Went and bought snacks and sweets for Diwali. Everything was fresh and tasty and the service was outstanding. Would come again.

So pleased to find this place. First purchases at Diwali, the Thali was excellent and the sweets even better. Whole family commented on how delicious the sweets were. This is definitely my new place to go! Also, Rahul was super helpful 😊

Got some of the usual food there. The food quality is okay but nothing to rave about. However without going out to Northwest London not sure where else you can get such food in Watford. I have to say it is way overpriced. It's only a matter of time more such places open up with the growing Asian population in Watford. Then they will need to rethink. But until this is the case, it's the only place near Watford with such food.

Good value and tasty thali and great Indian street food sandwiches and snacks. Always a highlight of the day, my visits here!

Nice small place to order authentic Indian food. They offer various vegetarian snacks such as samosas and spring rolls, one special main meal a day and lots of sweets. Cheap prices and very friendly staff

Thali is amazing here - every time a bit different, but always tasty and authentic. I am not a vegetarian, but could easily become one if this kind of vegetarian food is served for me every day! So lucky to have discovered this little gem in Watford!

Really disappointed in this place!! Opened at 1.30pm on a Saturday so my husband went in at 2.30pm expecting to find a lot on offer, after all it is a food place! But they had nothing to buy, so my husband asked if they could fry some samosas which they did. He brought samosas and a dabeli roll. When he got home I went to bite into the samosa and they were stone cold, so I decided to eat the dabeli but the potato was off!! Waste of money and no lunch for me!! I would not go here again, not sure why they open if they have nothing to sell!!

Popped in here for a quick lunch - small southern indian eatery on the St Albans road with owner serving. Was expecting something homely and substantial. Lunch was only £4.50 (recently increased by £1) and included some rice and well made rotis. Unfortunately the curries that came with (a dhall and a spinach paneer) were nothing more than a thin watery liquid. Shame. Bolster the curries with some more veg and it would have been a decent mini thali. Small samosas and piece of barfi another 50p each. Pleasant service - little choice Can do better

I have been working in Watford from last 2 years, almost close to this little place. But only discovered this recently as until then I thought it is a sweet shop. Wow, they do vegetarian thali (lunch box) just for ₹3.50 (sorry, I don't have a pound symbol on my phone). Well you get 3 rotis (made with wheat flour, not a Nan which is made of plain flour), a large soup of rice and 2 vegetarian currys. One curry is generally made with lentils and the other with either potato or cauliflower. It's super delicious, just home made, perfect in size and yummily healthy. A big thumbs up from me and one should definitely try this little gem at lunch time.

Amazing choice of indian food and great quality!! Call in advance if there is something you want. One of the main problems with being popular is they run out of some of the dishes I like. The crispy bhajia and chilli paneer are amazing!

A very clean environment with a very warming welcome every single time. From the get go - the family recognise you and go above and beyond the call of duty every single time. The food is blissful and the experience of purchasing the food, both sweet & savoury is always fantastic!

Went during Diwali and I was pleasantly surprised. It will save me going to Kenton/Harrow. The only comment is if the kaju katli was a little firmer it would be more enjoyable. Parking can be challenging and so it meant I couldn't shop with ease as I was parked in the loading area. The owners are friendly, helpful and accommodating. I wish them every success.

Have had takeaway lunches here since they opened and the food does not disappoint. The thali is different every day - always delicious. The sweets are amazing. And always service with a smile and friendly chatter. Can't recommend enough.

Newly opened with outside parking, a vegetarian takeaway with a daily menu offering a range of sweets and snacks.I'm addicted to the daily special, a four portioned feast at only £3.50 at the time of writing. The steady trickle of real Indian customers I took to be a good sign and I wasn't wrong. Run by a delightful wife and husband combo.

I wish I could give this restaurant no stars DO NOT GO THERE AT ALL. Everything about this restaurant was bad the food service atmosphere. We decided to order 2 starters and because the food was so bad we decided to leave and go somewhere else however when we tried paying the bill they were rude and screaming at us because we didn’t order more food. They refused to give us the bill and when we tried paying the guy made up a number for us to pay. We got screamed at by them the food was disgusting so I would suggest you do not go there and go where you can get your moneys worth because this place is not it. Furthermore the whole time we were there they made us feel very uncomfortable by looking at us weirdly and secondly by forcing us to order food we are customers so it’s our choice what we want to eat. This place needs to be shut down!!!!!!!!

I used to be a regular customer at Mint, but my recent experience was disappointing. I ordered chicken fried rice, but it took over 1.5 hours for the delivery to arrive. Not only was the food undercooked, but we also found hair in it. When I tried to address the issue with Ameen, he seemed too busy to listen and hung up on me. I've been ordering from this restaurant since 2021, but after this bad experience, I've decided to stop. Sorry, Ameen. It's a shame.
