I cannot rate Rise highly enough. I've been going on and off for two years. Their breakfasts and lunches are delicious, pastries and cakes really fresh and tasty and they serve great coffee. The service is always lovely. I'd really recommend a visit if you're in the area.

Great coffee but the service from the older women who gave me my coffee was atrocious. It was my second visit I thought maybe she was having a bad day the first time…. but, no she’s just rude, I’ve also heard this for a few others who have been there… disappointing as the coffee is great. I won’t be going back.

If you are a burger fan, do not miss this cafe! The staff is friendly, the food out of this world! And we've never had a better burger - anywhere.

Second time I’ve left a review, hope that’s okay. I just love these burgers so much. Really up there with the best I’ve had

What a great atmosphere, fantastic food and drinks aplenty! The welcome from the smartly dressed host after such a hectic train journey during the underground strike was just what we needed and he made sure we were comfortable and served us with a great big smile. highly recommended over the chain pubs and cafes around there.

I have had a nice burger from this place. However, I was advised to phone to order a takeaway. You never get to speak to a person but are asked to leave your order on the answer phone. Twice now I have done this and no one phones you back. The place is either inefficient or can't be bothered with customers when it is busy. Either way it does not cut much ice with me and I won't be buying from there again

If your tase buds are hankering for an evening burger then wednesday to saturday head for Rise. A gourmet burger to beat all others for taste, lavishly filled with a double burger and accompliments. NB treat yourself to the home made cheese cake, it is to die for. So well organised during Covid, just ring Rise, book a time slot and when you arrive your order will be ready to either eat at the outside seating area or takeaway to eat at your place of choice. I guarantee like so many others, you will be back to try out the whole variety of burgers on the menu.

What a great burger. Almost went for an Honest Burger delivery and then decided to keep it local. Ordered over the phone, the burgers were ready at pick up moment. Very friendly staff (owner?) and one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long long time ( the Rise burger ) They only do takeaway currently due to Covid but can’t wait until they reopen for dining in !

It blows my mind you can get a burger as good as good as this in Honor Oak. Unreal . The fries are something else too.

We stopped by here for a quick coffee and pastry. Good outdoor seating in the sunshine, quickly attended to, and well-priced. Can't complain!

Unfortunately the service here is extremely slow. We waited 20 minutes for our coffees and they came 10 minutes apart without an apology. Very disappointing we wouldn’t recommend it.

Stumbled upon this café walking through Honor Oak Park. It’s super cozy with a lovely aesthetic. Coffee was amazing and the food looked incredible too. My Jaffa cake vegan doughnut was lovely and I will 100% be returning for another. Thank you Rise.

I’ve been coming here for about 6 months now, at least 2-3 times a week. They do the best panini’s in London lol. Staff are super friendly and it’s a family run buisness which gives it that extra warm feeling. Chai latte slaps and it’s super affordable. Honestly get anything on the menu and you won’t be disappointed.

I called ahead to get a bouquet made up, gave my price range and colours I wanted and they absolutely smashed it out of the park. I'm so impressed.

One of the best breakfasts I’ve had in London. Staff were great, food was exceptional, incredible value for money. If you’re in the area go.

The food was incredible, but unfortunately, the service was a major letdown. The staff (in particular one waitress) seemed disengaged and rude, even when we made simple requests like asking for cutlery. Additionally, our meals were served about 30 minutes apart, meaning some of us had finished eating while others were still waiting. It felt like more than just a bad day at work—it was a lack of basic courtesy and professionalism.
