Red Leaf World Buffet in Sandwell

Two stars is generous. Went on a Friday evening and disappointed to say the variety of food has massively gone down, best thing there was the dosa- other than this nothing else was cooked at a live station/fresh. Food was not replenished or topped up when it was running low, the same food was left sitting out from 3 hours earlier when we arrived. Was also told beer did not taste good.

I’ve never been one for all you can eat buffet meals but I have to say this one the food was fabulous. The waiters was friendly and very helpful. We didn’t feel rushed. Cocktails was brilliant and 2 or one deal when we visited. Very clean and tidy venue. I will definitely be returning Recommendation. It would be nice to see a little more fish meals and some cheese and crackers

Had an amazing time at Redleaf Global Buffet! The food selection is massive, but the Indian street food section stole the show. The dosa was crispy and delicious, and the chicken tikka masala with naan was easily one of the best I’ve had at a buffet. The grilled items were full of flavor too – you can tell they put effort into everything. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and good value for money. Perfect spot if you want to try a bit of everything. Definitely recommend!

Came here last week for my mum's 70th birthday, great atmosphere And great quality food The food is well cooked And there is big variety of Indian, Chinese, and mexican, all foods including starters were tasty And fresh. Staff were friendly and very helpful. This is my 3rd visit here I highly recommend this place to everyone.

A Pleasant Surprise at Red Leaf – The Old Red Leaf is Back! I visited Red Leaf about 6–7 weeks ago and was quite disappointed with the service and food at the time. However, I returned yesterday for a friend’s birthday celebration held there and I must say, I was genuinely surprised by the dramatic improvement. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, a complete turnaround from my previous visit. The food was excellent — the Tawa Chicken and Dosa especially stood out. It’s clear that serious efforts have been made to improve both service and quality. I can confidently say that Red Leaf is back to its best, and I won’t hesitate to recommend it as the best buffet in the Midlands.

Mixed Experience – Great Food, Long Wait We were there with a group of 8, and the place was packed. A few other guests were also waiting. The receptionist initially told us the wait would be around 20 minutes, but we ended up waiting for over 40. While that was a bit frustrating, it didn’t seem to be entirely their fault — the previous guests may have taken longer than expected to leave. Once we were seated, it was clear why the place was so busy. The food was excellent — flavorful and well-prepared. The service was also very polite and attentive, which made up for the long wait. Despite the delay, we enjoyed our meal and had a lovely evening. I would strongly recommend this place to any food lover — just be prepared for a possible wait during peak hours.

Very enjoyable for a family especially if your celebrating a birthday. Me and my husband are quite fussy when it comes to eating out but every time we come we always enjoyed it. Staff very polite and helpful, definitely recommend.

I recently visited red leaf. My experience was so good there. If I talk about the food that was amazing and you can get many varieties there. In the other hand services were great. Red leaf’s staff were very kind, welcoming. Specially a girl who was working on shop floor her name was Jyoti working so well. She is too sweet to everyone and guide who was visiting first time there.I recommend to everyone must visit there if you want to taste Indian food and enjoy….😊😊

I recently visited Red leaf and had an awful experience. When I gave the feedback about service. 1 female staff started arguing and was very rude and told me if I have problem I should go somewhere else she was so unprofessional and was showing so much attitude.

Bad experience as the staff especially the girl serving in the evening today was very rude. Misbehaved when given a genuine feedback about no music played today as they usually have good Punjabi music played which make evening entertaining. But rather than speaking politely she started arguing. Totally spoiled the evening . Won’t recommend.

We just went there to spend our special occasion, everything was good but the behaviour of female staff wasn’t good as we requested to play just few songs of our choice we don’t know her(female staff) name but she’s very rude in behaviour which we really don’t appreciate.

dont come here if you want a decent meal. the only food i liked when i came here was the starters - the sweet and sour chicken had too much red colouring in it and i had a stomach ache after. it was £105 for 4 people including drinks. the gajrela halwa was very watery. do NOT come here

It was very nice visiting Redleaf today. They have a variety of dishes and I really like chicken tikka masala and their naans. Their fish pakora was really nice. Me and my kids really enjoyed there. My husband was really impressed and decided to come back on my birthday. All of the staff were very nice and supportive. A big shoutout to the chef who was on the street food counter he was really nice and supportive.

I had an absolutely awful experience at Red Leaf Buffet, and I feel compelled to warn others. I was served food that had visible mold on it, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about their food safety standards. When I pointed this out to the staff, instead of apologizing or showing any concern, they immediately threw the moldy tomato in the bin. If we hadn’t taken a photo beforehand, they probably would have tried to deny it ever happened. What made the situation even worse was their complete lack of professionalism in handling the issue. They did not offer any sort of refund, replacement, or even a sincere apology. It was as if they didn’t care at all that they had served something that could potentially make a customer sick. Given how they handled the situation, I can’t help but wonder what else might be going on behind the scenes in their kitchen. A restaurant that disregards basic food safety and treats customer complaints with such indifference is not a place I can trust. I will never be coming back, and I strongly advise others to think twice before eating here. If they are willing to serve moldy food and then dismiss valid concerns, who knows what other standards they are neglecting? Don’t go to this business, it should be closed down and held under further review. The hygiene rating of 3 is clearly a lie, it should be a big fat 0, it doesn’t even deserve a hygiene rating.

As soon as we walking into the buffet we had a bad vibe. The food was moldy, especially the tomato's who clearly had a lot of viruses growing on them. The staff didn’t even offer us a full refund, instead the staff member tried to cover it up by throwing the moldy food in the bin. They also forced us to pay a £10 service charge which is actually legally optional so we corrected them on their false facts and prejudice. Do NOT go here ever again. We even had a child with us who now feels REALLY unwell. READ THIS BEFORE YOU GO!

Food is excellent plenty variety to choose from I would recommend better then going to restaurant have little portions and enjoy the food don’t fill ur plate and leave half as waste 5 star

The family and I went out for a special occasion and the food was amazing, staff was very friendly and helpful. The overall music, hygiene and atmosphere was a 5/5. Loved it! Would recommend it.

Experience at red leaf was amazing. We had a party for 35 people and they all loved the atmosphere, food and ambience. Manager Jay was really very good and he delivered what he promised.All the staff on the restaurant floor was good and provided great service. We are planning to arrange one more event there because of positive experience we had with them.

Food was not to the level it used to be. The price has increased to £24.00 per person. They have stopped doing the paneer starter, that was the best starter they did. The food service was very slow despite it being quiet. The usual dosa guy wasnt there and it seems like all the staff were new apart from one regular chef at the starter section. I asked for dosa, material was used tightly and the second dosa was empty despite ordering a paneer dosa. They will keep nagging you to buy a drink every 5 minutes to increase the bill. The indian main course was tasteless today. Not sure if ownership has changed but the food quality has dropped from what it used to be along with service. Hopefully better nextime but doubt i visit again.

Booked Christmas meal today, Disappointed with way treated. Asked to leave and tried to over charge us. Not happy telling my friends and family we have to go. Will not be booking and further functions here and tell others not too. We all went to the sportsman pub and spent over £300 there!!!!

Large restaurant with a lively atmosphere. There is a decent space for each table, so we didn't feel cramped. The staff were very helpful in explaining the menu and giving advice around the spiciness or not of the dishes. The people in our party loved the food they had, one was a vegetarian and was well catered for. The food was flavourful and good quality. With the murgh malai tikka and chilly chicken tbeing great. Our vegetarian had the chilli paneer , tawa wali tikka , Decent value for money in West Bromwich .

The food was too spicey for me and not what I would call global unless the world has shrunk to India with a dash of China and a sprinkleling of very cheap pepperoni pizza Very disappointing to witness one of the chefs put his hand in one of the desert bowls and grab a handful and walk away eating.
