My first time here. I was very pleased with the amount of vegan options on the menu, however, slightly disappointed there was no vegan carrot cake available ☹️ You can scan a qr code and order online from your table, which is what I did - no hassles and a very speedy service. The food was delicious and plentiful. I opted for bang bang cauliflower with a side of fries and chocolate and raspberry torte for dessert. The staff were very pleasant and I liked the warm ambience of the place. If I'm ever in Aylesbury again, I will definitely call in.

Overall it is a nice place with plenty of room. Unfortunately the staff are not very useful, I have been quite a few times over the past year and every time they have messed up my order and didn't correct it.

Excellent service and excellent food quality, food cooked as requested. Never fails to impress. Had a lovely breakfast this morning and request of my personal choice of the egg and bacon cooking was on the nail. As usual, topnotch service.

Tapas was good value for money except the Quesadillas …. I don’t understand what happened there. We were given to tiny pieces for £4.95!!! Cocktails were ok ..reallllly sweet so walk with your diabetic medication.

We came here for a pre theatre meal. As with all of the Lounges, there's a good menu that caters to most incudi vegetarians and vegans. The staff were really friendly and helpful despite being busy. Prices are competitive, and portion sizes are good. The food was hot and well cooked. There's quite a few tables, but it does get full at weekends.

We had a great experience here yesterday. We ordered at the bar and the service was quick. Staff were really friendly, and Harry and Layla made us feel really welcome. Thanks for a lovely evening ☺️

Overall the place is nice and spacious. The staff are friendly and helpful. However the food wasn’t great at all unfortunately. I don’t like leaving poor reviews but in this instance I had to. The steak was very chewy and fries weren’t great neither. A good pint though so maybe a good location for a drink or two. Hopefully the kitchen staff can improve cause this place has plenty of potential.

Very pleasantly surprised with the food, service and vibe here. We first went into zizzis but the manager on the door was so cold and inhospitable we literally said forget it. So looked at the rococo and just said let’s go for it. It was our first time visiting. We got tapas and a main each as well as some drinks and hubby got dessert. Can’t fault any of it which is good considering the amount of different dishes we ended up having. Staff very pleasant and the manager on shift was very engaging and hospitable. To our surprise there was a quiz night about to start, the manager was great at including us and making us feel welcomed. Never had a quiz night at a restaurant before but it was such good fun! Tempted to return next week. Thank you for giving us a great experience.

We went to celebrate our ... years wedding anniversary and will be looking for another place to redo it because there was something WOW! missing...for me. However, The atmosphere and service 👌 I would go back for. I found the place clean, children, and animal friendly, not to mention the multiple sitting options. The service was quick, and the staff were polite and professional. On the menu, The menu was colourful and enticing... could do with pics though 🤔 hmm maybe not... best leave it as it is. Drinks 🍸 🍹 were awesome, in my opinion, especially the non alcoholic range (I don't drink). Try that citric lemony drink with a Yuzu... you'll try it again... and again... and ... get it? The Caribbean chicken curry tasted like chicken washed in some river waters flowing with donkey's urine, and that was it on the flavour... or lack of. I couldn't even taste the coconut 😪 I didn't think it was fair to ask for my money back because I had not inquired how it was. The good waiter had done his job, and well. However, the slow cooked brisket is worth going back for. The only other place I had ever tasted bovine meat fibres going so mellow with other ingredients was... er... never... Nan bread... could do with less salt 🧂 i think i should have the power to salt or not to salt🤔 The kids' menu of fish 🐟 fingers, peas 🫛 and fries 🍟 is a hit with kids, so no complaints. Those churros... less sugar, please 🙏 doesn't matter what the recipe book says.

I have been to many lounges across the UK, and have enjoyed the relatively consistent meals. Unfortunately, the Aylesbury location was substandard, and disappointing overall. My biggest gripe was the food. The burger arrived without ANY sauce, and had to be exchanged. There were two other tables who sent back their burgers due to a lack of sauce (I inquired). The meat was also far too overcooked, and too tough to finish. The fries were undersalted, and the edamame dip was lacklustre (how is this possible)? The bang bang cauliflower was also… damp. Just not well cooked at all. The best part of the meal was the chicken wings - at least those were good. Not great, but good. For reference, I’ve had the same dish at the lounge in Monmouth and Abergavenny, and those were made far better. If small towns in Wales can cook a meal better than a town within driving distance to London… Sad. Overall, avoid this Lounge location if you don’t enjoy disappointment. Unless you like your food under salted and suspiciously moist, perhaps give a different restaurant a try.

Great laid back vibe in a good location. The staff are friendly and polite. Good menu with a variety of different choices especially compared to other restaurants in the area. There’s ample seating with tables well spaced. The sofas seem old and well used and therefore not the most comfortable to sit on. The tables feel like there’s some kind of sticky feel to them like the cleaning products leave some kind of residue. There is often previous customers’ leftover plates and glasses still on the tables. In the corner of the restaurant are children’s games and colouring sheets and none of it is put away, so this area is always a mess. Despite this they do have good food and their ordering process is quick and easy due to the use of a qr code.

Great place for Gluten Intolerance people. Dogs are also allowed in the dinning area. This is my little heaven. My kid also enjoys the food and always keeps asking when we will go to the Lounge.

Food was perfect and didn't have to wait long for our breakfast.

We tend to eat here every few months after the cinema. This time it was a bit disappointing. We had the Caribbean chicken curry and the chicken, bacon and avocado burger. The curry was very dry and didn't have enough sauce. The burger was OK apart from the avocado, most of which was completely unripe and inedible. We'll probably not go back for a while.

Went Friday evening and it was really awful, service was non existent and even trying to order at the counter was difficult as the servers didn’t know how to take the order. Apparently I couldn’t order an appetiser so I just ordered everything together but when they served us the tapas came out first and the other meals came out 20 minutes later. This was after waiting 20 minutes. Went to the bar for a glass of wine and was told that the bar was shut down for 10 minutes to catch up with the drinks. No manager was on duty just a supervisor who was not helpful. Honestly it was a complete nightmare and would not recommend eating there . Food was not great either steaks came out cold and we finally had enough . Got a full refund but ruined the whole night. Should train your staff better. They were walking around with our food going to every table asking if the food was there’s.

Popped in here after a theatre trip just a 2 minute walk away through the car park. We just had a few drinks, cocktails and mocktails, all good. We enjoyed our short visit and would return. Maybe order food next time.

Awful. Avoid. Charged 4 pounds for 3 tiny onion rings which didn’t arrive until after we had finished food. A side order should come on the side without requiring to re ask twice. No refund either. You will be ripped off here

It was lovely, and beautiful surroundings too, the way it was decorated was very unusual and unique, it was fascinating.

Arrived in Aylesbury after a very long drive in need of refreshment. Lots of choice, nice atmosphere (drinkers and diners) and prompt, friendly service. Chose several tapas to share and all were tasty and well-cooked. Very happy to have found Rococo Lounge as our hotel was pretty dire!

Great tasting food as usual, a little over priced as 3 breakfasts came to £49 including a cold drink each.

Really good place for lunch or pre-cinema food. Quick service, great vegan and gluten free selection. Basically a really decent cafe.

Aylesbury lounge is very well located and in the tradition of this chain offer fine food and drinks.

Bland food - not seasoned well, some parts of the burger like the caramelised onion was ok but the bun wasn't toasted and the flavours were underwhelming for the price

Solid Lounge restaurant example. Reliable for casual atmosphere, quality food and quick service. I come often for different occasions, and haven't ever been disappointed.

Ordered 2 x buttermilk chicken and a burger, buttermilk chicken was burnt and so dry they were unedible. Burger was also dry. I understand now why the place was quiet for a bank holiday, use to always be busy, but not anymore. Over priced fir the standard of gpid being served, won't be returning

Great food. Very busy but we didn’t have to wait too long. Could either order and pay at the bar or scan the QR code on the tables. A good system to save waiting to be served then waiting again for the bill. It was quite noisy as it’s all hard surfaces and high ceilings. Right in the centre of Aylesbury. So handy for the shops etc.

This is a great addition to Aylesbury. Firmly rooted for a few years now, it clearly has a number of returning customers. The food is good quality and there is a lot to choose from. The high ceilings and quirky decor make for a great location for friends, family & lone diners alike. The staff are friendly & helpful and the food is not too pricey. It's always fairly busy/buzzing but I've never had an issue getting a table.

Went with a group of friends for dinner. It was a weekday evening so reasonable quiet. First complaint: I really dislike the modern thing of getting people to order from their phone. This might be fine for getting drinks, but for food, there's little worse than having some people finished before other's have been served. This used to be a skill for kitchens; getting a table's dishes all out at the same time. Second complaint: My partner has an intolerance to spice. We know this can be an issue so we asked up front what they could serve and they said they could do a steak. 10 minutes pass and she comes over to explain that the steaks are pre-marinated. They can do a chicken salad though. 10 more minutes pass and she comes back to explain that the bacon gets cooked on something that has chilli contamination. ok, so no bacon. Finally, she comes back again to explain that actually, they can't guarantee that the chicken won't be contaminated either so the best they can do is a salad with some cheese. My partner ended up hungry and left to get McDonalds. I understand that my partners dietary requirements can be difficult, but we've seen a very wide range of quality of handling it. Some restaurants are spot on. They have competent chefs who can think on their feet and go out of their way to provide a tasty meal without the crutch of spicing everything. What we got at Rococo was what appeared to be a chef too lazy to clean down a frying pan. I could almost understand if it was heaving that night, but as I said, it was quiet. Also, side note to any chefs out there: Salad does not need to consist of tomato, cucumber and a ton of lettuce. Be a little more creative.

I had the shaksuka with friends wed delicious, then sat i had the coconut king prawn noodle bowl and tapas to start, amazing the noodle dish was so refreshing, very happy customers. Compliments to the chef and all the staff are friendly :)

Terrible experience this evening. My wife and two boys come here most mornings, afternoons. Tonight, we visited in the evening, for the first and last time. One of my friends children's vomited on the floor. We had to beg for help, only to be handed some blue roll by a gentleman who did not say a word and left us to clear it up. We ended up going on all fours clearing the mess, which I appreciate was down to us, but some common courtesy to help us would have been great. We ended up pouring hand sanisitiser on the floor to help clear and disinfect the mess. Did the staff do anything at all? NO! I appreciate there was only three members of staff, but this was just poor service. None of our plates were cleared as we were about to order deserts, it just ended up becoming a bomb site. We ordered cocktails which tasted terrible, none of the guests finished theirs as we were all dissapointed. Overall, extremely poor and won't be returning anytime soon.

If you want underseasoned, overcooked yet soggy food, a poorly assembled aesthetic that has as much do with the rococo movement as Adidas trainers and a price that would bring a tear to your eye than this place is perfect. The servers in their personal clothing, mismatched seating and screaming children perfectly embody the spirit of "mid". Three stars because our server was nice.

Went to Rococo Lounge for the 1st time and shared 2 x Tapas platters with my friend. Absolutely delicious !! Could maybe do with a little more pitta bread to go with the dips. Overall, fantastic food, lovely chilled ambience and would visit again.

I ordered a hot chocolate and it was absolutely horrendous! It tasted as though it had been made with awful tasteless semi-skimmed ‘milk’ - and they seemed to have forgotten to add the chocolate! Why on earth do you still use dreadful watered-down semi-skimmed ‘milk’ in 2024 when the general population is switching back to proper whole milk? We now know that saturated fat isn’t a problem! Definitely one to avoid!

This is one of my favourite places to eat in Aylesbury and we probably go every 3-4 weeks for breakfast or lunch. I’ve never had a bad meal, the food is great. Really nice friendly atmosphere. Great with kids as they provide crayons and games etc. Easy ordering and paying with QR code.

Went for bacon sandwiches as breakfast for Aylesbury Wombles meeting. Breakfast and coffee first class and service was excellent.

Beautiful open plan venue with a homey feel, barely two minutes walk from the theatre. The food is simple and delicious, portion sizes generous, vegan and gluten free options aplenty, and the staff were absolutely lovely from start to finish. Not too crowded even for a Sunday evening. I went with the vegan burger (absolutely delicious, well balanced, not too pricey, and arrived quickly), my sibling had a tapas spread, and my mum had a lounge burger. Came for a show at the theatre, might come back just for the food! (Their coffee is great too!)

The atmosphere is always relaxing and it's a great place to go if you have a dog too.

Visited on a quiet Wednesday evening, less than half the tables taken. Tried ordering a drink from the bar to take back to my table, was told it would be at least 20 minutes before he could pull a pint as he had drinks orders for tables that had ordered food. Should perhaps have more than one employee over 18 when you’re running a bar restaurant?

Today me and my brother in law went to Rococo to have some lunch, I had the tapas such Meatball Mariana, Fried Chicken Wings and Salt and Pepper Squid, while the my brother in law had Honey Whipped Feta, Salt and Pepper Squid, Mezze Grain Bowl and the Bang Bang Fried Cauliflower, it was absolutely delicious, the service was really good. Highly Recommend It

Been coming here since it opened, I don’t know what’s changed but this last year there’s been a massive improvement in service. Becoming quite the regular now, service, food are great and the prices are very reasonable. Very cozy atmosphere with kind welcoming staff.

Rococco Aylesbury is a great place to go and relax, eat, drink and watch the world go by. We are regulars there and will often just pop up with our dog on a weekend to play games/ have coffee/ wine. The staff are amazing and what makes this venue so welcoming and comforting. At times they are rushed off their feet but never have we found this to affect the friendliness of the staff. It may not be bells and whistles but it’s a reliable, safe, family, dog friendly place to go and chill. Thankyou to all the staff for being so great.

Have found the service industry here in the UK generally lacking but have to say today's experience at Rococo Lounge was outstanding! Well done to all the staff who dealt with us this morning. Food and drinks were both served very quickly, so would definitely recommend your restaurant!

Fantasic, yummy food, great service. Also brilliant if you have allergies or intolerances - you're not missing out on anything if you eat here. Took a part of 7 14-year-olds and they all loved it. Thank you.

Superb service, great selection (especially gluten free and dairy free) and tasty food. One of the teenagers in my group said that he ate the best chicken wings he'd every eaten, so he got up and thanked the manager! My eldest son was also bowled over by being able to eat gluten and dairy free food and to have such a great selection. Good atmosphere, extremely helpful staff that couldn't do enough. Lovely place. Been meaning to go for a while but finally managed it. Had Shakshuka and veggie big breakfast and it was great. Variations on all day brunch with something for everyone.
