Some staff are rude, when you order certain things on menu you don't get all that's advertise, for example, thick shake brownie one, you don't have half the Ingredients they say that goes ontop, no broniw pieces or wafer... and other things too. Have told them a number of times and yer to,change it, false advertising on ehat comes in food when you order. Grumpy staff.

I visited today and have two times previously. All of which I have had the slowest service ever. Entered the ice cream shop with nobody at the till. We waited for two minutes but still nobody came. So, we went to the kitchen door and we saw someone there. They said their colleague was coming in five minutes. I then saw that this person was running the whole restaurant. He was making pizza for deliveries, making burgers and desserts for people in the restaurant and also was serving us. After a ten minute wait, no other colleague came however that same person from earlier came and served us. He, as a sorry, then gave an extremely large scoop of ice cream. However, please do not be mistaken, the service was of one person trying his absolute best: the management was doing a very lousy job. The ice cream is a five stars and the other pizzas, burgers and cakes are a 3.5 star.

Disappointed, left after 5 mins waiting, no one serving or greeting at shop front. Very quiet with customers inside. No option to rate zero star.

Ordered online and took over 2 hours to be delivered. Phone the store and they hung up immediately. When in store and told us they were busy but had no instore customers one online order on the counter and all the staff sitting around. The staff member I spoke to was rude and arrogant. Poorly run and managed place. An poor excuse of a so called business.

Shocking place ordered food waited for delivery for an hour only to find 2 items missing and 1 wrong iteam. So called and spoke to the manager told him I would be down in 5 min he said ok I got there in 5min only to find he had gone out I got to,d he was on 1 delivery about 15min for 35min later I get told he’s doing 4 delivery’s the guy in tHe shop didn’t care and thought it was a joke. I then have someone on there phone saying he was the manager but it wasn’t the guy I spoke to was then told the was the delivery driver.total joke. The guy. On the phone was well what do you want me to do so I left 55min after going back with the missing food but hay no sorry nothing but waste of time as my burger was cold by the time I got back. Shocking service Staff are rude Wouldn’t go back there again

Used to be lovely to order. ordered one pancake for younger child, firstly had issue with website as it told me my payment had failed then asked to pay again. paid again, to be told by my bank i had paid twice so i had to get a refund through the bank. arrived at the restaurant with the food being ready so that was nice, just a shame that when i had left the shop and opened the box, all of the toppings were on the side of the box and not on the pancake itself. fustrated, i walked back and asked for it to be either remake or a refund into my bank account, shame the worker didn’t understand my issue with the toppings being not on the pancake. after 5 minutes of explaining, the worker finally allowed me to claim a refund, where instead of bank refund i was offered cash. again another shame that the money i was given back was not the same as what i had paid online, and a lower amount was given to me instead.

Very underrated pizza place, portions are enormous, very delicious and nice price

Ordered our meal via Deliveroo. 10 minutes after we placed the order I forgot to put in the notes about having no olives in my wrap, my partner phoned them up and although they had already made it, they redid it fresh for me without the olives 🫒- which I thought was very kind of them. Food arrived 30 minutes early and was all hot and delicious! Thank you team at Republic of pizza and desserts!

Order was 1.5 hours late, all food was stone cold and part of order was totally wrong, would have given 0 stars if it was an option.

Ordered two XXL Pizzas and some chicken nuggets. Ordered was so delayed, waited over one and the half hour. Expensive for nothing. Awful cheese on pizza and hardly any mushrooms, they arrived cold, we didn’t enjoy it. Not recommended ESPECIALLY on a Saturday night.

I ordered desserts from here and safe to say never again. The ice cream was lumpy, and tasted awful. My son is currently hanging over a toilet feeling very sick after eating some. The food took an hour to get to us and the waffle was ice cold. It all was genuinely awful.

Lovely staff food and wait times only take 5 to 15 min I eat here slot and do the £6 burger fries and drink deal it good high quality cheap food with a lovely atmosphere 🙂🙂🙂👍👍

Ordered chicken chips. The chicken arrived cold, chips and the sauce have not arrived, tried calling them over 8 times but they only picked up once where they said would redeliver the missing item and they never arrived. They are now hanging up my calls

We ordered buy one get one free pizza for my daughters birthday, the pizza's were awful! They were cut as though a child had sliced them and it was on the most thinnest base that exists! We complained to the manager named Ahmed. Ahmed then kindly said they were very busy and not sure what happened and so agreed to rectify the situation by giving us pizza and 2 portions of hot wings the next day. The next day, I speak to Ahmed who then I found out lied to be Ahmed (manager) as another Ahmed rang back and said he doesn't know why his colleague said that as he was the manager but then agreed to deliver the pizza and wings as agreed by his colleague. We then found the delivery driver has mixed up deliveries, we had a burger and one pizza, he then came back for the burger and 10 mins later delivers us the wings. We then find there are 9 wings instead of 12! I spoke to Ahmed again and he says its not his problem and it's going to cost him to fix it! He then said the kitchen made a mistake and gave 9! It seems as though the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing! Absolute rubbish service and they just make up stories as they go! The manager changes name instantly...the manager was now called Ali as Ahmed was the acting manager all of a sudden and Jawaad didn't even understand what deep pan meant for pizza! Extremely disappointed and disgusted in management and their service! I would watch out for being ripped off here! It's by far the worst place in Eastleigh.

The burger 🍔 burger buns where not toasted it was quite the menu has changed the only thing that was nice is the milkshake

very quiet when we went. Staff were wonderful with the excited small boy we had in tow. Just be warned that the extra large pizza is enormous. It was stone baked and delicious.

Absolutely delightful experience, delicious juicy burgers and halal as well 😋. Big portions of side dishes and decadent desserts to boot. Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend it

A gem of a place. Impeccable customer service, they are so kind to their regulars. Pizza is the "best pizza in the world" according to my son. The ice creams are out of this world, and if you order a coffee, make sure you avail of their offer for a free piece of cake. We love their vanilla cheesecake! My Dad won't go anywhere else in Eastleigh and introduced us all to the charms Republic of Pizza and Dessert.

Appalling place, terrible service and food. Ordered a crepe which was undercooked, when we tried to return it, the waiter’s attitude was pretty bad and he was trying to make excuses for why the crepe was so bad. Asked for something else instead but he insisted he could only remake the same thing, which was terrible all over again, another undercooked crepe. It's really nice all in one takeaway/ restaurant. You have the option of getting a burger, pizza etc. Or just dessert. It's clean and big with decent seating area. They have a washroom. The food was nice and served hot. The desserts are nice and big portions.

Not good looks like going out of business

I tried to go here on Thursday between 2pm & 3pm, just to get ice cream, there was no staff member at the counter and I waited for a few minutes to be served, I did see a staff member at the counter but he ignored me, never spoke to me or told me if it wasn't opened, don't bother with this place, there are better alternatives, I am not surprised that the place was empty.

Popped in today to enjoy coffee and cake. When we walked in the person behind the counter was on their phone then disappeared out the back, we stood there for 10-15 mins but nobody returned so walked out. Very disappointed!

Very dirty place! Should have food hygiene 1 just like KFC. They don't even bother to wash fruits for desserts they take them straight from the box with their dirty hands...avoid!!!!

We ordered a takeaway from the restaurant. We had a pizza, two sides and a dessert which after discounts came to about £25. Everything was delicious and the price was great. Will be ordering again!

The food arrived in good time so they get 1 star for that! All the food from my order had something wrong with it. Waffle ordered- forgot ice cream, fruit missing Burger ordered- wrong bun Burger ordered -wrong bun Burger ordered- completely wrong burger sent! Spicy fries- wet and clumped together….disgusting, inedible. Loaded fries- cold, tasteless and dry Cheesy jalapeño bites- no cheese In them Hot wings- this was prob the only correct item! Customer service appalling. When I called to complain I was told I could have a full refund which I was very surprised about but obviously happy about. Was told they would call back to arrange. 2 hours later no return call so I called back. They are now denying I was ever offered a refund and are requesting all the food back if I want a refund. This I would have been happy to do if mentioned at time of original call obviously 2 hours later the food has been partially eaten and the rest put in the bin. I offered my bin to them. I found them very rude making up lies about the previous conversation. Not happy at all. Awaiting a 50% refund apparently they need to email their IT department!! Never ordering again.

I have previously ordered their burger meal deals, alongside their shakes (in the Winchester branch), today I ordered the 2-4-1 15’’ loaded meat pizza. There was a small discrepancy as I ordered with Uber Eats, and I would advise customers to specify in the ‘special instructions’ comments that you have selected the deal, or you may only receive one pizza. Despite this, they responded quickly over the phone, were very professional and polite, and have now sent out the other pizza without any hassle, excellent customer service. The pizza is incredible, seldom do you find a thin and crispy base that seems authentically Italian (I understand it’s not Italian, but the point stands regardless), unlike Pizza Hut, Domino’s, and the larger chains. The 2-4-1 deals are incredibly reasonable, especially if ordering for 2 people (I’m just fat). I’d add that they may need to adjust their delivery estimations, as it typically takes longer than first suggested, but it’s worth the wait. Would highly recommend.

Awful food, awful service! Waited 90 minutes for some burgers, a pizza and loaded fries. Rung the place to see where it was and it then took a further 30 minutes. The pizza was cold and like cardboard, the fries came plain when we paid extra for loaded and both burgers were incorrect. Rung again to complain to which they said nothing can be done except a cheesecake voucher for next order! Absolutely not ordering from them again so free cheesecake going!!

I've had a pizza from here on 2 occasions and both times it has been tasty, my only comment would be that it could do with being cooked for a couple of extra minutes. The deserts look and sounds very nice and there is also a selection of alternatives to pizza like burgers etc. They currently have 50% off which makes the food fairly reasonable, but it will become expensive when this offer ends, making them not so competitive.

The service was very friendly BUT the 50% discount turned out to be about 46%, the vegetarian pizza with no onions comes with onions, the toppings are sparse, the tomato pure is more like ketchup. 2 stars because the lady bening the counter was welcoming, otherwise remarkably poor. I don't think Dominos need worry.

We ordered a sundae, it arrived late with not even half a cup full of ice cream, we phoned the establishment and were told there was nothing they could do because they were busy(which is understandable for a Saturday night) however the only compensation we were offered was a possible free sundae the next time we order, really did not feel this was good enough

Would highly recommend the burgers. Always fantastic quality and value. They normally have a good deal here too. Check Just Eat and Uber Eats and see which has a deal that works for you.

Went here Saturday lunchtime. The food is very good but expensive unfortunately the service let it down - drinks didn’t arrive until after the food and half the food ordered didn’t arrive. The toilet could do with a clean too.

Lovely place, incredibly clean, girl Working there was very friendly, bit of a wait in-between our orders as my parter had finished 3/4s of hers before I got mine as they seemed to make then 1 at a time, but it's good value for money and prefer it to sprinkles or scoops

Never ordered from here before and to be honest, never will again. 3 Pizzas all correct but.. All Cold and tough as old boots to a point I couldnt chew after the 3rd slice.. 30 mins late but tasted like they were a day old.. Order domino's or papas instead, tastier and less trauma to the jaw.. Probably cheaper as well. Pictures are of a loaded meat 🤔 £38 in all= 2x large 1x Medium Nothing like the pictures on the website. No flex in the pizza what so ever

Tried this place recently and the food was not great quality at all. Portion sizes are small and beef patty was very dry. Waffle wasn't nice at all but generous with sauce and toppings. Milkshake was probably the best part of my meal the rest needs serious quality check. I don't think I will be returning anytime soon.

I recently tried the peri peri chicken pizza and the ferrero roche pizza at this restaurant and I was blown away by how delicious both of them were! The peri peri chicken pizza had the perfect amount of spice and the chicken was cooked to perfection. The ferrero roche pizza was also amazing, with the perfect balance of chocolate and hazelnuts. The crust on both pizzas was crispy and delicious. Overall, I highly recommend trying both of these pizzas if you are a fan of bold flavors. In addition to the fantastic food, I also have to mention the excellent customer service at this restaurant. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure that our experience was enjoyable from start to finish. They were also happy to accommodate any requests or dietary restrictions that we had. Overall, the combination of delicious food and great customer service made for a truly great dining experience.

Wouldn’t order from here again. Delivery time said between 15-25 minutes. I’m still waiting an hour and a half later. Called up twice to ask for an update and both times been told it’ll be another so many minutes. Cant even cancel my order.

Been here a few times now and always enjoyed the huge coffees and cakes. Also had a great takeaway of pizza and burgers with the little one as a weekend treat. Great little treat and nice relaxed setting in the restaurant.

I was excited to see an independent Italian place that sells traditional Italian cuisine, I finally got my chance to try some of the food and I have to say, for the prices they charge and portrayal as an “independent Italian” restaurant I was left bitterly disappointed. Not only do I not believe that a stone oven was used, which is normally seen as the Italian way of making pizzas. But in all honesty, some places that specialises in kebabs have better pizzas than this supposed Italian. The pizza tasted of cardboard, in fact cardboard has more flavour than this pizza and the amount of toppings put on the pizza would have made “lunchables” look like a 10 course meal at the Savoy. It says a lot about this place if the chips, a side dish, was the best item of my order. Quite frankly people, spend the £3 - £4 more to get a Domino’s instead and it’s only a couple of yards away from this place. Not only that, the frozen Pizzas at Iceland would run rings around their pizzas. I will be avoiding this establishment indefinitely. It was a very disappointing experience.

Ordered a King burger from deliveroo on this place, which is their chicken burger with cheese, photos showed it came with chips and for the price of £9.99, I also asked for a greene bun which it didnt come with. I presumed it did as the photo showed it did and on other burgers too. It arrived, no chips, burger looked actually disgusting, mushed to crazy, the chicken that was used looked like bonless wings put into a burger rather than an actual chicken breast, and the price for it all costed me £13.99 in total.. I seriously seriously do NOT reccomend this place at all.

Clean, tidy and great customer service when I stopped with my son for ice cream in the hot weather a couple of days ago. No pic available as I wanted to eat it straight away.

Been here a couple of times now and each time the staff have come across as unhappy to be there. Whilst the range of ice creams on offer is extensive, it's not the best ice cream in town nor is it particularly cheap compared to other places. It's unlikely I'll be back here again.

I dunno It was messy, I got a margarita pizza, chicken wings, fat burger and 2milkshakes for my self, I loved the crust on the pizza. The burger needed more cheese which I asked for and didn’t get it was tasteless need seasoning. The chicken wings seemed standard sort of was alright . I’m not sure what type of gelato ice cream they have but it’s cheap. Omg I love the crust

Staff are really rude and aloof. They have no concept of what customer care really entails. They shouted at me across the restaurant for changing my baby's clothes on a seat. If they had the right baby change facilities, then I wouldn't of had to do it that way in the first place. I'm never going there again

Desserts and drinks were nice but the toilet, only one of them on premises, wasn't clean. Had the appearance of not having been cleaned for several days.

Start with the good points, Burger meal and milkshake £7.99. Really good burgers and great milkshakes! We were the only two people in there at 6:30 and there were 2 tables that hadnt been cleared and they were still there when we left 30 mins later. The toilet hadn't been cleaned all day either by the looks of it. The place looks unfinished, Half the bar area is exposed and you can see the lighting wiring in the ceiling. With a few little touches this place could be really good. Pop a menu on the window to attract passers by. The food is really good value but the place itself needs a good clean!
