My friend and I had the Bottomless brunch yesterday and our waiter Tom couldn't have been more attentive and friendly! He made sure to keep our glasses full and we left happy and tipsy!

Me and the girls had a fantastic bottomless brunch here a few weeks ago (Saturday 10th July) and was served by the great and entertaining Shannon. We were really looked after throughout and impressed by Shannon's memory along with the general good party vibes she gave off.This venue is really lovely with lots on the menu - great food. The bottomless brunch was not stingy at all and we were all happy with the selection on offer in the basic bb menu.

What a fabulous place I visited with my daughter I had the vegan selection. The customer service was absolutely brilliant. Ugne was wonderful thank you we will be back

Went for a bottomless brunch today and Indra looked after us. She was so good and attentive. Didn’t have to chase her like you normally do for bottomless brunches for drinks too ups. Highly recommend and food and drinks were great too.

From booking and customer service with Eliska who was so helpful. Through to the cocktail masterclass with Haydn I would absolutely recommend this place for food, atmosphere and service! The cocktail master class was amazing. Loads of good quality cocktails not fruit juices with a splash of alcohol, but the other way round (you have been warned!!) Haydn was very knowledgeable, will definitely be coming back on our next visit to Derby.

We were served by the brilliant Shannon, she’s absolutely the best host I’ve ever had. A warm, happy, friendly person with tonnes of personality to make you feel at home. Charlie made some incredible cocktails behind the bar and they were honestly delicious. I’d recommend Revs de Cuba to anyone based on these two people alone. Completely made a good day, great!Thanks guys, we’ll be back soon.

Great night last night cocktails 2 for 1 on a happy hour option.. sounded like a good idea at the time service was more then good shannon my server was more then amazing to the group and made our night.. will definitely be spending more mondays here

Visited Revolucion De Cuba based on previous reviews and the ratings. The reality couldn’t be further from the comments in the reviews. The only reason they received a one star is Trip Advisor doesn’t have a zero rating. Due to Covid and reducing contact with cash, all food and drink has to be ordered and paid for including any tips via an App in advance of receiving the said drinks and food, that is a red flag right there. Under no circumstances leave a tip via the App. The APP is easy to download and fairly easy to use. The drinks arrived in good time so no criticism there. The food however, was a disaster. The food menu on the App had lots of dishes “crossed through” meaning unavailable. Okay, we ordered what was available. Twenty minutes goes by no food, this is Tapas by the way. A Waiter arrives and says that he’s very sorry but there’s no sweet potato fries can we order something else. We did. Another 20 minutes ticks by. The same Waiter turns up again this time with a paper menu and says he sorry, there’s no Prawns either. Asks if we’d like to order something else or get said prawns taken off and refunded. The paper menu had more menu items crossed through than on the App. It’s now 8.30pm on a Friday evening so alternative dining opportunities limited. We ordered a replacement. The food eventually arrived after an HOUR in total. The onion rings were cold and greasy. The cheesy fries looked like the cheese has been melted in a microwave instead of under a grill. The vegetable enchiladas were soggy and fell apart when picked it up. In summary, we waited an hour for awful food paid for in advance. I asked the group of people on the table next to us how long they waited for food, guess what an hour as well. For an establishment which came with a big reputation they’ve let themselves and their customers down.

Bottomless brunch was excellent, service was superb and we thoroughly enjoyed all the food and drinks. Atmosphere was lovely, but felt very Covid safe. All staff were friendly, polite and couldn’t do enough for us. We left really impressed and will definitely return.

On June 26 I attended a seated cocktail master class for a hen do. Due to all the covid restrictions I didn’t have high hopes but I was surprised at how fun and enjoyable it was. Lewis who led the masterclass was a complete pro, he was very knowledgeable about the drinks and he was really friendly and fun and really made the experience great. We all had such a laugh and I’d definitely do a masterclass again and recommend them to friends! The drinks were great and excellent value for money! Despite having to make so many changes to the hen do due to covid we still had an amazing night! Thanks Lewis and Thanks Revs De Cuba!

I have previously rated this place 10/10 on several occasions. However this is my third visit since the reopening in May and unfortunately the service and standard of food has seriously deteriorated. The evening started well.We were warmly greeted by a friendly host and shown to our table for six. Then a cocktail and sparkler was bought for a member of our party celebrating a birthday. All’s good. Live Music playing.We immediately ordered our first drinks and waited 25 min for them to arrive. In the mean time we ordered food, very limited menu- most tapas dishes unavailable and so we had to choose a full meal. We all had the paella as again many dishes were unavailable. The rice was undercooked and the dish generally dry. The drinks were delivered slowly after ordering. The table was getting full and we asked several times for empties to be taken away, but were told on more than one occasion, ‘in a minute’. But in the end we cleared our own table onto the empty one next to us to make room. This was disappointing as staff could be seen chatting with each other at the bar. We didn’t leave a tip for the first time.In summary:Arrival- host lovely, very good.Table service- poor, waitress rude, slow, really not friendly, didn’t ask if food was ok, didn’t clear empties. Food- poor choice/ availability. Standard of food poor.Cocktails- delicious as always.Value for money- average.Atmosphere- lots of empty tables for a Saturday. Music was good. Birthday candle a nice touch.Toilets- toilet rolls empty!Recommend- not after this most Recent visit unfortunately.

Indra provided an amazing service at bottomless brunch on Friday. Food was great and she always made sure the drinks were topped up! Can’t wait to go back again :)

Bearing in mind we usually visit Cuba to dance the night away, it was strange to be spending the evening sat at a table and eating! That said, the food was fantastic and our waitress Fran was polite, attentive and ensured we had all we needed and wanted at all times.I prefer the party atmosphere of a pre-COVID Cuba but until those days are back we’ll happily settle for the great food and service we received tonight.

First time visiting Revs De Cuba for bottomless brunch and the service from the wait staff was impeccable. They were so attentive and so much fun! Jamal and Nicole deserve a pay rise for they’re service, we were never waiting for a new drink or food, and they were so kind!

Lewis and Erin were amazing!!!!! Had Lewis for the cocktail class and he was absolutely amazing made my friends amd myself feel so comfortable!! Erin was also so brilliant with our food service honestly would 100% recommend. THANK YOU GIYS!!!

Had an amazing time at De Cuba with my friends on Tuesday night the drinks & tapas was excellent and our server Shannon was brilliant. Also the Cuban ice teas are exceptional.

We were served by Indra, she was very nice, chatty and friendly. Service was ok the drinks on offer weren't a great variety and the one we wanted had been taken off. The Strawberry Daiquiri wasn't frozen at all and tasted of tap water. Food was nice. We had booked our table and were asked for the table back before our time was up as they wanted to clean it for the next group coming, we were offered alternative seating but it wasn't as nice as where we were sat I asked for our drinks to be topped up in exchange for having to leave our table over 20/30minutes early which they did happily.

Called in after work for a cheeky drink and some tapas. Cocktails were 241 and 3 for £14 on tapas - bargain. Shout out to Shannon, Lewis and Ugne. Amazing service!

Service is always great, you walk in and you feel like your part of a family. The entire experience with Revs De Cuba is fantastic Menu is great the drinks are always spot on hands down my favourite place in derby!

Literally had such a good experience here today! Our server Shannon was amazing and couldn’t have done more for us. The cocktails tasted great and super colourful , well garnished and the fajita sandwich for lunch honestly makes me drool. Definitely coming back, especially for the rum Mayo ;)

Extremely disappointed with the door servicemen. I have been visiting Revolution De Cuba for a number of years and have always experienced excellent customer service. Tonight, I approached the door with my partner to ask if there were any tables available as I am aware there are a number of tables available for a walk in service during the Covid restrictions. We were turned away and told to by the doormen to come back in an hours time, however 3 minutes later we saw a group of women approach the doorman and ask if there were any tables available. They entered the premises with no questions asked and told there was no wait. The behaviour and attitude towards us as a young couple is extremely discriminatory and disgraceful and I will be reporting this to the management team. I would never consider this Restaurant and bar to have such attitudes toward certain ‘types’ of people who they feel do not ‘fit’ with their clientele. I am appalled and disappointed.

So pleased with the service, food and drinks today. Indra who looked after us was fantastic and really helped make a long over due catch up all the more special. Such great variety of drinks and food was delicious! Thanks so much! Highly recommended!

This evening I was thankfully served by one of the UKs finest gents who really showed how customer service should be done. Tom was attentive, detail orientated and really cared about the customer service and experience. Great food, friendly service. For a picky eater it was the perfect evening.

Unbelievable service. Tom was on everything. Polite, prompt, professional and nothing he could solve if needed. Food was delicious and cocktails were amazing!

We visited on Friday night for food and drinks and had an amazing night! The cocktails were delicious, and after accidentally knocking one over, Tom was so quick to clean everything up and asked Jordan behind the bar to make me another. The only downside was that a few of the tapas dishes we wanted weren't available ,so we ended up picking the lamb meatballs as a replacement and they were a bit dry and gristly. But all in all, a really great night and we will definitely be back.

Got together with colleagues for few drinks in de Cuba Derby! We were very amazed how lovely atmosphere and service have been! Just wanted to say Nicole the waitress was extremely helpful, made sure our drinks were severed and arrived rapidly. She was on the ball and could see the table needed clearing and drinks needed ordering. Very friendly staff member and was lovely to everyone on the table

Had some lovely tapas and cocktails last night and had an amazing evening. Drinks and food to suit every taste and both delicious. We had an issue with our tacos but Tom (I hope I remembered the right name, I was a bit tipsy) was very apologetic and sorted us out with a fresh dish and a round of drinks straight away. Great service from him and the rest of the team. Highly recommend!

Me and my colleague came here when for a cocktail afternoon for a late Christmas do. We got served by a young lady called Nicole who was extremely pleasant and friendly and looked after us very well and regularly made sure we were okay, and enjoying our food and drink. We will definitely be visiting again, and hope that all the staff are as great as Nicole. Highly recommend this place and their list of really nice cocktails.

The food was up to par. Customer service was very good. The moment we sat down a server came straight away. Brooklyn was amazing to us, kept check on our table and was of help anytime we needed her. Would definitely recommend for a date or night out.

What can I say. First day back out after a year fighting this virus and Nicole was superb and settled an anxiety we had. We loved Cuba before but her service was outstanding and her conversation was like we had known her years. She really made our visit and will be back. Also the food was incredible

Came for brunch with four friends. Indra made us feel like her only priority - couldn't have asked for more! Jordan, Haydn and Monika made sure our table was never empty drinks wise. If you find yourself in Derby, make sure you book a brunch. Greay value!

Having been to bottomless brunches at different revs de Cuba’s, I can honestly say this was the best experience out of all of them. Monica was amazing, always checking up on us and making us feel welcome. Honestly the best person I have ever come across whilst at a restaurant, she made me and my partner feel like we could ask her anything! This was my partners first bottomless brunch and it made his birthday even better, couldn’t thank Monica enough! We can’t wait to come back again!

Today, Sunday 18th October, we visited Revolution de Cuba, Derby, for a few late afternoon cheeky '2 for 1 cocktails.' We were greeted at the entrance, as usual, by 2 lovely members of staff and shown to a table. After ordering cocktails from our server, Tom, we discovered that the 2 for 1 All Day Sunday offer had been altered to 2 for 1 only after 5 pm. My husband and I are both Amigo Card holders and had not been informed of these changes, prior to this, and would not have been aware had Tom not thought to mention this to us. Tom was very courteous and friendly and was kind enough to offer us his staff discount on our 2 cocktails, as he knew we were regular visitors and as previously mentioned, had not been informed of these changes. We were both most appreciative of this kind gesture. Yet again, Tom, a member of your staff, has gone that extra mile to help the customers. We really do appreciate how dedicated most of the staff at Revolution de Cuba are. Thanks to you all, but especially Tom, today xxx

In all of the madness that is happening day to day, you need to go to a venue where they have someone like Shannon. She knows how to put you at ease and make the afternoon beyond fun! Thank you and we look forward to seeing you soon x
