Red Planet Pizza in Guildford

Ordered 2 lasagnes and the person on phone asked if I wanted beef or veggie, asked for beef and when order arrived it was 2 spaghetti Bolognese. I Telephoned to say order was wrong and they were not interested in the fact they had got the order wrong. Won’t be ordering again.

Takeaway pasta….. absolutely bloody awful! Too much spaghetti, barely any sauce, no flavour whatsoever apart from the cheese and that was dubious! An Italian would be insulted that it was passed of as soap bolognese…… Never again!!

So tasty _ have ordered this pizza numerous times ,my opinion has still not changed. Satisfied with the fast delivery

I had the best pizza of my life at that time. Since then I have ordered this place numerous times and my opinion about this pizza has still not changed.

I ordered a pizza with no mushrooms, I made sure of it as I am allergic to them. I added some extras and made sure I didn’t click mushrooms. When my pizza came it had mushrooms on but I didn’t see them until I had finished one piece of pizza so had eaten some. My dad then rang and they were rude telling him that it was my fault. We checked the receipt and there was no mushrooms on there. They were so rude on the phone. Really disappointing.

Manager was eating a slice of pizza like a homeless bloke. When I tried placing an order he said he is going to charge me double the price because I said him eating pizza whilst on shift was un-hygienic. I left and ordered somewhere else’s because the service was so terrible.

Absolutely terrible, joined with a bar local and they still took the mick! I didn’t get off the toilet for a while and the staff inside were ruder than I’ve ever experienced! Threatened to charge me double for questioning!!!

So rude and incompetent, avoid at all costs. Don’t waste your money! Customers are not their priority.

These guys charged me for an 18" pizza but delivered a 12". When I called up the guy screamed at me and called me all sorts of rude words. The 12" that came was greasy, disgusting, and inedible. Don't order from this place. Save your money.

Asked for a 18in, gave me a large n charged me the same as the 18in. They lied and said it was a cash only deal, then lied again and said it was a lunch time offer. Rude and I couldn’t be bothered in the end over 4 quid. Muppets

Used Red Planet before and it was great. This time, not one of our pizzas had the sauce base on - it was just cheese on top of crust. Also, the deep pan pizza came as a thin crust. When we called to complain, it took ages for someone to actually give us an answer. They delivered 2 new pizzas much later and a drink of our choice....which they got wrong when they delivered it. Such a shame.

Order didn't arrive for 1hr 45 mins after placing it. Pizza and sides absolutely stone cold (not even luke warm). Called to complain. Very rude member of staff who REFUSED a refund or replacement - then told us never to order from them again.. because we live too far away. The previous pizza ordered arrived piping hot within 25 mins... so flawed logic right there. We'll take our business elsewhere to the new Dominos that's opening up close to us soon!

What a rude disgusting person I had deal with on the phone ordered delivery through just eat cash on delivery. Just spoke to red planet pizza about order 504038493 told them chicken wings missing. Got rude response he told not order from them again? He is now delivery them in hour whilst we eating. He made excuse they were very busy. I explained them being busy was not my concern as why they were missing they managed get the bill right. So damn rude

Ordered a pizza from Red planet Guildford branch last week. Pizza never came, so I called them up and the chap i spoke too didn't seem too bothered about the issue. Checked my bank account the next day, only to discover that I have been charged for the privilege of being left hungry and disappointed. I have called the head office several times, written an e-mail and so far, they have been unhelpful, dismissive and as yet, no attempt has been made to refund me or make any kind of apology. If this Issue is not resolved within then next two days I will be contacting trading standards.I'm sorry to say this Red Planet but my experience with your service has been regrettable to say the very least.Hungry guys? I recommend going to Dominoes..

Great pizza and very prompt when delivering, great deals and love the sweet chilli garlic bread. Very good choice of pizzas and other dishes.

Ordered for delivery at work. Delivery was half the size and twice the price, called the branch and we were basically mugged off. No care from the staff and nop manager to resolve the situation. Will never use again.

El servicio de atención al cliente de inaceptable un chico llamado Alli. Pedimos pizza y estábamos esperando 1:30 horas. Después de llamar para lo que pasó el hombre dijo que nuestra orden era lst y que nos dio una botella de Coca-Cola gratis. Tuvimos que esperar otra media hora ... Just for Laughs! No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

Conseguimos la oferta para almorzar por 6,95 además de un lado y una bebida. No hay nada de que quejarse. Llegamos a tiempo. Todo llegó caliente y todos estaban muy buenos! La crema de queso el Jalapeno cosas eran increíbles!

Nos dieron un folleto por primera vez en mi zona. Tiempo para el almuerzo, con niños gritando después de una pizza, dieron el Flyer y llame para pedir una pizza y pollo ala grande.

Absolutely dire, i think id rather starve then get from here again, the back of house looked grubby and unclean, the food when i had a delivery was cold late and the service was rude (they couldn't understand me?) poor communication, the menu has such good variety if only it could be as it says on the menu....

Ordered through hungry house a pizza from their online menu. They called up immediately after I'd finalised the order and said they didn't do that pizza anymore so I asked how it would work if I wanted a refund and they said I'd have to go through hungry house which I'm sure isn't the case. So I asked them what alternatives they did, they just said too many to tell me. Looked on their online menu again and selected an alternative which they said they didn't do. Finally found one and ordered. They're over half an hour late delivering. I've never had this level of misservice before in my life. Cannot recommend in any way shape or form, steer clear!

Ordered food and got a delivery 2 hours later then it was wrong and said he couldn't change it as the drivers were busy so I said that's not my fault and he said just keep it and well do a deal next time I can't eat spicy food so I couldn't eat it it was just the manner of the manager rude rude rude and then slammed the phone down I will be contacting Guildford council about this say clear people

When I ordered pizza,it felt like talking to a machine,no sense of friendliness,no greeting,just what's your number etc.I was looking forward to having a hot dog crust pizza as shown on the picture.First of all the staff wanted to overcharge me,as he told me they charge £4.00 whilst on the leaflet it says 3.50.When I mentioned that,I felt like they doing me a favor as he said we will charge you then £3.50 this time.What a disappointment when the pizza arrived-if you see the picture of the leaflet,it shows hot dog sausage in the crust.What I received was a quarter! of some sausage that had nothing to do with hot dog.When calling and asking why is it different than the picture shows,first he pretended he does not understand and then he just said it's the way the pizza is done!Never more...Pizza Hut is the winner in Guildford.
