Sadly, this place that my wife and I have been going for many years has now closed permanently. We are so sorry to see it go - we have had many excellent meals there and enjoyed talking to the friendly staff, Amin in particular. Good luck to all who worked there in whatever comes next

Always loved Rilys so decided to have a takeaway last night. Arrived a long time after it should as the delivery driver told us he had been to the wrong house, which must have been a long way away as there are no other roads close by that have as many numbers as ours. When we finally got it, we had items missing 🥲

Food was cold, watery and what chicken was there, was dry and difficult to chew. The goan had no heat to it, and tasted bland. Chips cold and once again true to style an item missing off the order! Will not order from here again, this will definitely be the last time! This establishment was once lovely, but it has dramatically gone down hill. Shame!

After being let down by a nearby restaurant (The Blue Lagoon) we were able to walk straight into Rily’s without a reservation. We were made to feel very welcome by the friendly staff and the food and wine were excellent.

To keep it short and sweet… top marks! Food was lush, staff friendly and the price was reasonable. Added bonus of being licensed too! Thank you guys!

Can not recommend enough! Decided last minute to treat the kids to a grown up meal out- opted for an Indian. Something different from the usual night takeaway. My kids are well behaved but taking children to an Indian at 8pm on a Friday was a little nervy. We was welcomed with open arms! Instantly my kids were made so welcome by all staff. They treated them like children but with the opportunity to be big kids also! They had so much fun and enjoyed every second. Of course our 3 year old was covered in korma but the staff all came to laugh it off with her and over joyed how much she was enjoying the food. We all had a fantastic meal couldn’t fault it at all. A huge variety, hot and tasty. It was all topped off by staff dancing with the kids. It really made our night. We will recommend to everyone! Thanks so much rilys!

We were camping at Offenham touring Park, and the Fish and Anchor decided to not serve food because they had a wedding on, so we ordered a delivery from Rileys. I'm so glad the pub wasn't doing food, because the food from Rileys was fantastic!. I love Indian food, and can confidently state that the curry i had on Saturday was one of the best i've ever had (and i live only a few miles from Birminghams famous Balti triangle) I'd happily drive back to Evesham for another meal from here.

Terrible service. Paid an extortionate amount for two people (£50) but as I’m a regular I accepted the fee. I forgot to order Cone so phoned them and explained I forgot but because I spent so much I asked for it to be out in order. They refused and charged me £4 for a bottle of Coke……..extortion. When I ordered the meal was obviously for two people and I accidentally ordered 1 papadum instead of 4. When the meal arrived they literally out 1 in instead of putting at least two in. It’s become so money focused that they’ve lost the customer focus. Delivery driver was brilliant and I liked her a lot. The staff need to learn some customer service from their delivery driver. I have a photo of a starter I had where the box is literally 20% full….. basically empty. Embarrassing portion and frankly they have lost a customer tonight.

I've eaten at this restaurant many times and I've never been disappointed, also used the takeaway service. The service is always very good they have gone out of their way to be helpful eg organising taxi rides home etc.

Good food and as a vegetarian good choices but I did think it was a tad pricey for what it was. The veggie samosa was much like the ones you get out of the Indian frozen selection boxes from a supermarket and were quite greasy. If I get a samosa usually from an Indian restaurant I'm used to the big proper homemade stuffed full of veg type so although it was ok, it was disappointing, I certainly wouldn't order the samosas again. Flavour of the curry was really nice. Overall very nice Indian.

last night we thought we would try an indian meal from a local restaurant. we have lived here for over 3 years but have not ever eaten here before.we ordered online even before they had opened for the evening. we opted for a delivery even though its just down road.i have to say we both really enjoyed our meals. its actually been ages since weve had an indian meal.we usually just buy the supermarket versions as they taste good enough.but i have to say we will definatly be ordering another when we fancy an indian,true authentic flavours. the only critisism is that we were still charged the £2 delivery charge even though we are just down the road.maybe its because of covid? not sure but being as we had been given a good discount on price because it was our 1st order.wont quibble. thanks again for a lovely meal

Booked a table of four for a birthday meal online for Tuesday 22nd September. When we arrived the restaurant was all locked up and no lights on. We were extremely frustrated and very disappointed as we had heard so many good things about Rily’s. We had travelled a good hour to get to Evesham!

Visited with friends. We were the only people in the restaurant until two others came in just before we left. We started of with poppadoms. Supposed to come with chutney which is charged at 85p per head. Not impressed with the thre pots we had, two of very runny sauces, one mint and the other hot chilli, plus raw onion. No lime pickle or mango chutney. For mains, the rice and veggie side dishes were really good. The downside was the presentation of the various main dish curries. Instead of being presented in a bowl on a heater, each was slopped on a plate for each individual. Portions were generous and very tasty but the presentation meant a lot of sauce on the plate and no opportunity for everyone to try a bit of each dish. We ordered a keema naan and a peshwari naan. Keema was lovely but peshwari was undercooked and very greasy. In all, it was very tasty food but presentation let it down massively. Disappointed that some of the rules around Covid safety do not appear to have been considered. Didn’t notice any hand sanitiser or Covid related signs. I carry my own sanitiser but not everybody does so.

What a waste of £34...I have never ever had an Indian takeaway that had absolutely no taste what so ever. As well as bland my husbands was greasy. That was the first and last time we shall be ordering.

Amazing authentic Indian cuisine ,excellent service .would recommend this restaurant to anyone.the owner Even went out his way to drop me and my family back to our hotel definitely going to be back

Service was dreadful.......was always a good restaurant but so disappointed especially as it was a special occasion. Good was excellent....but 3 hours for a meal????

It’s been about a year since we last ate here, but I don’t know why we’ve left it so long.The restaurant is in a lovely spot, opposite the river and is very nicely decorated.The staff are very friendly and accommodating and even though it’s been a while since our last visit, they remembered us!I had the chicken tikka masala, which has a little tang to it, the kids call it spicy! They have the chicken korma which they said was really good. All the food, as always, was excellent. Over the years we have never had a bad meal. We will definitely be back, but will make sure we don’t leave it so along this time.

Family evening out. Good customer service and very friendly & hopeful. Outside needs painting really dull looking,but when you walk in total different it's really nice.Everyone in the family loved their three course meal , but i didn't. My started was a waste of money to king prawns and the garlic pieces with it was burned tasted like pieces of wood in my mouth.Main course I had monkfish, sauce was nice, fish was rubbery, over cooked. Might try again one day. But not this year.

We were looking for a good restaurant although this has 5 star health and environment score for food safety and handling ,which means clean kitchen, but the chef does not know how to cook we ordered mix platter for two, seek kebabs, just masala no meat content, chicken tikka no flavour ,lamb kebab a small piece so chewy did not eat it ,everything on the plate was microwaved did not cook fresh not even takeaway standard it was not cooked in the tandori oven as it should have been,,main coarse salmon out of the tin not fresh just horiable curry sauce this place does not cook fresh they just dump it on the plate as i never seen this they should have brought it in a krai dish not a resturant quality take away! better of going to a take a way

We were in Evesham for the Festival of Words Main Weekend. After attending an event at the Northwick Hotel we wandered down the road & decided to try Rily’s as looked inviting. How pleased we did! Rick & his Team were very welcoming especially as we weren’t locals. The food was lovely & not expensive. We had a great first evening in Evesham!

Rily's has set the standard for Indian food for many years in Evesham. Fast and friendly service in a relaxed and comfortable resturant. The food here is superb and the staff could not be more helpful or friendly. As a great fan of Indian and Bangladeshi food I cannot recommend Rily's highly enough.

I think the first time I experience Rileys was in the early 90's before they had an alcohol licence and you were given a jug to get beer at the pub around the corner. Things are different now of course.The food is always good and plenty of it.Always enjoy Rileys. Recommended

We went midweek and I think were the first customers that evening. We walked in and were met by the Manager who saw us through to a table. As soon as we walked in we could smell something horrible - sewage and open drains. The waiter went to get a menu but when he came back I asked him what the horrible smell was. He simply said that he couldn't smell anything. He'dmobviously been in it too long because it was horrible. We were going to move to a different table nearer the door but the Manager came back and told us there wasn't a smell. For the first time ever I got up and told him I just could not stay in the building. I was annoyed that the guy didn't seem to want to acknowledge there was a problem. No wonder there was nobody else there.We walked down the road a few yards to The Blue Lagoon and ate there.Interestingly the folowing day we drove past and there was a drain unblocker company van outside so I suspect they found the cause of the stench.On a more interesting note the reason we went to this restaurant is that the house was owned and lived in by my grandparents in 1927 when it was a farmhouse. My gran would be spinning in her grave if she had to endure the stink here.In fairness I cannot comment on the food or value as we couldn't bring ourself to eat here.

We have been here a few times now. However this visit has to have been the best so far. It was my partner’s birthday and they surprised us by bringing fire to our table!! The food was delicious as always and every single person that served us was a delight - we spent the whole evening giggling. Such a fun time. I always have the king prawn garlic starter - it’s one of my favourite ever starters. Was recommended the Tandoori Chicken which was delicious.

Went there in a large group for a hastily arranged meal. The restaurant offered a fixed price meal - £18.95 for starters followed by choose your own main course, served with rice and nan.

Went here a couple of weeks ago and had an excellent curry. Service was very good and staff friendly. We were watching a football match at Evesham and manager even gave us a lift back to the ground so that we could enjoy the meal without rushing, Now that is customer service and a half. Excellent meal and exceptional customer service. Would therefore highly recommend.

Went here for a late evening meal with a couple of ex army friends. It didn't look particularly busy for a Friday evening, which should have been a warning not to expect too much. We all had different dishes, with one thing in common. Lots of heat, but very bland flavours. We also felt rushed, with staff taking plates from under our noses, almost before we'd picked up the last forkful of food. Not a particularly relaxing or friendly atmosphere. Wouldn't go again.

2meals: chicken jalfrezi and lamb balti were without doubt the most flavoursome versions of these dishes we’ve ever had. Excellent food

What a superb restaurant. Goan chicken was sublime, sea bass magnificent. Attentive and pleasant staff. Immaculately clean and modern dining areas. Extremely good value and highly recommendable.

I am never disappointed when I come here with my husband and son. We all love this place. We always ask to eat off the 'express menu' where you get a starter, main course, nan or rice and tea or coffee for under £10. - ok the portions of the main course are slightly smaller than off the normal menu but with poppadoms the meal is quite adequate even for my husbands hearty appetite.

Rily's food is top quality, no faulting them there, and the staff are friendly and helpful for sure. Only, twice now I've challenged them to give me the hottest version of their hottest curry, called a naga - my specifications were, 'way hotter than a fahl please. A vindaloo is like a korma to me,' - and twice it's been milder than a standard vindaloo. This restaurant is way too concerned about its customers' health and safety!

We haven’t been here for a while. So decided to try it again. As before the food and service was fine. Price was average for the area. So all in all ok.

Quite difficult to give a single score because the food is excellent, but the service and portion size leaves something to be desired. We had a table for ten booked (although there was no record of our email booking at the front desk) and all our starters and main courses were really good - hot and tasty. The portion sizes are really quite small and we left nothing. We had a good meal and drinks for £160 which is pretty good value.

Visited with family, not been in a long time and avoided in the past due to poor food quality. Wish we had avoided this time but we decided to give them a try again. First of all the service was very slow, took ages for our order to be taken (20+ mins) the waiter that served us was a little miserable, not rude directly as such but did not smile and was generally moody. When the food finally arrived the portions were small and not accurate to our order, we requested Madras strength and it was barley hot/spicy at all. We found the meal to be overpriced for the portion size and quality, in addition to the service offered. Won't be returning.

Although we live close to Evesham we had not visited Rilys for several years, but last night we called in on spec' without a booking, with our son, daughter-in-law and granddaughter after a visit to Evesham's wonderful and nearby Regal Cinema.

.... though that would not be difficult. Last year on a visit to Evesham we decided to eat at one of the row of Waterside Indian eateries as our Hotel's Restaurant was drear. Last year we chose the wrong, neighbouring, one and this year we decided on Rily's as it could only be better, and it was, somewhat.

We chose to visit Rily's on the strength of previous reviews and I am sorry to say that it did not live up to expectations. Yes the food was alright but not as described in reviews. The fish starter was tasty but predominantly batter and whilst the main was ok it's presentation, dolloped in the middle of a large plate, could have been better

Have been going to Rileys for many years, and it is still the best curry house in Evesham.

If you enjoy Indian food, especially curries, this is the place to visit. Went for dinner with my brother & nephew, the food was excellent.

Whenever in Evesham and I fancy an "Indian" meal I go to Rily's. The service is friendly and the food quality better than average plus the portion sizes good. I highly recommend this place.

This is the first time we have used Rily's for a take away and will not be the last ! Polite person on the phone, and delivering. Was also delivered within the stated time.Very good food full of flavour and hot.

While in Evesham with friend we ate at this restaurant on a Sunday evening. We had the choice of food from the menu or the buffet, all 4 chose the menu food.The choice of dishes was varied and a really good mix of types, some were new to us. The portion size was good and the meals were beautifully presented and served. All 4 plates were left totally clean!

Visited with a group of friends the food was ok, some bits weren't good like the samosas (pretty sure they were something they got out the freezer) others like the lime pickle were really good. It wasn't a bad restaurant to visit but nothing would draw me back to it.If it had been cheaper I would have probably given it a four.

Only in Evesham for one night, not impressed with the look of the town we opted to one of the nearby Indian restaurants for ease. It looked one of the better ones from the outside and had good reviews. It was Saturday night, peak time and very busy and popular. We were not in a rush but they did apologise twice for keeping us waiting which was not necessary. The food was ok, hot and as described but not special. The deco was fine and not much more I can say.

Rily's serves delicious great quality food which is freshly cooked and piping hot. The menu is reasonably priced with something for everyone. The ambience is great with tables far enough apart that you can have a conversation without being party to everyone else's! The staff are friendly, attentive and professional and take pride in their work.Lovely coffee to finish the evening, perfect.

Sat down at our table at 7pm, starters arrived 8.40pm, main course arrived cold at 9.05pm. Food was nice, pity 4 out of the 7 meals were lukewarm. Asked for the bill once eaten, asked again for the bill 15 minutes later. After another 10 minutes gave up waiting, left the table & stood by the bar/entrance waiting for the bill. After receiving a few bemused looks from the staff we had to again ask for the bill. Bill (£205 for 7 people) finally arrived. Think we'll stick to The Blue Lagoon next time

I've visited Evesham 4 or 5 times for business over the past 6 months. During these visits I've always eaten at Rily's. The food is tasty and good value and the service is always excellent, very friendly and very helpful.They have just recently restarted their Sunday night buffet - great value at less than £10 for eat as much as you like.

Regular customer at the Redditch branch so decided to visit Rilys Evesham while visiting family. The restaurant may not be as grand as Redditch but the food is just as good. The décor is tasteful and excellent service as expected from rilys.Will definitely return when I am next in town.

Great place for a decent indian meal. The attention to detail is second to none and the staff are very helpful. Great value for money.

Dads 60th birthday party at rilys, he has been a customer for over 20 years so we decided to treat him to a meal at his favourite restaurant.Yet again an excellent meal and a great night out, the staff are so friendly and the food is as good as ever. Never disappointed and would always recommend.Thanks guys.

We stayed in Evesham over the new year and thought we would try this place one night. So glad we did. The food was amazing, all cooked fresh to order. The staff were welcoming, friendly and very attentive. If ever we return to Evesham, I would definitely visit again!

Return visit with family who haven't been here for years. The staff were so welcoming, funny and friendly. I really enjoyed their banter. Lots if choice on the menu including the special I opted for that contained pickled garlic which was lush. The food was quick, hot and tasty. My Mum's lamb was a little tough and they were kind enough to deduct some money from the bill. Everyone else really enjoyed their food. We will be back.

Another visit to this Indian Restaurant. Very clean and nicely set up. Staff very clean smart and polite. Greeted us well and were very efficient without being pushy. Small but well appointed menu with some exciting dishes to choose from. Service excellent and food superb. Toilets immaculate. Will return. A pleasant evening was had by all.

Always the best food here. we have a take away regularly, and the restaurant is also nice. Beware the Madras, it is fiery hot. Instead try the Jalfrezi which is spicy, but full of flavour.

Visited last night, we were very impressed with the place! Food was delicious, even my sister (normally one to leave half of her dinner) scoffed the lot!Waiters were nice and extremely friendly - the only slight criticism was that we ordered a dessert and coffee that didn't come - but the place had got very busy with the arrival of a large party, so we were happy enough to get the bill and leave.

Had not booked and they were having a busy evening but happily found us a table. Staff very friendly and polite and the food was great.

Got to Riley's (weird name for an Indian ) a bit late and found that we could still get a table. It was a nice and friendly welcome and the place was nice and warm. Overall the meal was of a good standard and well spiced, just as I wanted it to be. My one quibble is that the tandoori starter could have been a chicken breast rather then a slim thigh but that said it was still very tasty and well cooked. The overall timing of the meal timing could also have been improved but we had time so no big deal this time. Will try this place again soon.

A la carte is offered but at the time of visiting an "all you care to eat" buffet was offered on Sunday-Tuesday evenings which our party chose. A small but well chosen selection was available which I gather changes regularly and on this occasion included some delicious Naan bread. My only criticism was that although the restaurant was fairly quiet and the staff attentive, some of the more popular dishes were not replenished for some time. Poppadoms were an extra charge and it would have been appropriate for this to be pointed out when they were initially offered. We would be happy to return.

Myself and youngest daughter only people in restaurant for a short time so really looked after. Food excellent as always and great value for money. Would recommend always.

We have visited Rilys numerous times and have never had a bad meal.Our latest visit was bank holiday Sunday. They now do a Sunday Buffett for £9.95 per person and it was excellent value for money and excellent food.Poppodums have to be purchased separately as they aren't included in the Buffett.Starters - chicken pakora, onion bhaji, lamb samosa and tetal mix (chicken & lamb tikka)There were 6 main courses including chick tikka masala, chicken pathia, chicken bhuna, vegetable dopiaza, a lamb & chick pea dish and one other. Rice and nan too. Although the nan kept running out as soon as the fresh one was put out.Everything We had was excellent and it was all extremely tasty.Once again a very good meal.

Perhaps I can summarise this by saying that initially my partner was unsure about going in as it seemed very dark and empty from the outside but after the meal she was more than happy we had eaten there.It was early on a Saturday night but soon the place filled up. Luckily the tables were well separated from each other. The staff were friendly and we were very impressed with the quality of the food. It was a cut above the rest. So we would certainly recommend this place.

We were in Evesham visiting family and was looking for a nice Indian takeaway we ordered a delivery the man on the phone was very polite and said 45 mins for delivery it came earlier which was a bonus.The chicken korma was lovely and thick just how we like it the rest of the food was also nice and we all enjoyed it, it was just a good £6 more than what we usually pay for the same meal where we live.Would definitely use again when we are in the area.

Decided to visit while on holiday in Evesham. It's the best Curry we have ever had. It was a Buffett night but we all decided to select from the menu and it didn't take to long to cook lots of different dishes. All of the food was so tasty and full of flavour. Highly recommended.

Used to love this place, food was always amazing, but now very bland, much smaller portions, tiny pieces of meat and rather pricy, new staff not very friendly old staff still great! Won't rush back as plenty of other Indians to choose from in town.

Visited early evening on the hottest day of the year so far. Opted for the buffet option as had been working all day and needed feeding quickly.Several main course and starter options with a couple of types of rice available, nan bread, sauces and salads etc.I was the only diner, most likely due to the heat and time of visit.I didn't try that many of the options, but those I did were cooked very well, were tasty and kept at a decent temperature.When I am next working in the area I would happily return.

Just returned from Rilys buffet, had a lovely relaxing evening. The staff were lovely & so attentive & friendly. Food was beautiful! Piping hot & a great variety of tasty dishes. Food constantly being refilled. Definatly will recommend to freinds/family & will definatly be returning in the near future.

Visited for a course Night out with fellow delegates and instructors. Service was excellent from moment of arrival. Food matched the service. All left very happy and full! Well worth a visit when in Evesham. Thank you

Having read the reviews on trip advisor we decided to try this restaurant. A very warm welcome was given and we were shown to our seats and drinks order was taken, although no offer of poppadums' were given. I ordered the chicken pakora for starter and was extremely disappointed with them. They were covered I a soggy batter and had absolutely no taste. I git my Mai course which was meant to have king prawns in it. Well obviously they must use the smallest king prawns in the world!!! Everywhere else would call them shrimps. There was nine of us there and none of us would rate the food above average. Very disappointing.

I know a few people who have been here a couple of times in the past so fancied a change and decided to get a curry from here. The take away took about 45 mins which was quite long as they normally take about 20 to 30 mins. When I got the curry it lacked flavour and seasoning and was a very average curry. I would of preferred one from Marks and Spencer as they have alot more flavour.

Unfortunately we had a bad experience with our main meals being a bit tough. However the staff were excellant and we were given another meal plus a complimentary liquor at the end of the meal plus a discount. In view of this I would raise my rating to above average.

Love every visit (haven't been for 12 months, but was remembered from all our other visits). Same attentive and polite staff. I am Vegan and the waiters knew instantly what had what ingredients etc. (There is even a sign in the reception stating if you have an allergy or special diet let us know). I had a selection of sides and poppadoms...couldn't fault it at all. Defiantly worth the visit and will definitely will back! Fantastic.

Last visit was many years ago so came with an open mind. The customer service was top notch and there was a fantastic selection on the menu, with some very interesting sounding dishes. We both tried dishes we'd never had before and were pleasantly surprised. Very good wine list too. I also have to say that the tarka dall wad the best I'd had in a long time.I didn't go for 5 stars as I do not appreciate having to pay extra for mango chutney which comes as standard pretty much everywhere else. Also although the customer service was great, we got asked 5 times by 5 different waiting staff if our meal was fine as we were trying to enjoy it.

First visit to Rilys. No booking but was found a table quickly. Clean and smart. Well laid out. Polite staff. Menu well explained with a different style of menu. Tried a couple of new dishes. Very tasty and well cooked and presented. Food in the Bangladeshi style.

Lovely food excellent choice nice clean restaurant. Shame that the chair my husband sat on was broken seat had no foam or had gone completely flat. In all a lovely evening. Also beware that parking is very poor.

we had a large group of ten ,,all were catered for and we all had our meals at the same time ./. the food was very nice and the portions were the right size ...its not cheap but worth the cost if you dont go every week ..

It's been a little while since we visited, but during the summer months in particular we visit on a regular basis.It is family friendly, with a high chair for the little one.The food is always lovely and we have never had a bad meal in the years we have been visiting.Looking forward to returning very soon.

A group of four of us tried this out on a Bank Holiday Saturday. We were shown to a table without any delay. We only ordered papadums for starters and we thought they came to our table very quickly however the waiter apologized for the delay and served added some extra papadums as compensation. They were great and the main dished that followed were all excellent. I ordered the Karahi Maharaja which was deliciously spicy! The draft beer was a very good price too. A great meal, good service, excellent value: what more can you want?

I think Rily's Indian restaurant is the best in town. The food is great, and you always get service with a smile. whether you want a quiet meal for two, or for a larger party celebration, this place is great . They also do take outs, and home delivery. Brilliant!

Visited Rilys with my family, I thought the food was in the top league. Nicely prepared, very good use of flavours, and good presentation, All the dishes we had were Asian inspired using good quality ingredients felt like a level of sophistication to it and I will definitely keep this in my list of places to eat when in town. The management and all the rest of the staff members are so polite and corteous. They served me and my family with great professionalism. Inside the restaurant is so clean, tidy, very warm and welcoming. I suggent this place to anyone who likes or wants to try indian food. You wil not regret it. Will definitely be coming back...

We were staying in Evesham and out hotel recommended this place and we were delighted to find we could reserve on lineWe arrived and we were surprised to hear the table next to us ask for salt. Poppadums and spices passed muster as did our starters - mixed platter and veg samosas - so all good.The mains (Korma, A special, and Biryani) arrived and yes we too had to ask for salt and the veg curry and biryani couldn't be rescued by table salt So seasoning an issue but to be fair they did give us a £10 voucher against our next mealSo in summary - Can't recommend but I would give it another go given the other reviews and they way they dealt with the issue

Atmosphere - well I rather felt we were an inconvenience. No pleasantries no apologies for seating us late for our booking no offer of a drink while we waited. More confusion when we ordered our wine as to what they actually had in stock or not and what price...soft drinks alos ordered that didnt appear ...quite a wait for food and the wait too long for dessert we gave up...our table was booked for 8.30 we left just after 11 having ditched the idea of pudding it was obvious we were the last table and they couldnt be bothered...in fact from the get go the mood was that they couldnt be bothered to serve us or smile or even look at us....perhaps it was a bad day...I have been before and it has been so much better...next time we will exit the cinema head for the car and go elsewhere.

I visited with my 2 children on a Sunday afternoon. The service was good and the food very tasty. We just felt that compared to some other Indian restaurants that the price was compatible but the portion sizes smaller. My children usually cannot manage to eat a single portion and so they share. They shared at this restaurant and were still a bit hungry.

Myself and a few friends had a take away from here last night, the food was ok. Soggy naan and my dish on the menu was described as succulent pieces of chicken, what i got was dry rubbery pieces of chicken but apart from that the food was alright. Two things though. When my friend phoned to place the order he was spoken to rather rudely even having the phone put down on him and then they told us if we wanted delivery it would be 1hour and 20 minutes!! Which is an absolute joke. In normal circumstances id of told them to sod off but we were so hungry we just went and picked it up. There are far better curry houses in evesham with better food, better service and a lot quicker delivery times. Thought we'd give rilys a go but we wont be going back there again.
