Had a lovely afternoon tea for a birthday celebration. Food was really nice, well presented, cocktails lovely, and service from Jacob and the staff was great. Definitely recommend.

Afternoon tea was pleasant, unlimited tea and a strawberry vodka shot. Accommodated Gluten free very well. Sofia was a fabulous server and kept us up to date with the food options. We did arrive at midday so it was a tad quiet but I imagine the atmosphere would be brilliant once more people arrived.

The bottomless brunch was fantastic, great food and amazing service. Josie was really attentive!

Full of rats, saw two in the smoking area and one within the building. I couldn’t eat there and only got bottled drinks because of this, if I wasn’t at an event I would’ve left sooner.

Myself and my partner completed the cocktail masterclass as a gift. We had Alannah as our bartender and she was brilliant! Made everyone feel very welcome as the other people strangers. She was very generous with the drinks provided and shots, good value for money. We also recieved nachos. She was very chatty which broke the ice between everyone. Approximately we got x3 cocktails, x4 shots and nachos. Would buy this as a gift

Lucy was brilliant, we came for some festive food with our children during some xmas shopping. She was so good with the kids.

I must say, I was surprised by how lovely the food was. We’re only visiting Cardiff and didn’t expect much from a bar/club menu, but it was fantastic. The whole experience was made a lot better by our wonderful waitress called Kacey. She was friendly, helpful and treated us like we were the Royal Family! Shes a credit to your company! We will definitely stop by when we’re in Wales next!

We came for a hen do and had a fantastic night!!! We had indoor fireworks and party poppers for a picture. All the staff were very attentive and made sure we made the most of our bottomless brunch!!! Thank you for a great night!! Definitely recommend 💜

My friend and I went as part of the Bottomless Brunch deal. We were highly disappointed with our experience. The service was so slow despite the fact there were only 5 other tables. There were several bar staff who could see that we did not have a refill of our drinks and left us waiting some time between each drink so I could not describe it as plentiful or ‘bottomless’. The staff were not the friendliest either. That did take from the experience as we were both trying to get the waiters attention on several occasions. In terms of the food, the pizza was lovely and a great size. My friend ordered the waffles with chicken and it was a sorry sight in comparison. We then ordered some sides to supplement which cost extra. The sides were delicious. The music was good and that made the atmosphere improve for us but just a real shame that it ended up feeling like we were begging for another round of drinks each time. Especially when we were on holiday from Ireland and chose this as our start of the evening.

Food came out wrong. I specifically ordered it a certain way. Not only did it come out with mayo when I said "No Mayo" it had lettuce 🥬 eww. Like it's not even listed as having it on the menu. Why add it. Onion rings and chips good though. Maybe next time they can adhere to what I say

I have been here only twice. Expensive cocktails and not many people before 1:00. For the rest I have no complaints at all. Good music, specialy the reggaeton nights.

No food, only drinking. Not busy so very quick service by friendly staff. Pleasant atmosphere and not too loud that we couldn't hear each other, which makes a pleasant change.

Terrible!!! I went to celebrate my birthday but it was horrible!!! Second time I've been to the place, the first time was tragic and the second time was terrible!!! I chose the location because I imagined a more Latin style, I imagined that the name would also be the name, but NO. There are no Latin songs even if you REQUEST THE DJ he won't play!!! Not a place for us Latinos!!! Please don't frequent

Extraordinarily poor customer service. Treat this place as a Whetherdpoons; do not be drawn in by advertisements because you will be buying in to a false promise. I was disatisfied with a tiny issue, but when I tried to broach it with the manager, he was rude and insulting and rather than fix it. The manager basically tried to get the security staff to laugh at me - though it was unsuccessful, it pissed me off. I'll never drink in a Revs in the future. Don't degrade yourself by doing so either, message me if you want a decent bar to go to. 😂

Food at this bar doesn't need to be this good. I was pleasantly surprised. We went to Revs as part of a voucher deal for Pizza and Cocktails. We got two full pizzas, two cocktails each and two shots. Well worth the value of the voucher. The service was great, despite it being peak dinner time. The starters were also great. We ordered Gluten Free food and that pizza was excellent considering it's GF. My only negative is the dining area is blasted with loud music even at 6pm.

Booked a cocktail making masterclass with 3 course meal for a hen party. Really poor service. Despite preordering food in advance it took 1.5hrs for food to arrive. No communication from staff despite numerous complaints. Also certain ingredients were unavailable for the cocktail making. Very poor organisation and customer service.

Go in, get serviced quickly, get drunk. What more do you need?

We waited at least 15-20 minutes for our first drink, noticed the service was very very slow with barely many people in and drinks just left on the side waiting, we must have complained about 5 times throughout our time here for bottomless brunch. Pizza was undercooked, chips cold, Sausages tasted as if they’ve gone off and the Mac and cheese was given cold. we had a new set of Mac and cheese and chips. Throughout the whole two hours of cocktails we must have had at least 4 each. The full bill was 40-50£ and the shocker to think we still had to pay full price because their would be no alternative for the lack of service, lack of drinks and poor food was unreal. We will never come here again and will never suggest bottomless brunch here to anyone.

Attended on Saturday for a bottomless brunch. 3 drinks in 2 hours, as the staff were so slow. Our main waitress was so rude, and was a true representation of our experience. The toilets were dirty, the food stone cold and a 2 hour bottomless brunch, was actually an hour and a half, as they took ages to serve us and you aren’t allowed to order in the last 15 minutes. We were then told we had to leave our table, as soon as the brunch was over, and find a new seat, even though the place was empty. Would never return.

Worse bottomless brunch experience ever. Drinks had so much ice in they were like water. You were lucky if you managed to have 3 drinks as service was slow despite the venue not busy at all. Food was cold. Toilets were disgusting and leaking they should have had environmental health in to see them. If your gluten free then stay away from here. The bun was gluten free however the chicken burger inside it we were told that they couldn't tell us of it was gluten free. We were in a hen party and all on separate tables. Definitely won't be going here again.
