I dined with my partner at this restaurant on Valentine's day and we had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the food was absolutely delicious - everything was fresh, and the chicken and prawn dishes were perfectly soft and flavorful. The elegant atmosphere and beautiful decoration added to the overall charm of the place. However, the cocktails were a letdown; they were too sweet and overpriced for my taste. The service, unfortunately, left much to be desired. The staff seemed not well organised, running the entire restaurant rather than focusing on specific clusters. As a result, we were asked the same questions by multiple staff members and didn't have an allocated waiter. We were served by at least four different people, which led to confusion and more mistakes with our orders. In conclusion, while the food and ambiance were fantastic, the service did not match up. The restaurant also felt overpriced, especially with the automatic addition of a 12.5% service charge, which seemed unjustified given the service quality.

Ashok was our waiter he was amazing very polite and friendly. The food can in a timely manner and was amazing. We will definitely be back. Thanks very much

Been here many times. The flavour is always great. Particularly enjoyed the lamb chops. Service excellent. Ashok was an excellent and attentive waiter and is part of the reason the Indian Sizzler is my first choice Indian restaurant whenever I'm in Watford.

The service has been very excellent and l would definitely recommend. ASHOK welcomed us as we entered the restaurant and politely greeted us. His services from start to finish was amazing. Will definitely visit again. Well done ASHOK. The lady at the bar/ the till is equally brilliant.

This hands down the worst Indian in the world… not even Watford. My girlfriend ordered it via Just eat, it came within 30 minutes which is alarming… the food had zero taste, no flavour and was disgusting. I have had so many Indians and this by far tops the chart as the worst. The butter chicken was bitter, the masala was from Thursday no doubt. The best part was the Naan bread which tells you enough. I wouldn’t recommend. Especially as we spent £70 and had 3 spoon fulls of it and chucked the rest away. Just had toast, which was better

Ordered delivery it was flavourless every dish tasted greasy and no flavour which is shocking as i aways rate here definitely wont order from here again waste of money

We went to have our Christmas dinner here and had the best time ever! Food was extremely good, super tasty, we had the buffet and we ate so much, we can't recommend it enough! The price and food quality made it an extraordinary dinner! The service was above and beyond, Iman and all of the waiters were superb! We are really grateful for the experience we had!

Indian Sizzler never disappoints, the food is always tasty leaving you satisfied. The buffet has a lot of choice and the desserts are so tasty. Emon was lovely he is very friendly, and catered with the best service.

Amazing place to eat and have fantastic Indian food experience. We went on Dec 25, without reservations, and they welcome us with no trouble. Service was so caring and detailed, very very kind and patient to explain the menú and the buffet option. We went for the buffet and did not regret it! Food was fresh, súper tasty, spicy (but not too much!), abundant. The quality, top. The service, very attentive and helpful, aware of the customer and their needs. They have us shots as courtesy before leaving. We were so comfortable. We will go back for sure. Thank you! Gracias!!

Best Indian around by far!! Delicious food, fresh ingredients, generous portions, good value for money and a friendly delivery driver. Takes nearly an hour to arrive but definitely well worth the wait!

Food was fantastic, a good variety of different dishes. Was served by a waiter called em on who delivered us fantastic service.

Both curries and the plain rice were almost certainly reheated in the microwave, the curries were too liquidy especially the butter chicken. Very bland tasting. The samosas an Naan bread were ok and the delivery service was good. Quite disappointed as this place is considered the best in Watford and I certainly have had better in Watford.

Order Paneer Tikka Masala … and what a pathetic dish that was delivered. With Coconut and Red in colour … ! I had food here few years ago and had decided never to go again … but not sure why I ordered again. Look at the photo and you will know what I mean!

It was my first time ordering with this restaurant, and while I was satisfied with the taste of my food, the chilli paneer was not spicy at all and most of all, the restaurant gave me a half portion. It was half full in the shallow plastic container food boxes. Had I received his portion size in their restaurant, I would have refused it. Especially as it was a main course. So on that note, it was a very disappointing experience and not likely to re-order from here.

Great food and very good value, Emon and Rithvik made us feel very welcome and provided wonderful service. Would highly recommend and we’ll be back for sure!
