The restaurant was very good and food was delicious.Took my friends for party and had one on of the best evening .

We used to go here quite a bit, but after tonight’s visit, we shall not be going again. On arrival they had a big bouncy castle inside the food area, so you can imagine the noise. I feel this should have been advertised on their website and then we wouldn’t have gone. The parents let their children run around unsupervised. I watched one child lick the ice cream scoopers used to get your own ice-cream. Now OK after I reported this to the manager, she replenished the scoops. Then I witnessed a child pick up a dessert, he obviously didn’t like it and spat it out onto the dessert display. Again I reported it and all I got was ‘I’ll tell the parents and I am sorry’. But what made it even worse, she never took all the desserts away to replace them. How disgusting. We won’t be returning. She said the bouncy castle was going to be there during weekdays. So beware, if you want a peaceful meal, you won’t get it during the week!

I went to Red Leaf on Monday with my family and I must say the service was expectional! The tall young male gave good customer service and made sure we were happy with everything! I would 100% recommend going to Red Leaf

Really bad costumer service that bar girl do not have sense how to talk with customers even manager is not happy to see customers we asked them to give us a table on side because we have kids with us people come to enjoy so if they shout then nobody would disturb from us first they refused us to give a side table for 10 people even they had kids of tables available there, customers come to pay you for your services no one come to eat free, that bar girl and the manager girl they need to change them. Because after 10-15 minutes talk we 11 people left from there and went to boars head buffet and there service is 100% better then this bufffet. Not recommended

Service was brilliant from start to finish. Sandra made the best lemon and mint mocktail, definitely recommend it and was very polite and attentive. Have been to this eatery previously and always clean and have a variety of food.

Food was really good only thing to let this place down is the dessert section, no choice and a chocolate fountain that's had its day.

A really relaxed and spacious buffet, with absolutely amazing food. The chicken tikka, fish Pakora and curry goat were incredible. Service was friendly and engaging, had a great night and then at the end the bill was incredibly reasonable. Highly recommend

Came here with my partner for birthday lunch. Cost us just under £40 for 2 luches and 2 drinks. Honestly one of the worst buffets I have ever been to. Limited choice, some of the food was also cold!!! Trust me, there are better options to choose from for lunch!!! Don't come here l!!

Very mediocre menu some food was cold from the hot plate . A Pepsi is £3.49 and that’s not refillable. The decor inside is tired and tatty . I will not be returning

I wouldn't rate this place. . Service is pretty poor, staff are left to their own devices without any direction from management. . Food is just below average . Atmosphere is pretty poor. No real buzz. Poor lighting. Lots of empty seats. . This photo attached speaks for itself. It's where the desserts are kept. Staff aren't particularly bothered to keep things clean, fresh & presentable. On the bright side, we had a good pint of beer. Would I go there again? Not unless they get new management in place.

Celebrated a 60th birthday. Kush sorted everything out for us from start to finish and the food was perfect and they had a selection of many dishes to suit everyone. Service was great and they attended to all out needs.

This is the worst buffet restaurant in West Bromwich. We went there as large group on the 21-04-24 ,each family paying for themselves. We had left over from Saturday, I guess. The food was bland. Made me sick, and my children have been running into the toilet one after the other since Sunday. It's Tuesday, and i am still feeling sick. I opened a chaffing dish of rice and peas, and the smell was really bad, I had to speak to a staff member who took it away. I had to speak to the manager at the front desk who gave me £15 refund out of £147.92 i paid and promised a 10% discount when next I come. Bro, I am never coming back. I love food but couldn't eat well, I felt cheated. The meat tasted bad,hard, and not fresh, I spat it out.horrible. My daughter's friends are also stooling in their houses. This restaurant shouldn't get 1 star. They prioritize profit over hygiene and the health of their customers.

To be honest my first experience in red leaf was awesome..totally friendly staff special the man "Vijay negi" sir, he make you feel like home ,having good sense of humour,always make me laugh😄👌

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! By far the worst dining experience I have ever had in my life. Visited here for the first time and definitely the last. The food was cold. Tasted stale. The smell was disgusting. Smelt so bad made me wanna heave. And then to top it off. I realised there was NO hygiene rating displayed therefore my wife decided to google this and it was 1 star. That was enough for me to not eat anything. I approached “the manager” to complain against the food and he shrugged his shoulders and said I will pass it on to chef. Then the bill came £60 out of pocket and not even took my complaint or refunded me anything for food. Honestly the worst experience ever. Staff were absolutely rude. Especially the bar staff. Even waited 45 minutes to get a drink. Shocking. Avoid at all costs.

My son was unwell and he threw up on the floor, manager came to me and told me i have to clean it off the floor and if i dont he will charge me extra on the bill for the cleaner to clean. He started shouting at me infront of the whole restaurant saying you have to pay and he started swearing and using bad words in front of my kids. My kids also started crying and were scared of him. They said his name was Gurbir. The other staff was shocked at the managers behaviour. We didnt eat and had to leave and still paid for our food. So rude, unprofessional and embarrassing!!

My recent trip to Red Leaf Global Buffet was nothing short of a culinary catastrophe, leaving me with a bitter taste in my mouth that I can't seem to shake off. From the moment I stepped foot inside, it was evident that this dining experience would be far from enjoyable. Let's start with the food – or rather, the unpalatable concoctions they dared to serve. The meat and fish options were nothing short of repulsive, with "grilled chicken" and "fish pakora" that were as dry as cardboard and possessed a flavor that can only be described as offensive to the taste buds. But the horror didn't end there. Every dish I sampled, from the noddles to the mains, seemed to be crafted with a singular goal in mind: to disappoint. It was as if they had taken a crash course in culinary sabotage. The cakes were a particular low point, with stale, dry slices that tasted as if they had been sitting out for days. It was a cruel joke to offer such sorry excuses for sweets to unsuspecting diners who were hoping for a sweet ending to their meal. In conclusion, Red Leaf Global Buffet is a culinary disaster of epic proportions. From the disgusting meat and fish to the horrible cakes and abysmal service, it's a dining experience that I wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this establishment at all costs. We had desert at Sagar Sweets across the road.

Food is really nice with a good variety to choose from. The best thing about this place is the staff, every single one of them are very friendly and courteous and very helpful. They really go out of their way to provide top notch service. There wasn't any apple crumble available, the manager Abi, seeing my wife and our friend's disappointment, went into the kitchen and got some made up for them. What more could you ask for? Nowadays, it's not always easy to get good service, these guys do whatever they can for you. I'm always happy to take friends and family to the Red Leaf.

Very disappointed in my visit yesterday. I came for my birthday, travelled very far and got reassured by the staff that I would be guaranteed a lovely birthday during my night out with my mum at Red Leaf. We waited 15 minutes for our cocktails that had barely, if any alcohol in costing £8.99 each. Then our sitting area was constantly cold and very uncomfortable to sit and eat in. Many of my plates of food were inedible as the meat was cold. I tried nibble bites of different foods and couldn’t enjoy any of it. Didn’t get a warm welcome or any kind of celebration birthday gesture. Left feeling deflated and disheartened. Won’t be coming back here unfortunately.

Great place for adults. I loved the food, great choice of cuisine. It's not so good for kids. The music was very loud. we were literally shouting to have a conversation, and I think it got 2 much for the kids. Will I go and I don't think so.

Food was not tasty at all, the staff could hardly speak English. The desserts were not appealing and looked like a 5 year old made them. I managed to cop a taste of everything and the best thing there was the tub of ice cream and the samosas which I can guarantee they did not make and were shop bought. The buffet price is separate to the drinks which you have to pay extra for too. Who does that? Overall not a good buffet to eat at. Sorry

Haven't been here for a couple of years. New owners, I believe. Excellent food, pleasant seating, and very attentive staff. I would recommend a visit, well worth it.

We have been here lots of times ovet the years and generally the place is nice and very spacious able to seat large groups. Its had a recent refueb and the food layout is now better. However, the food has gone down hill in my opinion. Chicken was dry and tough in almost all dishes. Lamb was over cooked and chewy and a distinct lack of veggie options for those in our party who were veggie. Some foods tasted like they had been refried. Deserts - cakes were all too dense and could bit beaten with youe cutlery eith making a mark, not much variety compared to others. Boars head, jimmy spices and cosmos are much nicer and better value for money in my opinion. Will probably not go back to red leaf which is a shame because it used to be really nice

I am sharing my experience in loving way . Very nice food (most of the food not available after 8pm but still charging full price after 8pm ) . Manager behavior very good ( low behavior same like his height) chota mooh badi baat. Very nice atmosphere same like my home when i say no to my wife for shopping.

Don’t go to this place unless you want to spoil your evening. Hardly any food available. Empty trays. On top if you complain, owner suggests you to complain in private n not in front of customers.

Was invited to a mini party on a Sunday afternoon. The outside does not do justice to the ambience inside, very spacious with a large screen on one of the walls. It is a buffet style restaurant with Indian, Indo-Chinese, Tex - Mex among the cuisine and a very generous selection of desserts and cakes. Staff were friendly and were serving delicious food on the Chaat and Grill live counters. Has a well stocked bar serving the normal fare plus a variety of cocktails/ mocktails. The one thing to improve upon was they did not serve freshly brewed coffee.

I had very bad experience, we went there to celebrate our daughters birthday.we were about 15 people and the manager asked for some feedback, we just replied that we didn’t like the food and the manager’s behaviour was so rude, he started using wrong words.i would highly recommend please please dont go there and its a total wasteage of time and money.

horrible ! nonsense staff! rude! shame on these type of people who dont have etiquettes how to treat customers!!!! worst food ever!! i would never go if someone offers me free dining , nothing was there to eat, cold food, corn was cold, no naan bread left at 9 o clock 🫣, digusting 🤮food, still we didn’t went to any of the stafff to compaint and paid full bill. After sometime manager asked our feedback and we honestly replied we didn’t liked and he gonne mad and started rude, irrelevant and mannerless words to us, then we fought back how can a person speak like this, plz never ever go there , rude and shameless staff( attendand who asked) specially ..🤮
