yum Americanstyle food, really liked all oft he dishes that we shared with our friends, doesnt look much from outside,but theyre local and knew the food was good

Ribs are awesome and just fall off the bone, bit of a guilty pleasure this place but I would thoroughly recommend

I ordered ribs and sweet potato fries. The ribs were badly prepared and rubbery. Little meat on them and horrible. Not trimmed or seasoned well.

Very poor all round. Was prepared to give benefit of the doubt as the takeaway were blaming Justeat for the problems, but after speaking to the delivery driver this place has a lot of problems. I wouldn't have been quite so furious waiting nearly 2 hours for the food if it had actually tasted ok, yuk

Would never order from here again it was awful

The food never arrived, the estimated delivery time kept getting pushed back, whereby it was two hours late, then changed status to delivered. It wasn't. Not so much as a call from them to explain if they were lost or anything else. Tried to call them, no one picked up. Tried several times. Really poor in my opinion. Phoned Just-Eat, hopefully they'll take care of it and I'll get my money back.

So decided to take another chance with the rib ranch was a bit harsh and unhappy with last review I put but wasn't happy with it last time in general was glad I went back this time 110% happy with food very big improvement one of the best burgers I had from a fast food restaurant in Southampton well worth going there have recommended to a few friends already

After a while of eating at the ranch today I revisited and it was still just as amazing as the last time, great food , great customer service and great prices, would recommend to anyone!

I know was short staffed but still made a great effort and delivered some amazing ribs. :)

He comido dos veces en Costillas Ranch en los últimos 3 meses, y la comida es realmente increíble. El estante de la mitad de las costillas y patatas fritas es una de las mejores comidas que puedes conseguir en Southampton. El servicio al cliente es muy bueno yo recomendaría a cualquiera que está en la zona de Southampton a probar este establecimiento. Adrian y su equipo están haciendo un trabajo muy bueno. Sin duda volveré a comer allí de nuevo la próxima vez que esté en la zona.

Managed to pop in again for a meal as i was in the area.I can only say it was even better than last time.Food was pipping hot and lots of it.Just had to have the garlic bread again and was not disappointed as good as last time if not better.Went for the ribs just feel off the bone and the BBQ sauce is amazing.My friend had the American burger which was huge.Asked if we could leave off one lot of chips and salad and did not wont both(they come as part of the meal)this was no problem.They even took £2 off the bill because of this. Which was a nice surprise.With service like this will be back next time i am in portswood. Also spotted they now do orders over the phone or through just eat may be i will try that next time,

El año pasado fui a este lugar y las costillas eran de lo mejor que he probado en mucho tiempo. Por desgracia, este año fui a la sucursal de río y tuve una orden o tres meses de costillas que me vi obligado a comprar patatas fritas y ensalada de col con cada lado y como este era obligatoria, no me quiere la extras pero tuve que pagar de todos modos. La salsa que cubre las costillas no era lo mismo que la salsa tenía en ellos el año pasado, solo sabía de fuerte tomate qué decepción estoy muy decepcionada en estos extras, que están obligados a pagar.

Absolutely disgusted with this place took 2and half hours to arrive hard burger soggy chips bad garlic bread not cooked would not advise anyone to eat here not for. 17 pound for 2 meals had more satisfaction from McDonald's not even no complimentary after ringing up and just saying sorry that's it no help what so ever bad customer cooperation my dog did not even eat the burger and turnt its nose up

Had problems finding my address, but delivery guy called straight away apologising and found me soon after, so hence only three stars there but overall great food, great customer service and I would highly recommend

No where near as good as they used to be. Ribs used to fall off the bone, slightly tough now and saturated in BBQ sauce which was overpowering. You'll have to put a note on order to have that separate. Instead of wedges got some soggy sweet potato fries as well. Also took 1h 40m to arrive, no apology either. Sadly unlikely to order again.

Ordered and can without side salads which I asked for and all food was warm not hot had to put in microwave and the pancake with mixed fruit and yoghurt had Come out the carton and will leaking all over the over food and dripping out the bottom!! Not never good for £31

Got the wrong order, very late delivery due to their driver being late. They did ring and apologise and gave me some freebies. Haven't had food from there in a while and it's definitely changed. Not as good as it used to be :(

Delivery was late as driver broke down. Takeaway were amazing about it, very apologetic even though it wasn't their fault and added a ton of extras to make up for it! Great food, even better service. Very happy

The burger itself was quite dry as there was no option for sauce and my cheesecake arrived all melted

Absolutely terrible I payed 22.50 for 2 burgers and 2 fries the burgers were pink in throughout and the fries tasted horrible and looked old to top it off the salad wasnt even in the buns it was in seperate containers avoud this place not happy at all

Not sure about the fries and the salad being together in the same box... BUT, the cheesecake was delicious and the mac and cheese was incredible. 5 stars just for that!!

Spotted this gem while out and about in Portswood Southampton.Thought it was going to be a burger and rib place.How wrong apart from burgers and ribs they do brunch,buttermilk pancakes,home made lasagne,home made chilli,home made macaroni cheese,chicken and wings.The Garlic bread with home made garlic butter must be the best in the area.I under stand it has been closed a couple of months but has reopened with a great menu.They do take away and you can order over the phone for collection.No home delivery at the moment,But it is worth venturing out for the great food.If you have never been give it a try you will not be disapointed.

El personal es amable, la comida es excepcionalmente buena relación calidad-precio y absolutamente deliciosa. Se lo recomendaría 100% este sobre cualquier otro restaurante americano en Southampton. Ideal para familias, estudiantes, nadie en absoluto. Y el hecho de que puede traer sus propias bebidas alcohólicas sin cargo corkage_nms es incluso mejor!

Me encanta este lugar, no se podía comer cada día más que sería el tamaño de un granero ... pero por el lujo ocasional merece la pena una visita. Estupenda comida, y te dejan - aunque a veces un poco concurrida, así que prepárate para esperar un poco.

Wonderful food, best takeaway I've ever had. Only downside is that it took about an hour and a half to arrive but the driver was very apologetic and explained that there was heavy traffic at the time. Would definitely recommend.

Long Time for delivery but OH MY GOD it was so worth it!!!

Always excellent food from rib ranch, and delivered quickly which came as a nice surprise!

So, all in all a damn good feed, only complaint is that we ordered cheesy nacho's with no jalapeno's and whilst they did manage to leave the jalapeno's off they then smothered them in a meaty chilli. Whilst my other half saw this as a major plus (he's a fat foody!) I was not prepared for this and didn't want it!! They should have made that clearer. Food is great, chilli on nacho's not so good!!

Fabulous!!!!!! Delivered within 20 mins, was piping hot, absolutely gorgeous food, tasty & the delivery guy was so polite bless him. Will order again and again (like I do anyway!!!)

So there was a really long wait tonight, 2 hours and 20 mins in the end. However, when I called up the lady on the phone was lovely and apologetic as was the delivery driver (he looked particularly panicked at the situation). Luckily the food from Rib Ranch is always amazing, as it certainly was this time, so it was absolutely worth the wait.

Love this place! The ribs are fantastic. Sometimes things can be a little long to come but only on very busy nights. Definitely worth waiting for.

Very unimpressed with the service we had to wait 2 hours and 15 minutes for our order and when it was delivered after a phone call we got 1 slice of cheese cake for our troubles I also didn't receive my full order as asked for a portion of cheese on my chips. All very poor customer service who said that we should order direct and not through your service on just eat and blamed everything on just eat not recommended

Estimated delivery time was 60-75 mins. Had to call shop twice as food had not arrived. Eventually received order over 2 hours after order confirmation email. Food was ok, but not up to usual standard. One order item missing- waiting to hear from just eat on refund. Put a dampener ob our evening

Consistently good :) sweet potato fries are great, all food excellent quality and good portion sizes. Recommend them.

We would like to praise Rib Ranch for the gorgeous burgers. They were really tasty. We were surprised how meaty and fresh they were unlike when you get a burger from most takeaways that are like cardboard and luke warm. We will definitely use Rib Ranch again

Always amazing food from Rib Ranch. But last 3 times we've ordered it has taken over 90 mins to be delivered. In some ways worth the wait because the food is so good, however the ''one of my drivers is ill we only have one car delivering'' excuse shouldn't be used every time you call!

Order completed incorrectly When take away informed told that they had ran out of what we'd ordered and would have to accept what were given and then hung up on. Will not order from again.

Burgers are amazing!!! Personally was not a fan of jerk style chicken at all but the Piri chicken was awesome! Good quality but expensive so 4 stars as puts me off ordering cos of prices.

Absolutely an amazing takeaway don't go anywhere else now, people are so polite even let me know the delivery was going to be later than expected and the food is to die for quality food for the price!

I called Rib Ranch as my food had not been delivered. They explained that Just eat were giving out the wrong delvery times. The delivery time is about 1h 30 mins but the food is good. So if you are expecting your food to be delivered within 30 min's No chance!!!

Ordered from here about 4 times now. There is something that i say with 100% certainty about this place: Phenomenal Food (every time), massive portions and you must order the ribs. Highly recommend. My favourite takeaway food.

Usually love love LOVE rib ranch. These ribs were unfortunately very fatty, chewy and not very good at all. Bit of a shame as we've had nothing but amazing food from rib ranch.

The food was lovely, the portions were so big too and delivered in good time. We hadn't ordered from here before but were not disappointed and will definitely use this take away again
