Ordered on line with just eat. Payment taken, but then got a message saying order not accepted. Went on to Riminis website where orders were being taken. Put the order in and paid again. Got a message saying food being prepared. An hour later, still getting same message. Phoned Riminis who said they had cancelled the order. Paid twice and no food. DO NOT ORDER FROM RIMINIS

We orderd quite a large takeaway for lunch when visiting family from here. The food was good and we would have probably ordered from here again maybe quite often but i feel the customer service is not too good. We ordered a baguette and the drop down let us add onion on this for an extra 80p which was fine We then ordered among other items a plain burger and chips but we just wanted it to have cooked onions and red sauce on it but there wasn’t an option on the drop down to add onion to this . When our nearly £50 order was complete we rang the shop to ask if onion could be added and we were told that only raw onion was included cooked onion would be a further 80p which is fine but I explained that the just eat app doesn’t allow you to do this . When asked how we could now add them quite rudely the gentleman said cash on delivery . As soon as the order arrived the first thing the driver said was you owe 80p we found this very rude as we already had this amount ready. In opening the order there was a sandwich missing so we called the shop to be told it would be arriving soon “the driver went without it “ we were told but sadly no apology. So the food was quite good and would have got 4/5 but unfortunately let down my the customer service but it’s their loss as we would have ordered again.

We’ve found the best Turkish food in Cheshire! We came across this restaurant via JustEat and we’re so impressed with the food we just had to come into the restaurant too. Wow, it has really impressed us. The portion size is huge, the quality is outstanding and the taste is the best we’ve had. I literally dream about eating this food! I’d highly recommend trying Riminis.

Walked past many times my mistake nipped in today for lunch super clean and the decor's really nice , the cafe as two persona's breakfast, coffee, lunch spot. So full breakfast, sandwiches , omelette, burgers in fact loads of choice. At night it turns into a Turkish restaurant. Lunch today cheese burger and fries all cooked fresh so piping hot garnish on burger cannot be faulted for a quick pitstop.
