Poor service, tepid food, generally grubby with nothing to dry your hands with in the toilet. Actually witnessed another customer walk out when his meal was ultimately served to him!

Absolutely fabulous cocktail masterclass this afternoon with the amazing Stan! This was with a group of ladies for a special birthday. Every time I have had an event at Revs, it has been brilliant. The staff are really just first class, they bend over backwards for you. Well done management, you have a fantastic team!

Didn't have food, just wonderful cocktails. Atmosphere and vibe was electric. Will definitely be going back.

Stole £21~ off my wife after they let her order food on the app then informed her the kitchen was shut after the fact. She called, was told to email to get a refund, given the run around and then subsequently ignored. Thieves.

Horrendous avoid at all costs. Dirty, bar covered on plates and glasses nobody serving at the bar despite several people queuing. Grubby

The staff were Offering free entry Saturday night, but when you get to the door, it’s not free entry?? Big scam on revs part!!! Overpriced and nightclubby which strange considering it’s a restaurant

Went to Revs for bottomless brunch, we didn’t have a booking but Shannon the Bar staff helped get us a table and set up last minute, service was great and so was the food! Would recommend this brunch spot! Good vibes all round!

Revolution in Bristol was a decent place to spend New Year's Day 2021, despite it being a bit expensive and, surprisingly, quite quiet.

Had a bottomless brunch and our server was denim! What a legend! Kept the drinks flowing throughout and made sure we were never without a drink! The food was lushhh! Defo coming back!

We attended bottomless brunch at Bristol Revolution, drinks were constantly provided and they were being brought to our table before our other glasses were empty, Denim was our main server and he was so friendly and attentive couldn’t have had a better experience! Ethan also helped make our experience even better! Thankyou so much!

Had a great afternoon in Revolution having a brunch. Dehnam was brilliant, very attentive and made sure we always had drinks on order. Ethan was very organised and even got us some shots on the house! Will definitely be back

Came here on a hen do for bottomless brunch, considering we had had this booked for months, we were put on a bunch of small circular tables pushed together rather than a proper table like other groups. Pre ordered food, slow service, left on the pass for ages (we could see it!). Food was awful and some people got different food to what they ordered. I ordered avocado and eggs on toast - bought out one slice of what looked like hovis with some avocado and no eggs - told it was our fault because we ordered it? Took it away and then bought it back with undercooked poached eggs on top of the same toast. Service for bottomless drinks was very slow (20 minutes to get our drinks at one point!). Then 5 minutes before our 2 hours of bottomless brunch would have been up we were told we needed to leave as they had another booking! They had only just bought our drinks over! So we went and stood outside, only to see the table stay empty. Absolutely NOT worth £35 for small portions of bad food, poor cocktails and very slow service. Staff were nice but this was such a poor experience. Would not recommend to anyone!

Not good service. I put my drink down and when I came back my nearly full drink had been taken away. When I asked where my drink had gone a server said it had been thrown away as this is their policy due to spiking problems. There is no where stating this otherwise I wouldn’t have left my drink

The burger was not the best I have tasted,the salad was not a,salad just with leaves and croutons no other salad bits both need improvement the young lady was nice but the toilet I used was very dirty no soap or hand towels

Understaffed. The two that were working did a solid job for the footfall they had. But was all a bit underwhelming

I love Cuba and when I see a Cuban place somewhere, I can't resist visiting ;-) Revolution is a very atmospheric place, nicely decorated and with really tasty food. It's worth going for lunch or even just a beer.

The largest Revolution I've been too. Was a bit dead when we went there. That is a positive by the way. Bogs were a bit grim though.

Attended a cocktail masterclass with food after for a hen do. Music blasting out at 6pm with the masterclass held at the bar as close to the dj as we could have been put. No private room to do the masterclass so pretty much couldn’t hear the guy teaching us (was was very nice and tried his best). Really poor service for us when you expect to learn something but can hear nothing., Food was mediocre and we were forgotten about which meant our desserts were delayed. When the waiter was approached he said he didn’t know anything about us which sums up the experience really - they don’t care about their customers. Two of the hens couldn’t make it so they said they were not going to make the food paid for and did not refund the money paid for the meal part of the booking.

When arrived was given a small table for 3 people, the lady who seen us to our table we was not talk how the drinks menu works untill our 3rd server came who was lovely explained the drinks menu 15mins for our time was up, sp couldnt make the most of our time.

Wasn't overly impressed. Wasn't told all the drinks available for the bottomless brunch. Drinks were served quickly but weren't very nice.

The Cocktail Masterclass was great fun and our host, Denim, was very upbeat and a really fantastic host putting a lot of effort, patience and time into all the attendees (Thank you, Denim!) so this rating has absolutely no reflection on the class itself or our host. However, the food and service we were provided with after the class on the 2 course meal was terrible. The main courses were dry, cold and flavourless. And although we preordered everyone’s food 2 months in advance of the event, two of our group did not receive their food until I had to complain multiple times to various staff at the bar/kitchen etc. I was eventually told that the katsu curry the two members of our group were waiting on was no longer on the menu (despite us preordering everyone’s food off their online portal as we were advised to do). At no point were we told the food was not coming and/or for us to choose an alternative option… they just decided it was better to leave these people with no food what so ever whilst everyone else ate. Surely, we should have been told that these two people should pick an alternative option off the menu, instead of leaving us guessing on when it would arrive and leaving them hungry. After a further complaint and a long wait, they eventually came out with a makeshift meal for them instead. The problem with the food was extremely disappointing - please do not promise this service within the Cocktail Masterclass if you cannot deliver.

This place is filthy, needs a clean! We had afternoon tea; the food was poor (overcooked and bacon on a vegetarian dish), floors, tables, and chairs were sticky (not cleaned from night before) and confetti everywhere. Decided to leave mid way through the food. Don’t waste your money here.

Awful service, atmosphere and food. The tables were dirty and covered in glitter and confetti. The majority of the seats were broke. I was given bacon covered chips on a vegetarian platter and the food was covered in hairs. The staff were clueless. The manager was walking around with headphones on. The service for food and drinks was very slow, waited 40 minutes for food when it wasn’t busy (only 2 tables were occupied).

Had a lovely afternoon with friends

We had been given a virgin experience (afternoon tea), On entering the premises it was dirty outside, smelly and grimy inside, the tables were sticky, floor had confetti all over it, menus had either blood or ketchup on them, windows were greasy, fingermarks all over them. Food was terrible- burgers were dry and tasteless, everything deep fried. We were told to dress smart- however looking at this place there was no need. Got here at 12pm and have only had our savoury snacks- it’s now 13:30- Still waiting on our deserts. We were informed when the desserts finally came out to us that they had ran out of waffles so they had to go out and buy some. The waffles were burnt and very hard. Terrible. Will not be returning or recommending.
