Just been for mothers day the staff was all absolutely lovley professional and kind we got a complimentary pressco for mothers day they honestly went above what we expected it was well worth the money (food was well cooked and a good selection)x

Brilliant service and lovely food totally recommend

It was very nice visiting Redleaf today. They have a variety of dishes and I really like chicken tikka masala and their naans. Their fish pakora was really nice. Me and my kids really enjoyed there. My husband was really impressed and decided to come back on my birthday. All of the staff were very nice and supportive. A big shoutout to the chef who was on the street food counter he was really nice and supportive.

I had an absolutely awful experience at Red Leaf Buffet, and I feel compelled to warn others. I was served food that had visible mold on it, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about their food safety standards. When I pointed this out to the staff, instead of apologizing or showing any concern, they immediately threw the moldy tomato in the bin. If we hadn’t taken a photo beforehand, they probably would have tried to deny it ever happened. What made the situation even worse was their complete lack of professionalism in handling the issue. They did not offer any sort of refund, replacement, or even a sincere apology. It was as if they didn’t care at all that they had served something that could potentially make a customer sick. Given how they handled the situation, I can’t help but wonder what else might be going on behind the scenes in their kitchen. A restaurant that disregards basic food safety and treats customer complaints with such indifference is not a place I can trust. I will never be coming back, and I strongly advise others to think twice before eating here. If they are willing to serve moldy food and then dismiss valid concerns, who knows what other standards they are neglecting? Don’t go to this business, it should be closed down and held under further review. The hygiene rating of 3 is clearly a lie, it should be a big fat 0, it doesn’t even deserve a hygiene rating.

As soon as we walking into the buffet we had a bad vibe. The food was moldy, especially the tomato's who clearly had a lot of viruses growing on them. The staff didn’t even offer us a full refund, instead the staff member tried to cover it up by throwing the moldy food in the bin. They also forced us to pay a £10 service charge which is actually legally optional so we corrected them on their false facts and prejudice. Do NOT go here ever again. We even had a child with us who now feels REALLY unwell. READ THIS BEFORE YOU GO!

Food is excellent plenty variety to choose from I would recommend better then going to restaurant have little portions and enjoy the food don’t fill ur plate and leave half as waste 5 star

The family and I went out for a special occasion and the food was amazing, staff was very friendly and helpful. The overall music, hygiene and atmosphere was a 5/5. Loved it! Would recommend it.

I was visited first time at red leaf in the staff party… the place was very nyc and food was very tasty a lot of choices of food😋…staff is very nice( there was a girl on counter with very nice nature) altogether enjoyed a lot.

Experience at red leaf was amazing. We had a party for 35 people and they all loved the atmosphere, food and ambience. Manager Jay was really very good and he delivered what he promised.All the staff on the restaurant floor was good and provided great service. We are planning to arrange one more event there because of positive experience we had with them.

Food was not to the level it used to be. The price has increased to £24.00 per person. They have stopped doing the paneer starter, that was the best starter they did. The food service was very slow despite it being quiet. The usual dosa guy wasnt there and it seems like all the staff were new apart from one regular chef at the starter section. I asked for dosa, material was used tightly and the second dosa was empty despite ordering a paneer dosa. They will keep nagging you to buy a drink every 5 minutes to increase the bill. The indian main course was tasteless today. Not sure if ownership has changed but the food quality has dropped from what it used to be along with service. Hopefully better nextime but doubt i visit again.

It appears to be a good place on photo, but when you get there it's not .. the seats by the window all sting, waitress' not quite friendly as she insisted on where I should sit. Food didn't really taste great. Not sure to ever eat there again

Booked Christmas meal today, Disappointed with way treated. Asked to leave and tried to over charge us. Not happy telling my friends and family we have to go. Will not be booking and further functions here and tell others not too. We all went to the sportsman pub and spent over £300 there!!!!

Large restaurant with a lively atmosphere. There is a decent space for each table, so we didn't feel cramped. The staff were very helpful in explaining the menu and giving advice around the spiciness or not of the dishes. The people in our party loved the food they had, one was a vegetarian and was well catered for. The food was flavourful and good quality. With the murgh malai tikka and chilly chicken tbeing great. Our vegetarian had the chilli paneer , tawa wali tikka , Decent value for money in West Bromwich .

I recently dined at red leaf and had mixed feelings about my experience. The vegetarian dishes were outstanding—flavorful. However, I was disappointed with the meat options. They appeared to be of low quality and didn’t look appetizing. Given the overall experience, I’m not sure I would visit again, but I would recommend it for those who prefer vegetarian cuisine

Great food and service even for our 1 year old grandson fresh food

Disappointed with the food and the level of service from the staff. Kids were in the dessert section unsupervised picking up food with their bare hands and placing it as well as coughing... Food was also not cooked well.. Creamy chicken wasn't creamy it was oily and had a slime texture. The list can go on ..never going back again..

We had my daughter’s baptism lunch at Red Leaf this Saturday. I had an amazing experience. From the staff to manager to chef to bartender, everyone was so so co operative, welcoming and the nicest people I’ve come across. The Manager Ashmet was such a lovely lady. From the first step, helping us with choosing food items till the very last minute she supported us. The chef was such a loving man who gave us the best options. Over all, giving them a compliment is less for me and my husband. We had really appreciated them a lot and thanked them even after the event. Everyone had loved and complimented us about the food, venue and the bar. They had loved the atmosphere. We did mention to Ashmet, in the future if we have another event, we would be definitely coming back. Sherry and family.

They need to rethink there pricing structure how can u charge adult prices for a 10 year old absolutely disgusting , my daughter only had 2 slices of pizza a few chips as she wasn't hungry . £20+ pounds ridiculous obviously I wasn't made aware that a 10 year old is classified as a adult other wise I would have gone else where. Well I defo won't be returning as that has left a nasty taste in my mouth and also the prawns were most definitely OFF .

Staying in Mercure hotel 10 mins walk away and found d a great buffet. Arrived dead on ope ing at 5pm and lady advised not quite ready but would I like a selection of starters. Asked for meats and what a platter nice platter they brought out. Would recommend the kebab and the tikka fish. Will be back again when next in the area.

I went out with my friends, the food was really good. And I really enjoyed the service. Really liked the chicken curry , biryani. The starters were amazing, the malai tikka and the fish pakora was really yummy.
