Customer service was 10/10 ensure they get the order right they got it ready in 10 mins ordered 2 burger meals king prawn and wings and chip filled a family of 5 the food tasted so good and portions of food were perfect the atmosphere of the shop was amazing and the layout of the takeaway was well organised highly recommend for a quick munch will be ordering again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Normally have a curry from here which has been excellent but decided on something different for a change unfortunately the wrap didn’t have any salad (it was advertised as having salad) which made it very dry. If you order from here stick to the curry!

Just picked up 2 chicken tikka kebabs hardly no chicken or salad, portions have really down sized! They've lost a customer

I really like this takeaway however recently the food they have been delivering has been old and un edible. Continously forgetting items like drinks , its becoming an expensive treat . Unfortunately I won't be ordering again , the delivery driver is very polite though.

Food was shocking plus small portion sizes

This place is surprisingly good considering how cheap it is! Food comes fast and it's all so blummin tasty! I'm working ny way through their entire menu and haven"t been disappointed once. The mild curries are lovely, creamy and coconutty, the medium curries have plenty of crunchy peppers and onion and the hot curries are proper hot, but super tasty! Lovely naan bread, great rice, fresh potatoes honestly, you cant do much better if you are in the north end of nottingham if you want a cheap amd cheerful indian take away. Well done red chilli, I'll be back for more soon!

Do not order from their website. We have lost over £20. We had an order confirmation but they are denying receipt. It appears they are using a scamming website. They refuse to help us. Do not order from them.

Bad takeaway always put phone down on me when I said my order is wrong

I can't believe what food we had last night .Definitely horse or some végétarien soya meat defo not beef or lamb.The lamb sagg .Not lamb sagg .Wasted in the bin. Wanted of 45 quid

First time ordering from here and the food came on time. I ordered a pizza and chicken burger and was surprised that the burger had no sauce or salad despite being advertised as having both. That's the first time I've had a burger with no salad and sauce which I found very weird. Why send out a burger like that? The pizza was nice though so I may try them again.

Most disgusting food I have ever experienced. King prawn 8 pices were so tiny I had to struggle to find in full of red gravey container . The gravey was also tasteless.

Prawn masala turned out to be masala and 12 small prawns. Phoned up to ask why and was promised a call back....never happened. Very very disappointed. Previously was OK. Now I will not be ordering again. Customer service poor. Food v poor.

Being a vegetarian from India, I was searching for nice vegetable options near the Cinderhill area. I found this place on Google and bought Vegetable Rice , and Chips (fries) from here. The food is really affordable, plenty and of good taste. I loved being here.

I previously ordered for the 1st time from this restaurant a few months ago and had a really good meal. Yesterday I ordered a set meal for 2 with additional bits and it was the most awful experience! The chicken in the curries was tough and had to be binned, it was the same in both. The chicken tikka sauce was more the consistency of soup than a curry. I ordered meat samosas and can only assume I received veg although the only ingredient I could see was potato in them ! I ordered a large portion of chips and received a very small portion, very disappointing I certainly won’t be using again!

Always used here for food over the last couple of times we have ordered they have been wrong my food came today I ordered cheesy garlic bread there was no garlic on the bread we ordered lamb balti and lamb Rogan Josh there was only two pieces of lamb in each I also ordered chips which the chips had salt on and ordered poppadoms waited over an hour and phoned them and they said it would be five minutes when the order came the driver said they give me extra poppadoms and mango chutney when checking there was only two pieces of lamb in both meals the poppadoms was stale and the chips was covered in salt when phoning again they said that they would refund the money in five minutes and then they phone me back to say that they would change it would have a new meal within 40 minutes after 40 minutes the mail did not come so we phoned them and they said it would be five minutes however on two minutes after that they phoned me to tell me that they did not have no lamb what is shocking place

Lovely pizzas and kebabs, food always comes hot and just as we ordered. New favourite.

Use to order from here all the time and enjoyed it, but last couple of times the food has been shocking, asked over the counter if every thing was in the bag for collection because the previous order had items missing, he said yes so took his word only to get home to find the chicken tikka starter missing again along with the chips i asked for my daughter, really disappointed and will be looking for some were else to order from now on.

They said it would arrive within 20-30 mins but turned up over 2 hours later with what was supposed to be a mixed kebab but tiny portion with a mashed up onion bhaji smaller then expected pizza! No reimbursement offered whatsoever. We won’t be ordering again for sure!

We have been ordering from red chilli since last year and always loved the food especially the large samosas & bhaji’s. Last order in January was a bit of a let down however we decided to order again yesterday evening. Absolutely fuming with what we got tiny little samosas & dry onion bhaji’s but charged the same price as the big homemade ones we have always got. The curry was another joke 3 tiny pieces of chicken each and well the keema rice we ordered, it was hard to see any keema in the rice. I rang them up to say how disgusted I was and the guy was like “next time I will make sure it doesn’t happen” I politely told him “there won’t be a next time”!! I get the cost of living has gone up for everyone however you would think businesses like that would be looking after loyal customers but I guess not! Will never order from there ever again…. Such a shame because we found that to be the best for curry takeaway last year.

First time ordering from here. Will say it arrived hot. We ordered a kebab, burger and SFC..ordered on just eat and it states the kebab come with salad and sauce, on the app it doesn't even give you the option to have salad or sauce, it arrived with none!! The SFC was burnt and dry. Paid extra to have chips with the burger and the amount that was given wouldn't of fed a toddler.

Wasn't very good ordered a chicken Donna lamb Donner kebab And just got a plane Donner kebab Don't know whether there was a language barrier I asked for mild chilli and mayonnaise And just got mayonnaise I asked him for some chilli sauce and then he just put more Mayo on I could tell it was gonna be a struggle of a conversation so I just took my food ... There isa lot better kebab shops out there... And cheaper as well

Just had a couple of curries from here, first time trying Red Chilli. It was hot, clean, flavoursome, even the popodoms were crispy, nann bread not greasy, will definitely be going back. Asian flavours, you have lost our custom.

Bought a munch box, the donner meat was little shreds of what resembled dog meat, the pizza sloppy tasteless and undercooked, the chicken nuggets curtesy of Iceland and they tried to charge me 4 quid at the door after I paid on just eat for a shred of salad I mentioned in the comments for my donner meat. No no avoid at all costs my stomach is in bits.

Well cooked food, generous portions at very fair prices. Service could be a bit better but it would appear they cater mainly for deliveries and there is very little room in the shop. Very wide menu. One of the friends who dined with us had pizza which he declared was the nicest he had ever tasted which says a lot. Overall a very enjoyable takeaway meal.

Chicken kebab is just a chicken tikka cut into smaller pieces. In the description it states it comes with salad and sauce. Haven't got any of it.

I’m a very picky eater and asked the chef for something off menu - Paneer madras with Peppers mushrooms and onions - the team were very accommodating and the food was delivered piping hot and delicious! I’d highly recommend this restaurant, nothing is too much trouble - very refreshing to see! Well done red Chilli.

Had a kebab and chips, they was just cleaning up to close and I had to order from my car by phone, the staff was really polite and friendly, now the food..... chips was piping hot and tasted very good, the kebab meat was a little bit cold but not greasy, even though they was about to close, the naan was the best I've had in the last 8 years, the veg was nice and fresh, been looking for a decent kebab since we moved here..... I think I've found a little gem..... going to go earlier in the night next time and try a curry 😃 5***** Went back last night to try the curry, had lamb rogan josh and it did not disappoint. Went back to try meat samosas, and they really hit the mark, very flavoursome, pizza is next on the list. Ok so can't keep away from the place, tonight the pizza was to die for, trying something different every time I go and the food has been exceptional, will update everytime I go till I've tried all the things I like, next up is a burger, can't wait. Oh dear, last 5 times haven't been very good, they cancelled my order after waiting an hour for it to arrive, they have on 3 occasions got the order wrong, tonight was their last chance to get things right, the pi was flooded, the chips was the same, sorry guys I'm looking for somewhere else...... its like its a different cook from 6 months ago. was so greasy it the box

Iv had a kebab for the last 9 years every single Friday night, Iv tried everywhere. Some have good chicken or good chips or good lamb.....this place has perfect everything. All the meats are second to none! Absolutely perfect. Always piping hot and just faultless. I consider myself a kebab expert these days and these are right up there 👍

First time ordering from here and it is the worst takeaway we have had for a long time, came luke warm, doner meat very dry, chips cold, soggy an under cooked, mozzarella sticks rubbery and overall not very nice, we will not be ordering again. So bad it has made my husband ill

Ordered really early thought it’s snowing they gonna be busy so 4.30pm put order in to feed family of 7 Phoned 6pm first excuse drivers have not turned up Order arrives wrong pizza plus items missing and no 10% discount as stated on the system Phone up again told will sort it out After numerous more calls and excuse 4 hours later 8.30pm just been told really sorry will get the order sometime tonight ?? The foods is so nice and fresh but the service stinks

normally always 10/10 when ive ordered in the past but then tonight I ordered and they told me 45 mins then I've rang after 65 mins later and they have now told me I've got to wait another half an hour or could be longer and all I've ordered is kebabs with chips didn't even get an apology on the phone just laughed and said it's cheeky Tuesday !!!! normally always order from here without any problems but tonight is not the one kids are starving and still no food has arrived not happy

had a takeaway from here last night for the first time ordered to nuthall And got to say was delicious!! Really fresh. Came piping hot, fresh and was proper tasty full of different flavours! Ordered three different curry dishes all three had identical gravies no difference at all. Didn’t even want to give one star.... was very bad had to Return all the food and had to order from elsewhere.... please don’t order from this place food is very bad. Customer service isn’t great either ..... very very disappointed

We stopped ordering from here a few years ago, but we made the mistake of going back. Ordered two chicken rogan josh, both with egg fried rice. Simple, yes? Well it transpires that the Broxtowe Curry House version of egg fried rice is pilau rice - with an egg chucked in. Then we needed to navigate around the odd tiny hair, probably from the chef. Even more disgusting than a couple of years ago, it's about time the owner packed his bags and buggered off. We will not be ordering from here again.

I would strongly advise staying away from this place. They turn up and start demanding more money at the door even though the order states less. All you get from the driver is its a delivery charge and the prices have gone up, even though it states free on the receipt he's carrying! Tried to get in touch with the manager and nothing....
