Rochester Grill in Medway

Would NOT recommend! Took an hour and a half to get the delivery! Food was obviously stone cold. When calling the shop they had no idea where the driver was and how long they were going to be! Food only arrived because I called back 2/3 times

Really rude waited 2 hours for delivery to get told wait we busy bees 20 minutes do you want to cancel i said no rang 20 minutes later he said just cooking so I cancel he hang up on me twice please don't order from here

Ordered just a chicken wrap. No salad no sauce. Couldn’t be more simple. Took over 2 hours to arrive after ringing every time telling me it’s on the way and turned up stone cold and completely wrong. When ringing to sort this out was given “what do you expect me to do” avoid this place. Food below average

Due to the service, customer dealings and unfair pricing wanted to give zero star but no option for that . Rubbish people, rubbish customer dealings. Should not be existing.

We placed an order via their website, and after 20 minutes, it was still stuck on “waiting for confirmation from the restaurant” despite payment already being taken. When I called to ask about the status, they claimed they couldn’t find the order and asked me to wait another 5-10 minutes, hoping it would go through. After the time passed and nothing changed, I called again and was met with a rude response, simply saying “no mate” before hanging up. Just as I was about to order elsewhere, the order was finally accepted. After the confirmation, it took another hour and a half for the food to arrive. Unfortunately, the food was average at best, definitely not worth the long wait or hassle. I won’t be ordering from Rochester Grill again.

Ask for home delivery, not even a 10 mins walk... took over half hr. My partner asks for mixed meat and chips, and got chicken meat and chips. I ask for small meat feast pizza and got given burnt pizza. You can not even see the cheese, it's more black than anything.... I fancied a pizza and have barely ate today and forced myself 3 slices and now feel sick. Will not be returning unfortunately.

Went after one years gap and found out their is new management but food was still amazing as always.

New management and Rahman Ali has great customer service. He gave me discount 10%.

The food is always absolutely banging would say it’s the best kebab I’ve had in Medway. Always order from them and never had an issue food is always fast and hot and the staff are lovely family owned business. Very polite :) keep up the good food, reasonably priced too for what you get

I ordered a takeaway and the driver said that he was going to park as I was on my way home so I was 2 minutes away so I went to find where he had parked only to then notice he left so I rang them and they said they would tell the driver to bring me my food, so I waited for about half an hour and it still never turned up so I rang them again and they said they would tell the driver so obviously they didn't bother so I went to a better kebab shop which is also cheaper

I order from Delivero, the food is ok , delivered on time but no fork,no tissue, no lemon for the lamb meat..... even if you order to deliver that don't mean you have everything, maybe you are in b&b or hotel.

Food always nice and hot. Also they do tell you 35 mins for your delivery but 8 times out of 10 its only been 20 mins

They seriously need to do something with their partnership with Uber Eats and drivers who do not deliver all items in the order. Total disappointment!

Great takeaway. Food quality is spot on. Parking can be a pain specially at busy times of day but there is a couple of small car parks just around the corner.

Thank you so much for our meal oh my gosh it was absolutely fantastic, so so tasty. Equally fantastic was the people who served us what a lovely welcoming couple defo 5 stars all round and we will back.

Went to order a large kebab and considering it cost almost £10 I got a small serving of cold and greasy meat on a non toasted pitta bread will not be going back

We have been ordering from here for years, but the quality of the food has gone downhill over the last few months now time to find a new kebab house :/

Rude and arrogant bunch, they can't speak English properly and because they couldn't understand my question they dropped the phone. You must be well off and don't need the money why you treat people the way you treat each other in your country. This would be my 5th time eating food here but after todays behaviour, I will no longer spending my money with you all. Rude and arrogant bunch. Update: So after a bit of convincing from someone I know, I went back to Rochester Grill, this time in person. Bought kids chrcken nuggets meal, donar kebab for the wife and chicken shish wrap for myself with fries and onion ringbon the side. The woman was polite, the two men were rude. One actually locked his finger to pick up a paper to wrap the fries. After going home on the Thursday evening to eat, Friday morning my 4 year old woke up with diarrhoea, follows by my two 3 and 2 year old them my wife. The NHS 111 said the symptoms appeared to be food poisoning. I should have stuck to me guns and not go back there.

Bad food (pizza ingredients were quite bad), bad service, cash only and no receipt (of course). I don't recommend it.

Yesterday after being at work for 13 hours we chose Finsbury Grill to have dinner. £18 we spent which almost all ended up in the bin. The meat tasted like it was a couple of days old. I was so disappointed I wish I could have stopped the card payment. Avoid this place unless you like to throw your money away

Delivered an hour and twenty minutes after ordering, was stone cold and the meat (we ordered the mixed kebab) was like chewing on a tyre. Ordered through just eat but won't ever be ordering from this place again. All the bad reviews are not wrong!

I very rarely buy a kebab but when I do I really look forward to it. I have been a customer purchased here before and it's normally been very good. But this time round I was very disappointed the chips were cooked twice over, so they tasted like cardboard I couldn't even eat them. The kebab was fatty and yucky. Shame. I eat what I could but I was extremely disappointed.

Do not remember coming here at all. Which indicates I was drunk. However I'm still alive so the food obviously was good enough not to kill me. So 5 stars

I order from this kebab house all the time and today’s order was the worst one I’ve ever had. I only give it a two because it had a nice salad with it. The meat was all dry and crispy and looked like it had been sitting there all day. It was absolutely disgusting. Even the dog didn’t want it.

Since I moved to Rochester I've ordered from Rochester grill... The meat is great, great flavour, always fresh taste(when family from London come they agree for the freshness and good taste) I guess only once I was dissapointed.... We normally buy the LARGE GRILL KEBAB Or the ROCHESTER GRILL KEBAB.

My order was really bad because I had no salad in my Donna kabab chilli sauce covered the whole of the meat and chips when we didn't want the chilli sauce and there was no chips with the burger I will not be ordering here again onless I get it for free

We order food from them on thursday it come to us cold and no sauce on the food i am not order food from them again they did not care

A regular haunt for revellers leaving Rochester. Food never dissapoints, their chicken meat and chips is the best in the area.

Cheap, food was nice and got the order correct. Meat had great flavour but was very dry

They have improved. Mixed grill is the way forward. It feeds all 3 of us :)

Never again. As a customer you would expect the food to be clean and edible. What was delivered to my door was anything but. The food was dry and disgusting. Not only that there was a bloody hair in my food and yet the staff were rude and accusing us of putting the hair in it. Cant accuse us of over cooking the food though can they. When we rung up to complain they told us we had to take the food to them. The staff were rude and arrogant if you're considering ordering from this disgusting food shop, I advise you to think again.

I ordered a pizza from this shop and there was a huge human hair in it - made me throw up on the spot. I then called them to report this and they told me to never ring them again and abruptly hung up. Terrible customer service, food arrived cold and tasted odd. don't ever order from here!!

The worst kebab in medway and i eat alot! Doner kebab smells like sweaty armpits with hard grissly bits!! Disgusting never again!!!! urrgggg!!!!
