pm for a reason, it was with me at 6.45.

Food arrived warm, this is located 5 mins from my address, nan bread forgotten, meats poorly cooked. Really appalled at service and food quality and taste.

Delivered very early. Not all people were there to eat .... cold food. Samosas under cooked. Korma was curdelling

The takeaway arrived 30 mins early despite us booking a later delivery which meant we were not home when it arrived. The poppadoms tasted like they had been cooked on a burnt grill and the onion bahjis were dripping in oil. All round a really disappointing meal.

Paid £40 and the food is absolutely awful I had to throw it in the bin, asked for mango chutney and mince sauce and it didnt come with my order when I paid so much for it. Never ordering again.

Nice food and on time but instead of delivering to my door , the man txt me to collect it from his car downstairs , i live on the 3rd floor and both my children were asleep . I thought this was quite bad service

The naan bread was over cooked, dry and hard. The curry didn’t taste freshly made.

The order was 25 minutes late and no sign of the onion salad just half a pot of mint sauce. I called the restaurant and was told that the onion salad was a misprint and doesn't exist! They're quite happy to leave it there and charge you for it. Mint sauce should always be served with tandoori dishes and not a pay extra item. The patronising rude person on the end of the phone then repeated multiple times that the line was faulty and he couldn't hear me so I said that if he was unable to hear me then he could read my comments in the morning. We won't be ordering again.

Have a cheek to charge deliver, no matter what your bill price is but dont even bring it to your door. So why do we need to pay a £2 delivery charge on any order

You need to make more exceptions to drop delivery to front door regardless weather I live in a block I have very younger kids and babies I cannot be coming downstairs to receive my paid order and leave children in the house much thought needs to be considered here

Food arrived 45 mins after estimated delivery and was warm. Quality of food was just ok. Delivery man was very nice, but unfortunately food wasn’t worth the price or the wait.

Refused refund for missing item. So spent an hour getting it back via just eat. Disappointing service, I have ordered lots on the past and never had an issue until today. Although orders are always very late the food is good, just a shame about the customer service.

Food was amazing delivery guy was friendly my only issue was they forgot my salad and mint sauce but no reAson to mark down really enjoyed the food.

Food was very tasty but the curries were very oily. Which was disappointing. Peshwari was well flavoured but overcooked and so 'crispy'. Puri was lovely and samosas were too. All in all food was great and would order again but the overcooked naan and excessive oil was a shame.

Delivery was 45 mins later than given time. Called restaurant twice. First time they said driver was en route but stuck in traffic. I checked google maps and traffic was clear. Called back 10 mins later and they said same thing, but when I asked when the driver left they said ‘10 mins ago’ - i.e. when I had called the first time!!!

Lamb Bhuma far to salty and vegetables in the vegi curry from frozen packet, were still hard. Not impressed

Waited far too long for this food, this is a takeaway situated 5 mins down the road and they couldn’t make the food within and hour and deliver it? They told me they were unsure of what university to deliver too even though I had clearly told them. When the food was late I rang up and they said 5 mins it will be with you. Half an hour later the food got here. Food wasn’t that warm. Would of been a better review If delivery and communication of the takeaway was better. Food was of okay quality but small portion for a curry.

Food was good. Don't believe the claim that they'll deliver to your door. We had to go to the bottom of our apartment building to collect our food which wouldn't be an issue but the driver tried to claim that this was declared on the website. A claim that is completely untrue. The website clearly says door to door delivery.

Hate leaving bad reviews but no phone call to let me know when the food would be arriving, rang half hour after estimated delivery and was told it would be with me in 15 minutes yet arrived another half hour later. Over an hour late at this point, no apology or discount for the inconvenience, person I spoke to on the phone couldn't wait to hang up and while food quality was okay it was quite cold. Bit disappointed as I used to love ordering from here.

Food came on time and pipping hot. Standard prawns are tiny and feel a but lonely in a lot of of sauce. The king prawns look more like normal prawns. Taste is good but flavours limited and lack distinction (it's sweet or its spicy)

Nann bread was burnt, Puri was soft and soggy, curry was nice but a bit lacking in meat.

The food was cold by the time it reached me as it was 20 minutes over its expected arrival time, and not to mention the food was drippingggg in oil. The coconut rice was definitely not the best i’ve had either. The vegetable somosas were okay i guess.

While the main food was okay, the bread was burnt and the delivery was very late. After calling to ask where our order was, we were told it would be another 20 minutes, but it ended up being another 40 minutes. Sad as this was the first time we were ordering from here and probably won't next time.

This restaurant has had issues in the past (>7yrs ago) with drivers being assaulted and still does not actually delivery to our flat door (we’re in a tower block). I had to call and chase my order, where this situation above was explained. I asked the restaurant to still deliver to our door as we have small children that couldn’t be left alone, which they did. not much point for us order takeaway for home delivery if it’s not actually delivered to our door.
